Fantasy Gehenna

Rin shifted her gaze to find Otoko towering over her with his sword in his hand. Thinking back to her nightmare, she scrambled to attempt to get up on her feet, well until something cloded her head. 'No...no more..' Slowly, eith her vision coming back, sge found herself with the others, all but Jazmayne and Gideon. Watching while the same woman fought the strangely familiar man, Rin didnt blink, budge, or speak. Fear. Fear was clouding her nerves. Nightmare was closing in. She didnt know what to do, other than what he father gad taught her.

Before her thoughts were complete, her vision was clouded once again, returning her gaze to look at the opposite side of the cave. She glanced around a few times, seeing everyone was sleep, except one who had just come back inside. Slowly, Rin scooted herself closer to Otoko and curled up against him, leaving herself to stay awake.

(Sorry I wus asleep o-o)

Jazmyne smiled at Gideon and closed her eyes, wanting to go to sleep. Most children would want to stay up, but she wanted to sleep. She was tired.

Otoko laid in his sleep where he fell, after watching Rhialla beat the magician. He started to dream about home, his family and friends that where taken from him by Veril. Otoko was sitting with them, laughing with his friends as his mother and father watched over them. His father grabbed Otoko by his shoulder, twisting him around to face him. His face was blurred, but Otoko could see his grin, twisted with red stained teeth. "Do you remember yourself, Otoko?"

Otoko started murmuring to himself in his sleep, frightened by the nightmare that was running through his mind. He curled up into a ball and started to heat the air around him unconsciously.

Kaname was now deep within her nightmares, simply running through such fear-filled sounds as she felt the cold of the stone walls and floors. She was back in that small corner of the cell. She was extremely hungry, both in the real world and in her nightmare. The last time she'd eaten was about two and a half days ago, which probably explained her lacking ability to stand for even a second like earlier when she fell over, as well as half the reason she couldn't stay conscious.

For the first time in forever, she'd been asleep long enough for her to enter a state of sleep-talking; the one time she ever had any actual words, though barely audible, and just a small handful at that. "N-no more..." She mumbled in her sleep, body shaking lightly as she laid on the ground. "R-Rhi..." Her right arm almost struggled to reach for something, stopped by the pain that extended even all the way to Kaname's nightmare. She had difficulty staying still, yet moving even slightly sent pain through her right arm.

"So boring... Oh well, let's get some sleep, Haruka." Yoru said as he was awake with Haruka before anybody could notice. Yoru and Haruka walked over to an area separate of everybody else and sat against the cave wall, Haruka sitting on his lap and the two basically cuddling. Yoru somehow both hated and liked it. "Well, don't disturb us or we'll kill ya." Yoru said as he spun out the gun, shooting it silently to create a small ring of ice spikes from floor to roof of the cave, making reaching Yoru and Haruka impossible without destroying the ice in some way, then to make them invisible, Haruka and Yoru mixed their mist and fox together around themselves.

The mist, fog, and ice just held such a secluded feeling that even sound was completely impassable between their secluded area and the rest of the group.
"Do you think we should let them all know...?" Haruka asked Yoru. "I don't think they need to know. In fact, it's best they don't. Might end up getting ourselves kicked from the group. Already seen as dangerous enough as it is by them. They'll probably try n' kill us if we even just look at 'em angrily with how dangerous they seem to find us as."

Hachi once again used her chi to maximize Kairo's size before settling in to the wolf creatures thick fur and shutting her eyes. The synchronization of their heartbeats soothed her as always. Usually she didn't sleep, at least not that often, but tonight seemed to be an exception. Her energy was drained and she needed to rest. Soon enough she had drifted off to sleep.

Bright light filled the small room as her eyes drifted open. The sight that greated her was familiar, a small room that she knew be all white but appeared crimson through the glass and viscous liquid. Sensitive ears could make out the soft beep or machinery as if from a distance. Beyond that the sound of screams and explosions. She knew what came next. The room shook, the glass shattered. She could almost feel herself dropping, liquid rushing around her, sounds suddenly acutely clear. She glanced around. Everything was the same. Tables and test tubes, broken beakers and shattered glass. She wandered the halls for the millionth time, footprints in the blood marking her path. She stepped over corpses and passed empty rooms.

