Vivienne was feeling so pleased at this moment. There were so many delicious interesting people here already. It certainly was the right choice to come here. Vivienne subtly licked her lips as her eyes moved around. She noticed that Airin was moving towards the shadows near the wall. Vivienne thought she was looking to hide away as she still believed the dartrix to be shy. But soon the reason came to the light as a purple-haired zoroark came rushing out of the shadows trying to dash towards the gate only to be stopped when she slipped over the sand of the palossand. The scene was rather humorous and Vivienne had an inside giggle.

She might as well go introduce herself to the zoroark if it wasn’t for something to suddenly dart past her and Bernice to glomp the palossand. It was a smeargle who looked rather tomboyish. Vivienne heard how she introduced herself and the palossand, who was called Pyla, to Bernice. The palossand on the other hand looked like she was extremely uncomfortable with this. who could blame her? this smeargle really had more than enough energy to her. Of the things the smeargle said, the mention of how the pilossand was different in her ‘grown-up appearance’ sounded rather interesting. ”how different will she be then?” The lampent wondered as Dani let go of Pyla who then didn’t know how fast she had to get away.

The gates suddenly opened up and a guy who Vivienne could swear could also be one of the students came to greet them. He introduced himself as Dorian Gelees, the headmaster of this academy, And made his excuses for letting everyone wait. When he invited everyone to follow him for a tour of the place, Vivienne did as she was instructed and followed the headmaster. as they walked down the carved stone walkway to the building Vivienne adjusted her pace so she could walk next to the palossand. ”Ello… umm... Pyla was iet? Hi… I’m Vivienne. Iet is so nice to meet another ghost type here” She said in a friendly tone trying to socialize a bit with her fellow ghost type.

Kitsune Miyoki

Kitsune was fluid and calm in his movements as he covered his head with his forearm and bicep to black the hook from his opponent. He wrapped his arm then around his opponent's in an over hook, and was just about to sweep his leg when the front gates of the academy opened. He unhanded his new friend and took a half step away to avoid the gaze of the headmaster, but as the rest of the students turned to follow the ditto into the school grounds he took a breath to bow to his new friend.

"Thanks for humoring me, I didn't even get your name. I'm Kitsune, it's nice to meet you." Kitsune would then fix his posture and await Victor's response before walking inside along with the rest of the students. He marveled at all of the different training grounds for each type, and wondered what it would be like to battle in arenas he had a type disadvantage in, especially like water and ground. When he witnessed the Fire-Type area he nearly fainted. It was the playground of his dreams! A replica of an active volcano towered in the center of a ring of scorched earth and steam geysers. Crags and cliffs dotted the sides of the volcano and a large cave mouth sat at it's base, his imagination running wild with how deep it must go. He had to will his feet to keep walking with the group, and to distract himself he sauntered up to the front next to the headmaster.

Professor Geeles, when will we get to use the type training grounds? And is Draven Cerberus still enrolled here for his last year? He promised me he'd have a battle with me first thing this semester! He's gotta be the strongest fire type in the student body don't you think???" Kitsune let his imagination run away from himself again as he awaited the Headmaster's response.

"What will we be studying today professor?"
Aisu asked, sitting upright at her desk which was in the front row, dead in the center.

Pyla looked at the Lampert "Nice to meet you Vivienne. And...Yea it's nice to have a another ghost type here." She said in a quiet voice as a small smile forms on Pyla's face "Are you in the 2nd year class?" She asked.

Dani looked at Alexis "Hey. I don't like people bothering a person repeatedly." She replied.

"As your teacher Dani, you let me worry about that, is that understood?" She asked her kindness still there, but a hint of anger surfacing

”no, sorry. I’m a first-year” Vivienne said as she shook her head when Pyla asked her if she was 2nd year ” So I assume you are a second-year then?... That is nice” she said with a bright smile. ” well.. even if we aren’t in the same year. were both new to this school... So that’s a thing”. Vivienne looked around a bit to see the different fields, each of them themed after a different typing. They really looked well maintained, even with the rumors of what had happened two years ago.

Alistair Burton

"Oh, but of course, Ms. Rose." Alistair said to Alexis, stepping out of the classroom he was helping to clean and assuming a place in line behind her.

It wasn't long before other students began to join this line as well, the first of which was Aisu, the class president of the 4th-years, whom Alistair gave a small bow to when she shared a smile with the others.

