"God damn it Chess, ditching me out of the blue." Growling out before kicking the face of an undead down the steps of an abandoned building, watching it cartwheel (sort of) down the many floors before coming to a stop near the bottom. It surely wasn't dead, proving that by pushing itself up and looking back up the steps towards Raymond. Their group had split for some odd reason, finding some excuse to head off in a different direction, which only left the swordsman to continue his trek alone. He assumed they would meet up again later, but where? He hadn't accompanied them for very long, so it may have very well been their last meeting. He continued a steady pace up the steps, figuring that if he could make it to the rooftops, he could avoid the approaching horde completely. Slim chance they could climb up here and completely pin him down, but worth a shot.
(I'll just post every now and then to show I'm still active and to check in to make sure this doesn't die out. Hopefully it doesn't, I hardly ever find a zombie apocalypse RP with effort like this one. Its usually just end of the world, fend for yourself with no directional plot, no major events, and a single character taking out massive hordes on their own. So, I'm enjoying the pace this one is at, lets hope it stays!)

its alright, i don't plan on letting this die without a fight. plus if i don't see people posting after a day or two. im gonna start tagging them here just to remind them.

I'll post right after I get off work and before I doze off for the night just for Raymond's whereabouts and to make sure he doesn't die. Not sure if Cross and Viper's creators are still taking an active role in this either, and the Checkerboard Syndicate is out for a few days. So that group'll be a bit slow these next week or so. Aha I have no right to tell you what to do with the plot, but if its slowing you guys down at all I'm sure it won't make a huge difference to us if you advance further (like horde finishing their passing, or huge combat scene).
