"I see." She drove through the triffic very easily. "I question how he got those fake robots. They're not very common."

"What do you mean..? Are they expensive..?"

"Somewhat. They're just not common and it's hard to find one where we live. They're much cheaper in places like London, Greenland, and Singapore."

 

[AlexisLaura]

Kimichi frowned a little. "How can a failing business afford to do all of this...?"

"He may have just been playing a cruel joke, but who knows?"

 

[AlexisLaura]

"I guess." He sighed softly. "I just wish I kenw for sure..."

"I do as well. But at the end of the day, we have to accept there are going to be things we will never know"

 

[AlexisLaura]

He nodded. "Very true." He smiled. "Thanks Xio."

"No problem." They had finally arrived back at home. "Do you think there will be a day where the other robots will rebel against the humans?"

 

[AlexisLaura]

He sighed but nodded. "I think so. But if and when that day comes, I want you to stay out of it please. I want you safe."

"I have no reason to be in it. I have nothing to rebel against." She turned to him.

 

[AlexisLaura]

He smiled at her. "Thank you." He went inside with her.

"Of Course." She closed the door and stood beside it queitly.

 

[AlexisLaura]

Kimichi smiled at her again and went to the kitchen. "You may start dinner whenever you feel like it as long as it's not too late."

"Is seven o'clock alright?"

 

[AlexisLaura]

He nodded. "That's fine.' He smiled. "I'll be in my office."

"Okay." She waited until seven, then cooked a steak for Kimichi. After she set it on the table, she went into Kimichi's office. "Dinner is ready, Sir."

 

[AlexisLaura]

"Ah. Thank you Xio." He went to the dining room and sat down.

She sat next to him. "Is it alright?"

 

[AlexisLaura]

He cut into it and took the first bite. "It's perfect. Thank you." He smiled.

She nodded. "Good. I was worried I had made a mistake."

 

[AlexisLaura]

"Why would you have made a mistake?"

 

[xXGodoftheGeeksXx]

"Because like humans, robots are also imperfect. We make mistakes as well. Some are defective or they break to easily. Some have bugs or glitches. Also some, like me, are very monotone, technically we're not supposed to be monotone. We're supposed to have emotions to be able to relate to the humans."

 

[AlexisLaura]

"Yeah. I guess." He sighed softly. "I'm sorry xio. "

"For what? There was nothing to be sorry about."