Next up was Pepe, a 3rd-year Sylveon. Alistair knew those types of Gijinkas were quite good at soothing aggression and defusing tension-- though they could just as easily use this to their advantage in catching their opponents off-guard in a fight. There were, after all, ancient tales of full-breed, non-Gijinka Sylveons taking down even the most fearsome of dragons. Even still, Pepe seemed kind, and come to think of it, someone like him could potentially be useful. In any case, Alistair placed a hand to his heart and, as he did with Aisu, gave a small bow to Pepe. "Good to have you with us."

The faint sound of crackling electricity could be heard as Lux the 4th-year was next to join the queue, but Alistair chose not to pay too much attention to him as the Luxray simply shifted himself to be behind Alistair and Draven. There wasn't a whole lot he could say to them at the moment-- if he and Draven were going to ask Lux about the incident, it would have to be when Lux was alone and away from the jeering eyes and comments of the other students.

As the group of students and their teacher entered the classroom, Alistair calmly seated himself in one of the available chairs. Then, a 3rd-year Smeargle named Dani proceeded to issue some sleep threats to the Poison-types that had been pestering Lux. /That's... one way to silence those hecklers./ Alistair thought to himself.

When Alistair looked around a bit and then back, there was now a 3rd-year Accelgor in one of the seats. Good Arceus, was that one fast, but apparently not fast enough, as Alexis had caught her trying to slip in before the teacher noticed.

Aisu had asked Ms. Rose what today's subject was, and her response was "type matchups", something Alistair did in fact know about. "Certainly, Ms. Rose. As a Psychic-type, I need to worry about Bug, Ghost, and Dark moves being tossed in my general direction-- not that I'm one to pick fights, myself. With how I have access to Psychic, Dark, Ghost, and Grass moves, however, Fighting-, Poison-, Ground-, Rock-, Ghost-, Water-, and fellow Psychic-types had better be careful of my abilities. Should a combatant attempt to use Fighting or Psychic moves on me, their efforts will fall flat." He responded to Alexis's question. While he waited for the teacher's reply, Alistair briefly turned his gaze to an empty chair and considered who should have been sitting there. As Alexis was capable of reading minds, however, Alistair did not pay much mind to that, and instead decided to get a pencil and some paper ready in order to take some notes regarding Ms. Rose's impending lesson.

Entering the room behind the others, Lux had just about managed to catch the tail end of Danielle's threat towards the trio of poison types, her words threatening enough that the once brazen trio were sent scurrying back towards their own seats in the back of the class room. Whether she had threatened them in an attempt to stick up for him, or it was down to her simply not liking bullies in general was hard to say, but regardless Lux was still somewhat thankful that the chorus of three had been put in their place. Her actions however did earn her a quick reprimand from Mrs Alexis; which in turn elicited a cackle of laughter from the poison types hiding in the back.

Casting a quick glance towards Dani; the Smeargle Gijinka, Lux offered her a quick smile before returning his gaze downward; eyes watching the floor in front of him as he made his way to the front row seat next to the window. With each step he took, he could feel the ever growing feeling of displeasure among several of the other students; their unease towards his presence quite clear as he pulled his desk chair out and began to sit down.

It wasn't a difficult choice for Lux to make, knowing full well that he'd cause problems amongst the other students if he were to sit anywhere else except the front row. At least this way, he couldn't be accused of doing anything inappropriate if the only thing in front of him was the whiteboard. The added bonus of being next to the window just meant that he'd have something to avert his gaze towards whenever he felt the need to do so. Though despite doing his best to avoid causing trouble, the sound of several students that were initially seated behind him moving to other desks did little to make him feel better about the situation.

Another sigh escaped Lux as he placed his right elbow upon the desk and rested his face against his upturned palm; his eyes glancing towards the cloudy sky outside as more and more students filled the room. Attention drawn towards a slow passing cloud, Lux had just about managed to overhear today's class subject being to do with type matchups. Whilst Lux may not have been that knowledgeable on every type matchups, he was certainly fully aware of what his 'Electric' typing's pro's and con's were.

Lightly tapping away at his desk table and still glancing at the cloud passing overhead, Lux recalled the conversation he had had with his father about their typing. From what he was told, the 'Electric' type offensively was super effective against the types of Water and Flying, whilst simultaneously being easily resisted by other electric types, dragon types, grass types and completely ineffective against ground types.

