Fantasy Gehenna

Rhialla sighed contently and placed her hand on her hip, sneering at the golems. "Pathetic." She turned around to find Otoko with his sword out, drowsily standing by, she grinned as she walked past him, "Too late sweetie." She purred before heading back inside to check on the others. Using her power like that was exhilarating and it sent pleasant tingles through Rhialla's body, she'd have to make sure to do that more often. She checked primarily on Kaname, making sure the girl hadn't woken up alone.

Hachi barely shifted at the Golem attack, sensing Rhialla's heat. It seemed that she was slipping further and further into the grasp of the would within her, something she could sense in the fluctuating of her energy. As of yet she was unsure as to whether that was to be a good thing. Even further she was unsure as to whether or not it would happen to her.

Rin slowly raised her gaze to look at Otoko. It was now blamk, cold, broken. With the oncoming sensation of a headache, Rin winced, just as her irises began to flicker in color. From their natural crystal blue, to a bloodied crimson red. Her face was basically blank in entirety. Slowly, bandages began to appear all over her form, starting from her feet and leading on up, most buried by her clothing. Silent, she didn't budge while the bandages engulfed her form. She didn't blink, and just about didn't breathe. A darkness was filling her heart, one of which was clouded by shadows. Dark, painful shadows. With an increasing intensity in the pain felt by herself, she grit her teeth whilst her irises flickered, nightmares, visions playing across her thoughts, only being seen by herself in numerous amounts. Soon enough, the bandages halted with covering her, only after reaching the bottom end of her nose. Due to the fact she had stripped herself of her sweater earlier, she now wore her black skirt, her shoes, and a white button up short sleeved shirt with a greenish tie around its collar. In all noticeable pieces, instead of her skin being shown, were the bandages. Soon enough, she slowly shifted her gaze, signaling her awareness. Her mind was focused on her surrounds, whilst her gaze was still fixated on Otoko. She only raised her brow in response to his question, and didn't speak in the slightest, taking attention away from the shadows emerging from the floor beneath her.

Otoko flinched slightly as Rin started to become covered in bandages. He started to panic and was about to speak, but a wave of calmness washed over him before he opened his mouth. It felt like warmth from a hearth's fire washing over him. Otoko stared at Rin for a while, studying her new "form". When she gritted her teeth Otoko hesitated, hoping whatever was happening to her was just a product of her adapting to whatever was inside of her. He waited as the bandages wrapped up to her nose, stopping and allowing her to breathe. Otoko watched Rin carefully, feeling a strange sensation of caring towards the girl, but still wary of how this truly changed her. Otoko broke his gaze from Rin, and looked at Gideon.

"Why is this happening?"

Rhialla looked over to the source of commotion and her eyes widened, Rin was transforming before their very eyes and Otoko seemed to have no idea how to help her. Nobody really did except for Gideon of course. Rhialla's own transformation had happened while she slept and so she could only imagine how Rin must be feeling, all the confusing thoughts swirling through her mind, her physical form changing. She stepped closer to Rin and knelt down, placing her hand softly onto the younger girl's own bandaged hand. "You're okay." She smiled warmly and reassured the girl, she didn't know if that's what she needed or how to help her but she tried nonetheless. "We'll be there soon alright?"

Gideon chuckled as everyone was adapting and changing. "Well, seems like I am no longer of use." He looked at Jazmyne, "I have to go now. You behave yourself okay?" Gideon smiled at her. He didn't answer any of them, simply letting their changes happen. "Once you get to the castle, make sure everyone stays together and doesn't fight okay? Keep them all in check for me." He pet Jazmyne's head before standing.

Hachi opened her eyes, hues briefly flashing a vivid crimson before returning to their usual blue. It seemed the others were changing more an more, perhaps because of their nearness to their destination. She could feel the spirt inside her building in energy too and for once she was glad for the Wolf. It's presence resisted the souls and gave her some modicum of control, at least for now.

Glancing at Gideon she realized that he was preparing to depart. Rising to her feet she approached the man and child, Kairo instantly going to Jazymne and playfully licking the child's face with his massive tongue.

"I take it we will be without your guidance from here out..."

Rhialla didn't particularly care if Gideon was leaving, he'd been helpful yes but nothing bound him to the group, so it didn't surprise her that he had decided to leave now. He'd said he would do so from the beginning after all. "We just follow the direction we've been going yes?" She asked him, her back turned to him due to her position in front of Rin. She wanted to make sure that if he left they were going in the right direction, things such as misdirection would get them all killed.

Rin's gaze sluently trailed up towards Rhialla. Of course, she said nothing, and eventually dragged her gaze towards Gideon. Good, he wouldn't get in the way of the mission. Blowing her breath beneath her bandages, Rin shifted her gaze once again to the caves entrance. Nothing had happened again as of yet, and it seemed as though somebody else would have to babysit the kid. Not that she could be one to talk, being only ten herself. With thoughts of her father running through her head, Rin silently shifted her gaze again, quietly watching the others.