She hated this dream.

(TIME SKIP)

Gideon was the first to be awake. It was morning and the storm was still brewing but it wasn't violent. "Everyone get up, come on we need to keep moving." He shouted. Gideon was holding Jazmyne, of course, while ordering the others. Gideon walked over and he waved his hand, making the fog and mist and ice vanish completely. "You're not fooling anyone you two... I know your history, your past. You're nothing special here. Get up and get ready to keep going." He plainly said. Gideon walked outside and waited for everyone else. He was playing with Jazmyne to pass the time.

Jazmyne was picked up, being awoken, but still happy. She giggled finding it was Gideon. She really liked him. Almost like a dad. She played with him while they ventured on.

Gideon put Jazmyne down so she could play in the snow. The snow was now two feet deep. Gideon swung his hand and flung snow at Jazmyne playfully. The white powder flew everywhere, most of it getting on Jazmyne though. He continued playing with Jazmyne this way, having fun with the toddler.

Jazmyne giggled, and she dodged some of the snow being thrown at her, but mostly getting hit. She tries kicking the snow at him, but her legs are so short, she had no success. She still smiled.

Gideon walked over and picked up Jazmyne, swinging her around and landing in the snow with her. He put a tiny bit on her nose, laughing. "Are you having fun on the adventure?" He asked her, putting tiny bits of snow in her hair. In Gehenna, for some reason the snow never melted or got anyone wet. It wasn't cold either, the snow at least. The wind though was the only cold thing about Gehenna.

She nodded. "This is fun." She says picking up snow, having some fall from her fingers, but placing the rest on his face. "Some is scary..." She says sitting up.

"What's scary about it?" Gideon sat up with her. He knew that Gehenna was scary. Hell, anyone who was smart was scared of Gehenna and rightfully so. "Why is it scary?" He moved closer to Jazmyne.

Jazmyne threw snow as she spoke. "Because of the man from yesterday night." She says patting his knee. "He has swords and he, was scary."

"There will be a lot of scary men here... In the castle it is even scarier if you aren't smart about going through it." Gideon hugged Jazmyne close. "Promise you will be smart when we get to the castle?" He asked her, looking in her eyes. "Promise?" He held out his pinky towards her.

Jazmyne looked into his eyes, then at his pinkie. She tried having her hand do the same, but had a difficult time. Finally giving up, she just held his pinkie and nodded. "I promise."

Hachi sighed as she ventured out into the light her eyes narrowing. Kairo, still in his large form squirmed out of the cave behind her. Absently she reached up to scratch beneath the wolf's furred chin, glancing briefly at Gideon and Jazmyne. Taking a slow breath she moved off to one side of the cave entrance settling down, legs tucked beneath her. Folding her hands she began quietly chanting to herself, meditating. She would have time it seemed until the others were ready to go again.

Having moved overnight, due to the fact she refused to sleep, she had been busy, now being positioned settled in a crisscrossed manner behind Otoko, she had removed her sweater, finding herself to be growing hot after the increase in temperature around Otoko. Shifting her gaze to watch Gideon play with Jazmyne, Rin couldn't help but to think of her own father. Simply contemplating what he could be doing, how excited she would be to be trained by her father. Was the day before the last day she was to ever see her father other than in her dreams....well, nightmares? Oblivious to a small tear rolling out from the corner of her right eye and running amuck down her cheek, she turned her attention away from the two, staring at the seemingly still asleep Otoko.

Rhialla woke up to more 'improvements'. To anyone who had seen her after her first transformation would think that she had changed less noticeably but her bust had once again increased and was as close to perfection as anything, her lower body had done the same and man or woman would be undeniably attracted to her. She was almost perfection. Her hair took on an almost soft glow and life of it's own, it seemed to move and flicker just as a flame would, most would simply chalk that up to their imagination however. Her eyes changed shades and tones of blue just as frequently, shifting endlessly to colours that were guaranteed to hypnotize whoever looked into them. Rhialla felt....full. Like she had absorbed every single ember within a forest fire and she just wanted to use it, to summon flames and envelop herself in their heat and warmth, she felt like she did last night when she'd fought Elijah successfully. Like she could achieve anything.