Defensively, they were able to resist fellow electric type moves, flying type moves and steel type moves whilst succumbing to greater damage from the ground type. That being said, Lux has covered his severe weakness to ground types by learning both fighting and steel type moves that damage them normally.

doom.jpg It was no surprise Miss Rose scolded him after being told thousands of times not to run in the school's hallways. He couldn't help but be an excitable puppy and charge at any chance he gets, though in a serious case would be way different. It was at least astonishing that her tone wasn't as stern as he would imagine. He supposed she was a morning person. As she asked the group to join her on her way to class after Alistair stuck his neck out for Draven. It pays to have a perfect chess club champion to save him from his antics. He leaned to the Meowstic to whisper, "thank you". As he followed the Gardevoir, he noticed the sound of something cracking. Something akin to electrical sparks. The Houndoom looks over his shoulders to find new faces and familiar ones such as Aisu the Alolan Ninetails, a Smeagle, Accelgor, and a Luxray, the one sparking up erratically for some reason. The way he stares at the ground so defeated reminded him of himself. Did he really look that terrible that people were willing to help him? Well...almost everyone. Some have shunned him for his misdeeds, but that is beside the point. Draven could picture himself getting along with the guy and help him even a little to avoid future accidents. The last thing anyone needs is another tragedy. It was too soon.

Now entering the classroom, everyone strides in taking their seats eager to start their first day, but not without three poison types singing some weird song appointed to Lux. Draven glared at the trio wishing rumors didn't exist. If only people would stop judging a book by it's cover and actually get the full story, then things would be different, but teenagers are just the worst. Luckily, the poison types were put in their place like a herd of sheep by the tomboy Smeargle. She threatened them as if to cast a wicked spell upon the brats. Draven chuckled making a mental note to talk to the girl later as he claims her part of his favorite list. His crimson gaze strays to Alistair with an open seat, but his attention was drawn to the isolated Lux in the far corner. If he were planning to comfort the guy, he had to get close, right? From what he's gathered thus far, he appears to be a skittish type, no pun intended. The only way to do this is to go the opposite way and be big brother mode. Draven waltzes over to the Luxray and clears his throat. "Mind if I take this seat?" He sends the gijinka a warm smile to assure he meant no harm. Miss Rose, began class after asking the students to settle down. Draven didn't wait for permission and took the seat beside Lux. "Too late, but if you don't like me sitting here you can just let me know. I don't mind sitting elsewhere tomorrow." He smirked. "Names Draven Cerberus, what's yours? You a fourth year too?" He whispered while the teacher lectured about types. He made sure to sit up and shift eye contact for whoever needed his attention. For now, he waits for Lux's response while focusing on Miss Rose.

"Professor, I don't mean to be rude, but we're all third and fourth years here. Of course we know about type matchups. For instance, I have weaknesses to fire, poison, rock, and steel types especially. We all learned this in year one, can we skip ahead in the lesson now?"
Aisu asked, confused by the subject of todays teachings. She tried very carefully to tread the line between questions and disrespect, but felt it was her duty as the class president to ensure her fellow classmates were receiving stimulating and challenging material. How were they meant to grow under these circumstances?

Okay, the class looked super crowded now that the 3rd and 4th years were merged. Pepe sat there at his desk, looking around this one huge group of teens. The seniors he had met earlier had their seats somewhat scattered (read: didn't sit at any particular group of desks). "Somewhat" because Draven ended up sitting beside Lux for whatever reasons.

In any case, Alistair placed a hand to his heart and, as he did with Aisu, gave a small bow to Pepe. "Good to have you with us."
As for Alistair's greeting, Pepe nodded with a smile at the Meowstic. "Thanks, I'm glad to be here," he replied.

There's Dani, the tomboyish Smeargle (a.k.a. Mr. Sandman's female version) who somehow got the rowdier teens to behave with her devilish, uh, pranks (?). And then there's a seemingly quiet Accelgor girl over there whom Pepe hadn't ever seen before. Before he could say anything to her though, Ms. Rose entered the classroom.

"What will we be studying today professor?" Aisu asked, sitting upright at her desk which was in the front row, dead in the center.
"I hope you all know about type matchups, it would be kind of silly if you didn't" Alexis chuckled.
The Sylveon boy nodded at Ms. Rose's musing. "Why, of course. This is why I dread Steel and Poison types, right?" he replied. That sure was one way to describe Fairy type's weaknesses, alright.