Gideon chuckled, "I can hear your thoughts. And any normal person would kill you on the spot for thinking such things." He sighed. Gideon pet Jazmyne's head. "Yes I have to go now." He said to her. "I am leaving because I am running out of magic. I'm not even here, I died a while back. I imbued my last burst of life into Gehenna so I could help anyone who might get stuck here like you all." He began to fade in and out slowly. "I have been fighting it since last night so I could help you all out any way I could. But Rin seems glad I am leaving." He smiled at her. "She thinks I will get in the way." Gideon walked over to her and smiled, "Little do you know that you pose as more of a burden than anyone here..." He spoke bluntly before walking over to the blind girl.

"Keep heading up with the trail. And whatever you do, do not overestimate Gehenna." Gideon began glowing a gold color. Gideon turned into a magic aura, going into the blind girl and giving her powers like the others. A whisper filled Jazmyne's ears, "Take care of them for me...."

Jazmyne watched him as he faded away. Her eyes welded with tears. She started crying, on her knees. She was sad. She didn't want him to leave. She didn't understand why he had to leave.

Veril made no remark when Gideon departed. His heart felt heavy seeing Jazmyne cry. His eyes began to burn as tears welled up. "Shit she is really adorable... It sucks seeing her cry." He growled. Veril wiped away what would have been tears, not allowing himself to cry. "I wonder what powers Gideon departed onto that blind girl...." He looked closer.

Hachi sighed bending down to pick up Jazymne, gently holding the girl she patted her back an attempt to soothe the crying child. Though she instinctively balked at the thought of coddling any other human being, she felt a small modicum of what she could only assume was compassion for the child. So for the moment it seemed she would take care of the child.

"Calm yourself little one..."

Rhialla wondered what he'd done to Kaname and the thought concerned her. Had he simply healed her before he left or something else? Either way they needed to get a move on and if people were done with their little changes now was the time. "If people can walk then we need to get a move on, we'll carry those who can't. Hachi it seems you've got Jazmyne for now, Otoko I suggest you stay with Rin, she seemed attached to you beforehand at least and I'll take her." Rhialla nodded towards Kaname firmly and stood up, glancing towards the others of the group. "We'll need to wake them up as well, we can't just leave them behind. Gideon said we'd all need to work together, so who's ready to get a move on?" She asked as she stepped over to Kaname, making sure the little girl was okay.

Kaname suddenly felt an extreme warmth, which was followed by a nearly undeniably strong urge to just cry her eyes out. "Gii...deee...on..." She managed to say weakly, a single tear running down her cheek. She wasn't sure of why, but she could tell Gideon was now gone, and she had an undeniably strong attachment to him for some reason. She grabbed Rhialla's shirt lightly with her left hand, blindfold falling down around her neck and left eye now visible, shining gold, filled by her urge to cry.

It was clear that Kaname missed Gideon greatly, though even she didn't know why she became so attached to him. She hadn't even really spoken to him all that much. If anything, she should be afraid of him from the whole thing when she woke up yesterday, yet she hadn't the slightest bit of fear towards him, only a strong attachment; it was like she wanted to be with him forever. She could feel the warmth in her body, which felt like Gideon had become a part of her or something. She also had Gideon's golden eyes, though she herself wasn't aware of that fact.

"Yeah yeah, quit your damn cryin'. So what? You miss 'em I bet, and that's why you're crying. Big deal, right? He was just here to tell us to shut up and listen to him anyways. Like we need such an idiot here." Yoru said, clearly starting to hate on Gideon only after Gideon was gone. He was actually just a little bit afraid of Gideon, even if he didn't know it himself. "Calm down Yoru. Other girls aren't even worth your attention." Haruka said, tickling Yoru's neck as she was practically close enough to steal a kiss if she needed to, leaning forward quite a bit and letting her chest hang with her loose shirt. "Wanna play with me?" She asked Yoru playfully.

Now that Haruka wasn't all too confused and well, tired, she started up some attempts to seduce him, seeing as it would probably work right now. It clearly was, as Yoru was blushing.
"Ah... uhm..." Yoru was quite uncertain of what to do in this situation, Haruka just moving in and pressing her body against him, smiling before leaving a simple kiss on his cheek. She just played with him, and he couldn't do a thing about her because of the mixed feelings inside of him of Sewell's love towards Lily, and his passive dislike of Haruka that may or may not actually be love. There was also his lack of understanding when it came to 'love' there, making it all the more confusing to him.

(That a little better playing with their souls, @The Master? Even if just a little?)