She studied the others, some were still sleeping whilst others had awakened, Hachi was doing her own thing, Rin was awake next to Otoko.....and Gideon was playing outside with Jazmyne. Rhialla's mind churned, she wasn't sure if it was just the battle from yesterday or the mind link but she felt so, so different. She turned towards Kaname who was still sleeping. She even spoke in her sleep and Rhialla's eyes widened. It almost sounded like....She shook her head and smiled sadly, petting the girl's head softly for a moment before standing up to move towards Gideon. "There any chance we can get something to eat? I'm sure some of us are hungry." Rhialla suggested quietly.

"The food is at the castle. When everyone is awake and out of the cave we will get a move on." He spoke to Rhialla. Gideon's pinky still in Jazmyne's tiny grip. Gideon began to tickle and play with Jazmyne, poking at her sides to make her laugh and squirm. Gideon noticed how Rhialla looked more like Lilith. The sight made him crack a smile, finding it to be extremely uncanny.

Rhialla saw Gideon smile at her and she rose a brow as a silent question. "Well I'm ready to go whenever." She began to fidget, crossing her arms over her chest and shifting from foot to foot. She just wanted to move, to run, to do something. Right now she could barely handle waiting for the others, she had so much pent up energy to spend and after fighting Elijah she was ready to take on whatever Gehenna threw at her.

Veril saw Rhialla and laughed in his throne, "Even in death my sister can look sexier than ever. Well lets see how well she fares against some of Rosary's golems." He threw his dice, laughing.

Four giant rock golems came out of the mountain and stomped their way towards Rhialla. They made a moaning noise as they sped up, shaking the ground a little as they stomped.

(The golems are not NPCs, no dice shall be rolled in combat, so go ahead and be creative with how you want to fight them or whatever.)

Otoko woke with a start, the rumbling disturbing his sleep. He was still shaken up from his dream last night, even if he didn't remember the details clearly. He rubbed his eyes, trying to wake himself fully as the rumbling sound became louder and louder. Otoko turned around to find huge rock men stomping towards the cave they were in. He stumbled to his feet and summoned his sword, still drowsy but ready to fight. He charged at the golems, hoping to head them off before they reached the cave.

The ground shook beneath Rhialla's feet and a smile crept onto her face, as she assessed her opponents. A normal fire would be useless against opponents made of rocks but her fire was no longer ordinary. Rhialla summoned to balls of flames in her hands, the fire was so hot even she could barely hold it and she hurled them towards two of the golems. Where they hit the rock melted and ate away, one golem collapsed, it's legs melded together uselessly whilst the other's arm had fallen off. It shrieked at her before resuming it's charge. The other two were much closer now and the closest swiped at Rhialla, she dodged the clumsy thing with ease and rested her palm on it's leg, a ring of fire burst around the leg and it too dropped off, the golem falling slowly with Rhialla stepping casually out of the way. Her wide grin had never left her face and she laughed. "This is so fun."

She turned to the last remaining two, one without it's left arm and the other coming right at her. She summoned her whip and easily took off the uninjured golem's head using the combination of fire and the whip, similar to the way she had dispatched of Elijah. The last ran past the rest and slammed into her, she grappled with it for a moment before melting it's face off. She struggled to get it off her for a moment and she brushed the snow off of her. She glanced at the other golems that attempted to crawl their way towards her and she snickered, sending a couple of searing fireballs at them to finish them off.

Veril chuckled to himself. "Did you enjoy the show as much as I did?" He asked Sewell who was standing beside him.

Sewell cackled, "I liked how her butt and boobs jiggled while she was moving around so much. I'll give them all a bit before I kick their asses." He smirked. Sewell made ice encase him before it shattered, showing he was no longer there.

Otoko stumbled to a stop. Rhialla dispatched the golems with a speed and efficiency that pleased, and scared him at the same time. If he didn't know any better, he would say she enjoyed toying with them. Otoko tilted, staring at Rhialla. He wondered if there was a problem with the soul inside of her. This lack of control was below both her and Otoko. He froze, shaking all thoughts from his head and decided to focus on others things. Dispelling his weapon, Otoko walked back into the cave and took a seat beside Rin, noticing how tired she looked. "Are you okay Rin?" Her not sleeping would make this even harder than it needed to be.