She soon heard more people enter the room causing her to look at the door way to see the Luxray fellow enter and a houndoom. The Ninetales seemed to block Victor's punch pretty easily, and quickly got the upper hand in the battle. However, before the Ninetales could do much after that, the school bells rung, and the gates opened. Still, Victor was happy to find people he could spar with. After the Ninetales introduced himself as Kitsune, Victor decided to follow suit. "Thanks. I'm Victor, by the way." He answered as he walked in line with the others as well, "We should spar again sometime; that was pretty fun." Overall, Kitsune seemed like an alright guy. Maybe they'd have some classes together. Maybe they could even be friends. And with that, the tour of the school grounds began.

Victor was blown away when they passed through the different battlegrounds for each type; his jaw actually dropped from just how... wow, it was. Of course, his favorites had to have been the two training grounds of his two types; ground and dragon. However, he knew he should work on fighting in other training grounds as well; after all, in a real battle, you won't always be fighting in terrain that matches you the best. Sometimes, the terrain may even put you at a disadvantage; as unideal as it is, Victor might have to fight somewhere cold and icy, for example. While he knows he'll need to learn to fight in those conditions given that he is VERY weak to ice, he knew it was going to be a challenge, albeit not one he was going to give up on so easily.

Soon enough, the tour came to a close, and Principal Geeles told them their homeroom teacher will give them their schedules. While Victor wanted to wander about more throughout the school, especially the training grounds, he figured he should probably just head to class for the time being. After school is over though? He's totally going to check all of that out; no way he isn't. Victor then walked into class with a content look on his face, and plopped himself in a seat next to the window, in the seats second from the front, right in front of the Lopunny gijinka from before, who now looks quite fiery.

Shane then bringing his hand to his chin, recalling his plans for the year. "As far as my end goes... Yeah, I'm in a similar boat, to be honest. Lots of experiments that I didn't get to have them do last year that I'm going to throw in now, along with some other ideas I came up with over the Summer. They'll find it fun, I'm sure." So many ideas he had last year that never came to fruition... But hey, now he gets to use all that this year, so in a way that's kind of a silver lining in a way. Hopefully his newer stuff would also prove to be interesting, as he liked to surprise his students, and give them a sense of wonder. After all, lab experiments were definitely the more attention-gauging way of doing things, for both him as a teacher and them as students.

Despite her efforts, it seems that her homeroom teacher caught Alice sneaking in right behind her, and scolded her for it. "Sorry about that. I'll do better next time. Promise." Alice replied politely, then bowed slightly and took her seat again. Upon looking around, she noticed a variety of students, including a deliquent-esque Houndoom, a lone-wolf Luxray, a mischievous Smeargle, and more. Hmm, seems normal enough. Alexis soon brought up type matchups, and how we should probably know about them by now. I mean, we're in our mid-late teens; I'd hope everyone here knows their matchups by now.... After some of the students brought up their weaknesses and strengths, Alice figured it was time for her to chime in with her own. "I'm a bug type, which means I have a disadvantage against fire, flying, and rock types. However, I'm quite good against grass, psychic, and dark types." Alice went silent after that, as Aisu was making her point about how they should probably be going over more complex topics, to which Alice honestly agreed. This is stuff Alice knew for a while now, and she was curious about what this school was doing to brainwash the students, because it certainly isn't just teaching them what they already know.

When the day had freshly started all volunteering students were given a mutual objective by the headmaster himself. To set up the classrooms before the new batch of students would arrive on the premises. Eager as ever, Micah had taken this objective to his joyful little heart. Pledging an oath to himself and his school to complete the objective flawlessly. Which he would have if a particularly dusty vent cover installed in the ceiling hadn’t allured the curious furball.

A vent cover like that would reflect poorly on the room, even if it were spotless. Thus, it had to be dealt with. Hoarding together a few of the tables and chairs, Micah built himself a deathtrap of a pile that allowed him to reach the vent cover and dug his nails underneath the edges. Pulling at the secured panel while using his bushy tail to increase his balance atop the haphazardly stacked furniture. It could’ve been a circus act where one miscalculated movement would reward him with a trip to the hospital.