Otoko stared silently at the blind girl absorbed Gideon like a sponge with water. With all the stuff going on already, this wasn't really the most shocking thing that has happened to them on this trip. He let a long breathe slip out of his mouth, trying to calm some of the unidentified feelings he felt within himself at the man's departure. Otoko slowly turned his gaze to Rin, managing a wide smile, even if he didn't feel happy with what was happening to everyone. He stood and held his hand out to her. "Are you ready to go, Rin?"

Rin slowly shifted her gaze back to Otoko, nodding her head slowly in response before taking hold of his hand with her own. Upon taking his hand, she pulled herself up, dusting off her skirt once her posture was fully straightened.

(Sorry its Short, busy)

Rhialla smiled involuntarily at Haruka and Yoru's antics and shook her head, despite her previous judgement of them they seemed harmless enough to the group but she would keep an eye on them, whether that was because of her merge with Lilith or simply her original feelings she couldn't tell. She turned to Kaname who'd grabbed her shirt and spoken for seemingly the first time in front of Rhialla. She smiled warmly at the girl and wiped her tear away softly. "Good morning. You okay to walk?" Rhialla was more than prepared to carry her again if need be, she had plenty of energy and they needed to get a move on.

Kaname slowly stood, using Rhialla to help hold herself up since she had a little difficulty standing up at first. "I-I'm fine... I might need some help though..." Kaname said shyly, and only loud enough for Rhialla to hear, nobody else. To everybody else, it probably seemed like she mouthed the words again, like she had been doing up until just the past few minutes, nightmare aside. Not noticing it, Kaname's right arm slowly began to heal, though the bandaging made it quite hard to tell there was any change.

Kaname started walking over towards Jazmyne, eye focused on her as she practically fell in love with the little girl by simply looking at her. Kaname was confused, but at the same time, knew what this whole seeing thing that her left eye was doing was somehow. She was't confused about how she was seeing, but she was confused as to why she
wasn't confused about what seeing was and why she was seeing. She had a weak, but extremely friendly smile on her face as she approached the girl slowly.

Jazmyne stood up and turned around, facing Kaname. She sniffed as she remembered what happened to Gideon. She ran over and hugged her legs, sadly.

Rhialla made sure to support Kaname as much as she could, nodding at what she'd said and walking with her towards Jazmyne. She held onto Kaname's right arm, her own was hooked through it and it almost looked as if Kaname was walking just fine on her own but Rhialla knew how heavily or softly she was leaning against the older woman. She saw Kaname focusing on Jazmyne and smiled as the little girl ran over to hug the other. "You two ready to leave soon?" She asked the two, ruffling Jazmyne's hair playfully and grinning at them both.

Kaname slowly knelt down, picking Jazmyne up and holding her, quite similar to how Gideon held the girl. She gave Jazmyne a warm smile, keeping Jazmyne close to herself. I don't know why, but... I feel so attached to everybody... This little girl especially... Whats her name though, I wonder? Jazmyne...? Such a nice name... Such a familiar warmth though... Ah, it must be Skittles inside of her... Gideon must have given me his soul, and with it, his love of Skittles... Thank you Gideon... I will always hold you and Skittles close to myself, forever.

Kaname looked back at Rhialla. "I'm ready. I'm not entirely sure about everybody else, though it seems most of us are." Kaname said calmly, taking such fast and unexpected changes to herself quite well, probably because Gideon left her with his soul, which held so many wonderful feelings, thoughts, and everything she would ever need ask about concerning their situation. He even entrusted her with Jazmyne, and she'd fallen in love with the girl. She kept holding the girl closely, not even paying attention to he fact her right arm wasn't hurting even though being used.

"Yeah yeah, I'm ready..." Yoru said with a sigh. He was annoyed, but for some reason, he just couldn't bring himself to show it as anything but being a little tired of waiting. The sigh instead of angered tone was a product of that unknown reason as to why he couldn't show he was annoyed. "I'm ready whenever." Haruka said, almost as calmly as Kaname was in her words towards Rhialla. "I wonder what we should do on the way though, Yoru...? People are going to watch us if we do anything, you know." Haruka said playfully, literally suggesting they do something sexual in front of everybody, Yoru responding with a calm and 'maybe later' kind of laugh, though a hint of wanting to do something right now included.

Sewell watched the group with a smirk. "F**k, they all matured." He cackled to himself. "I'm gonna need to step it up if I'm going to have fun." Sewell slammed his staff into the ground and the ice mirror in front of him melted. He was right outside Gehenna's doors. He put down the ward and the blizzard slammed against him. He walked forward and waited for them, smirking.

Veril was watching the group, "I would feel bad for trying to kill them... But I don't. Hahaha, Lily! Take care of them. And yes you can spend some time with Sewell before doing so." He rolled his eyes. Veril mumbled, "Freaking weirdos...." giving a small shudder.
