Soma mistakes Cross for a large piece of metal and picked Cross up for repair purposes and Cross scares the shit outta him by talking. xD

Cross burst out of the garage running by everyone not wanting anything else to do with Chess. He made it to a place the infected weren't inhabiting when his suit gave him a warning. "Thunderstorm coming from the west this suit will be shut off to avoid any damage caused by lightning." Cross began panicking "don't you dare shut off on me! No, no NOOOOOO!" Cross's body went limp and he fell to the ground his screams now muffled by the suit.

"Keep pulling shit like this and I might as well run in the middle of the street!" Raymond exclaimed as he swung a wooden bat, a temporary weapon found in the back of a flipped car, at the skull of an undead approaching from the alley. It struck its temple, but the momentum carried the bat further until the head was squished between the force of the bat and the brick wall of the building; browned blood and flesh staining the wall, the corpse falling to its knees before collapsing on the floor beside Ray. The undead had attempted to jump at him from the alley, Ray following the sidewalk and just jogging down the street.
"Too bad most of us got used to jump scares, you're a bit late." He commented before continuing his jog down away from the horde. The wooden bat was a find while he was running, figuring it was better to use than unsheathing his swords and fighting in the middle of a storm. He could've fought with the scabbards on, since they were leather based, but cleaning them would be such a hassle. The bat rested on his right shoulder, held steady with his right hand for easy access.


As he crossed an intersection, another undead would rise from its collapsed position beside a car. It had been attracted by both the sound of Raymond, and his scent. They seemed to keep rising up recently, as if the the horde was calling to them and recruiting. Raymond slowed down partially beside the rising dead, grabbed the handle of the bat with both his hands, and swung it forcefully across the face of the dead with a deafening crack. The bat continued its momentum until it rested over his left shoulder, hitting the head had completely sent it flying off the torso and into the shattered window of an abandoned building.


"Hoooome run!" The crazy male yelled out, a grin on his face before running forward and down the street yet again. However, the weight in his hands were considerably lighter. The cracking sound he had heard when hitting the undead, that was also the combined sound of the portion furthest from the handle shattering. "Ah, well. I didn't plan on making it a career anyway." He dropped what remained of his weapon, now also on the look out for a non-metallic based melee weapon for temporary use during the storm.


(I know there's a group in a car, not sure who else is there besides the GM and his lady friend though. But if you all would like a careless swordsman who enjoys fighting the undead to join your little party, he's on the streets. And if not, its all good, he's got his little solo fight scenes here and there to keep me entertained.)

or you could just see the truck moving and chase after it like a mad man yelling, "wait up!" or something.


Or you could find Cross (who has currently become a vegetable.)

Lol, dude you slept for almost 24 hours? Just a suggestion, you gotta be a bit more consistent. Some people aren't as tolerant as this bunch are, it doesn't hurt to try and be more considerate towards their time. I get that sometimes things pop up, but try to keep the span of time messages reasonable. If that's a bit too difficult, 1-on-1 RPs may suit you a bit better.