Yet, as with most circus acts that take one's breathe away, everything worked out in the end. The cover came loose and revealed an entry to the cramped vents. Staring into the darkness, the desire to explore overwhelmed Micah’s mind. Drowning out all sensibility as he wriggled his way into the narrow opening. The path before him was obscured by the darkness, yet the sense of adventure compelled him to traverse it blindly.

Even while intoxicated by this sense, Micah did not forget to do his part in cleaning up. Sweeping his tail left to right, up and down, making sure to leave the vents he traversed spotless. “Brush, brush, brush your tail, sweep away the dust, taking time to clean the vents- ah- ehm…” The excitement caused by his current situation made Micah break into song, only pausing momentarily to find a rhyme for ‘dust’, “-is indeed a must! Hey! That’s pretty good!” He mentally patted himself on the back and continued to repeat the lines throughout his adventure.

The sound of his song easily carried throughout the vents, along with the scratching produced by Micah feeling his way through the darkness. From outside the vents, the noise quickly died out like a distant whisper. It could be heard by those observant enough, but not discerned what message it carried. Unbeknownst to Micah, an hour passed quickly whilst traveling through the vents. It was only a matter of time before the vents would attempt to expel the intruder from its system. Like a body attacking an intruding virus.

However, instead of antibodies, it was a different - much looser - vent cover that forced Micah out of the dark veins of the academy. The vent cover hit the floor of the classroom shared by the third- and fourth-year students first. Attracting attention to the center of the room before Micah came tumbling after. Dropping from the ceiling with a surprised shriek and landing face-first onto the floor. Dust particles exploding off his body from the impact.

As if nothing had happened, Micah sprung up. Ears rapidly shifting orientation as he too tried to orient himself in a rapid manner. Classmates, teacher, confused expressions, all surrounding him. Yet none could penetrate Micah’s shield of obliviousness. “Morning teach’!” Micah stated, his sparkling smile reinforcing the idea that he was unable to read the room correctly.

Having announced his attendance to the teacher, Ms. Rose, Micah placed his hands on the table he stood in front of and hopped over it. Gracefully landing in the chair next to Dani and immediately turning his attention to the tomboyish Smeargle. “Hey,” he started excitedly, nudging the girl with his elbow, “how’s the painting? Made anything nice lately, well, I mean nicer than usual? Like a masterpiece! Hey, do you think if I dip my tail in paint you could teach me?

"You must be Miss Arin Fletcher." He cooed.
Airin nodded in confirmation as Headmaster Geeles cooed at her. Again, not minding the misnaming. If it were Pepe though, he would've corrected the headmaster right away.
"Yes my dear, we have taken disability members before and made some considerable renovations for each individual. I made sure your assigned teacher knows sign language in case you need help as well as myself." He chirped and pats her back gently.
The Dartrix was relieved upon hearing the reassuring answer. Why? Because at first she doubted that anyone other than Pepe (her childhood friend) and Katya (whom she helped just a moment ago) would even understand sign language, hence the brunette girl expecting the worst from her schooling years there. Well, at least she's not deaf.

So the tour went on as the headmaster addressed the Ninetales boy's question. Airin couldn't wait to explore the school grounds later. Dorms aside, she lowkey hoped to find an archery range there, but seems like there's a slim chance for it to come true.

In the main building, Airin was befuddled at the building's interior. It was so exquisite that one might not believe it's actually a school. The brunette girl turned her attention to the huge map as Headmaster Geeles explained which floor has what rooms. As the pamphlets came, she took one and passed the rest to whoever there. They're going to need the map provided in the pamphlets, after all.

    And then there's this:
"Those that applied to dorms have a curfew. Anyone found in school after hours instead of their dorms will be punished or possibly kicked out." He chortled. "So try to stay in line." He jested not realizing how a bit heartless that may sound to kick a kid out into the street, but he did have something to protect for the sake of everyone's safety.
Dang, that's harsh, the Dartrix girl mentally commented at the "kicked out" part. She knew the headmaster was jesting, but still...

Anyway, the new kids moved on to their classroom. Airin proceeded to take a seat at the back corner close to the window, which so happened to be right behind Bernice. As soon as she got settled, Airin scribbled "Hi there ^_^" at her "talking" notebook, then poked Bernice and gave it to her, lowkey hoping for the Vibrava boy in front of her to read it too.

Dani soon heard the sound of vent cover landing on the floor causing her attention to turn towards where the vent is, she then saw a Furret fall out of the said vent face first "I give that a 1/10 landing Micah." She said jokingly. Dani always saw Micah as funny person that she liked to hang around other than Pyla. "Hmmmm I finished a painting I been working on. Though I'm gonna be taking a break to think up a new idea. As for using your tail as a paintbrush. Maybe?" She said as she soon looks back to the front to see one of the poison types fire off a sludge bomb and hit a sylveon "Oh dear..." She said. She soon stands up as a baton appears in her hand and walks up to the Sylveon and gives the baton to him "Here ya go." She said as she walks back as the baton disappears causing to transfer the shell smash she used to the sylveon and sits back down again.

Just a 1 out of 10?” Micah retorted with feigned bewilderment, lowering his ears slightly in hopes of getting pity points added to the below-average score, “C’mon, judge, that was a Pokélymics worthy display! The system is rigged I tell ya!” He added, continuing the joking until a sludge bomb shot across the classroom. When one thinks of a rowdy classroom it’s usually spitballs that come to mind. Yet, those were nothing compared to being hit by the brunt of a grimy ball of concentrated muck.

Luckily, Micah wasn’t the only one who’d taken notice of it, nor was he the most capable of assisting in such a sticky situation. He’d gladly leave that role to the better support, Dani, and instead watched on with a pair of big eyes and swaying tail as the girl handled the situation. Taking a moment to stretch his arms and back whilst playing the awed spectator. Only once doing so did Micah realize just how bad clawing through vents and dropping down into a classroom was for one’s joints. “Mhnn…” he groaned quietly to himself, but quickly regained his cheerful demeanor once Dani returned to his side at the desk, “How’s the patient, doc? That attack is ‘sludge’ a mess to clean up, heh, geddit? ‘Sludge a mess’? ‘Cause it’s a sludge bomb!

As the looming cloud passed overhead, Lux's attention was pulled away from the outside scenery and back towards the classroom, the sound of the seat next to his being pulled away from the desk accompanied by the voice of another student being the cause. Half expecting to hear some kind of ill-tasting comment, Lux was slightly taken aback by Draven's question; the Luxray unable to provide him with a yes or no answer as his mind tried to comprehend what was happening right now. He was almost certain that the seat next to and behind him would be left to the last two to enter the class as some sort of 'punishment' for being late. However since that didn't seem to be the case, it was without doubt an unexpected turn of events.

"S.. sure do what you want I guess..." replied Lux, finally finding his voice as he watched the Houndoom gijinka make himself comfortable in the seat. Despite the seemingly sincere and friendly approach that Draven had made, Lux could not help but feel sceptical towards his actions; after all it was the more likelier of the two options considering how the majority of the school tended to treat him and while Lux knew better than to judge a book by his cover, he was still quite aware of Draven's 'dark typing'. That being said, it wasn't like he had much say in the matter anyway, someone after all had to have the misfortune of sitting next to him. Perhaps this guy wouldn't be too hard to deal with.

"I'm Lux Raymonds..." replied Lux, as he finally thought to answer one of Draven's questions properly though there was still a hint of hesitancy in his voice. That hesitancy of course was largely down to the fact that the questions asked were ones he should have known the answer to and Lux highly doubted that he'd be so out of touch with the schools gossip and rumour mill that he'd be completely oblivious to the news surrounding Lux. Thus it begged the question, did this Houndoom have an ulterior motive for electing to sit here.

Raising his guard and falling back into the safety net of scepticism; his closest ally, Lux furrowed his brows and looked Draven dead in the eye, as if he were looking past skin and bone and into the soul of the man sitting adjacent to him. "Listen Draven...I have nothing against you, but I find it hard to believe that you haven't heard the rumours ..." began Lux, though he paused as the sound of Dani's shattering shell caught his attention momentarily; the move seemingly directed towards the trio of poison types towards the back of the classroom. Any purple that had been prevalent on their skin had soon turned a ghostly white as fear and intimidation took full grasp of their composure. Smirking slightly at the sight of the three poison cowards getting some just desserts, Lux was soon back to addressing Draven next to him. ".. I don't know what your plan is, but if the three stooges back there put you up to this.. just tell me now. I'd rather get whatever prank, joke or shenanigan you plan to pull out of the way, preferably sooner rather then later"

Sighing heavily, Lux turned his focus back towards the front of the class, just as the Accelgor girl began to answer Mrs Rose's questions regarding the type match ups; his ears twitching as Aisu soon after questioned the chosen topic of the day. Whilst Lux to an extent did agree that the topic was rather trivial for the 3rd and 4th years, he also saw no issue with their first class being a quick refresher on topics that they had studied in the past. Alas any further questioning of the topic was soon put on hold as a loud metallic crash drew the attention of the majority of the students towards the centre of the room where a dust cloud had formed. Obscured within the cloud of dust for several moments, it took a few seconds until finally it settled and revealed the Furret Gijinka, Micah. A ball of energy that one was as he took residence next to Dani and began to play the game of 20 questions and whilst it was quite amusing to watch their interaction, something else caught his eye.

From the back end of the room, a blob of purple goop was fired from the round bulbous headed koffing, his spittle of poison catching Lux's attention almost as if in slow motion; the gelatinous globule of poisonous goo hitting Pepe straight in the face with an audible wet squelch.

"Headshot!"
"Nice One!!"
"Bro... you did not just... hahahaha"

After just expressing his type's weakness, this was no doubt a super effective blow to the fairy type and an act that almost drew out Lux's ire as he almost rose to his feet and prepared to have a go at the poison types himself. Whilst he could bite his tongue and hold his nerve when their childish antics were directed at him, he could not sit idle when watching an assault take place in front of him. Especially when the instigators revelled in their actions.

Standing up and turning to face the poison types, Lux's right fist was clenched tightly as a glow of blue electricity began orbiting his fist; his eyes glaring at the three problem kids at the back. There was no question, Lux wanted to pound the three of them into submission, their rough housing and childish antics wearing down Lux's patience, yet even now he didn't move to attack.

"Draven..." Lux started, this time being the one to initiate the conversation "Don't take this the wrong way, but even if your intentions are genuine and you are doing this on your own accord, It would honestly probably be better for you if you didn't get too acquainted with me. Whether you are aware of the rumours or not, things will only end up getting more problematic for you if you get mixed up with me..." Lux paused and glanced down towards his fist, a grim expression spread across his face as he forcefully negated his own attack. Violence was not the answer, even if the Jolteon's fiery temper was ingrained in his genes. Toning down his electricity until there was none, Lux sat back down and began looking out the window again. "...truthfully.. I don't want to be the cause for someone hitting rock bottom all alone and being thrust towards the lowest spot of the food chain, especially when they haven't done anything wrong. It's not a fun place to be in and I wouldn't wish it upon anyone.. trust me"

Alistair Burton

It was when Dani opted to use Shell Smash in order to try and silence the heckling Poison-types that Alistair let out a sigh and rested his forehead on his splayed fingers in mild frustration. /It's only the first day of Year 4, and this is what happens... oh, for the love of.../ He thought.

Micah's comical entrance into the classroom by getting spat out of one of the vents didn't do much to cheer Alistair much, either. In fact, the dust that the Furret Gijinka had scattered upon landing on the classroom's floor nearly made the Meowstic sneeze. "You know, Micah, as much as I'm sure the school appreciates your efforts to reduce the amount of dust around... there are certainly other ways to come to class that don't involve... ahh... ahh..." Before Alistair could sneeze, he stopped himself.

Unfortunately, Dani's attack on the Poison-types caused the Koffing of the group to then unleash a Sludge Bomb towards Pepe, whose face was now covered in poison gunk. "Micah... is this really the time for awful puns like that? You do know Fairy-types are weak to Poison, yes?" Turning his attention to Pepe, who was currently eating a Lum Berry to remove the poison from his body, Alistair commented, "Well, at least he came prepared. That's excellent."

Even still, the Smeargle's attack had practically escalated the classroom into a battleground, and Alistair could only expect Ms. Rose to just about explode in anger. Meanwhile, Alistair listened to what Lux had said to Draven after he had managed to stop himself from hitting the Poison-types with an electrified punch. He had advised against the Houndoom getting too involved with him out of concern that things would only get worse for them if he did, and Psychic-type teacher or not, it was getting slightly more difficult for Alistair to not feel like trying to comfort the Luxray. Lux's apparent decision to self-isolate could only remind him even more of Damien. The Midnight Lycanroc's words quietly echoed in his mind:

"All I'm gonna say is... well... thanks, dude. But still, what the crap's a smart guy like you doing gettin' all chummy with a friggin' monster like me? What're your friends gonna say if they find out? Ain't you the least bit worried?"

Kitsune Miyoki

"I'm sorry, headmaster."
Kitsune said much more sheepishly than he had ever acted before that point thus far. He quickly perked back up when the Principle mentioned that Draven was still enrolled. He wondered about anyone who could be stronger than Draven after Headmaster Geeles' comments on the subject. As far as Kitsune could remember the only other fire types of note on school grounds were Misha and Professor Pierson. Kitsune let his step slow down a bit until he was back beside Victor before they made it to the classroom. He wondered which arena would make the Vibrava more formidable. To him specifically he decided it was probably the ground, though the idea of facing him in that artificial dragon's lair made Kitsune grimace just a bit for some reason.

Kitsune almost robotically took a seat by victor and then realized how awkward he must be acting, having not even asked to sit down! He turned towards victor and stated;

"I hope you don't mind I sit next to you, I actually didn't make many friends last year, so I don't really know anyone else in class. As he finished his sentence he turned slightly more to the left and realized the Lopunny Gijinka he had spoken to briefly was right behind Victor as he said this. WHAT IS MY PROBLEM TODAY?! Said Kitsune in his head, screaming internally. If I say something stupid out loud one more time I'm telling mom to frickin' transfer me!! Kitsune was panicking while looking at the brunette Gijinka now and began to realize he was staring. He should definitely say something, he decided. "Hi! Sorry I didn't see you there. Bernice right? That's a really pretty name. What's it like being a normal type? Do you not worry about who you're fighting at all since there's no type disadvantage?" Did I just call her name pretty??? What am I forty-five?! I'm dropping out. Kitsune's gaze drifted to anywhere around the room but her face as he spoke, trying hard not to blush and suddenly realizing how cute he thought brown hair was.

Aisu Miyoki

"What is this a classroom of FIRST YEARS?!"
Aisu got ever so slightly louder as she turned only halfway around in her desk to glare with one eye at the three poison types in the back corner of the room. They were already cowering at Lux, and now nearly wet themselves when they realized they could see ther class president's breath as it escaped her teeth. She then held up her fingers pressed together and snapped, causing the whole room behind her to drop five degrees in temperature and freeze the three poison types solid. moments later frost formed on the desks around them and the walls and cieling of their corner of the room. She then curtly turned towards Pepe.

"Pepe, thankyou for not taking advantage of this instigator's shell smash. You're a model student." She then turned towards the front of the class and without looking back said in a low tone. "Mr. Swift, as long as that vent is fixed immediately after class, I will pretend that it did not just fall from the cieling. As long as miss Rose is fine with continuing the lecture, lest I will personally assist you with ensuring that every vent in the school is dusted after lunch today." Aisu's eyes were staring forward apologetically at Ms. Rose. Had her fellow classmates gone completely feral over the summer?

Any students that had been looking towards the front during the whole ordeal, they could see Alexis trying hard to keep her calm and kindness from fading as anger was beginning to take hold.

"Aisu please escort those 3 to the headmaster, and the next time you decide to interrupt how I choose to start my class, I will send you to the headmaster as well, is that understood?" She stated, Aisu could clearly see her kind demeanor was still there, but only a sliver as the rest was taken up by anger that was very clear on her face

"As for the rest of you, we will go over hidden abilities and how best to use them" she replied

"And Dani, do not use attacks in the classroom unless expressly asked, got it?" Alexis added

(for all 1st and 2nd year students plus teacher)

Katya found a seat in the back of the classroom for the first and second years after being practically dragged there by the dartix girl.

"Omega report on your objective?" A scientist from team xeno contacted via a tiny earpiece in her ear. Katya groaned as she didn't want to use her illusions to hide her, so she just laid her head on her hand and happened to tap the ear piece.

"Omega here, no sign of Alpha, continuing surveillance" she replied quietly to avoid drawing attention.

"Ah a first year huh...Well we should be in the same class then." She said quietly as she looks at the campus "Well, we should get going. Don't wanna be later for class." She said as she heads into the campus and head towards the 2nd floor of the building, She enters into the 1st/2nd year classroom "Let's see what we have this year." She thought to herself as looked through the students in the room until her gaze stops at a zoroark girl "A zoroark...Huh. That's rare." She thought to herself as she walks over to the zoroark girl and sit down in the seat besides her and turns to her "Hallo." She said in a quiet voice.
