"Suspended?.....what Suspended?! Earl what did you?!......oh.....I see......oh Earl....." she sighed face palming herself and she gently shook her head. "Earl you really need to stop resorting to Jinxing everyone...." she replied with a sigh. "So ....no qitich?...for how long?" She asked
"I'm don't get to play in the match against Gryffindor." He said bitterly
"Oh.....Earl I'm sorry..." she replied noticing how upset he felt. On one hand he kinda did this to himself with the whole jinxing thing, however he tends to have a purpose underneath for doing such a thing. Plus quitich is everything to him.
"Lavin wouldn't shut up about how he' soooo much better than me. It's so infuriating."
"That sounds nothing but frustrating....either way Lavin think he is a know it all and is nothing but a pompous ass..." Emily replied sitting down next to Earl. "But really Earl you do have to try and not resort to cursing people...over stuff like this... " she said
"I didn't curse him... I jinxed him."
"I...uh...well a jinx!...." Emily replied with a small frown (not a mad frown but like one with a look of fine you butt!) "Well it being a jinx still dosnt make it a good thing" She added
He sighed. "He was asking for it."
"Yea....they tend too...." Emily said leaning against him "you either have to do less jinxing people....or well not get cought..." she added
"Yeah I know." He said. "Anyway now I've got nothing to do with my time."
"Nothing to do with your time?....thats a lie Earl.....you know you could go to the library and do a lot of studying....no excuse of quiting taking up studying time...." she said in a teasing way as she bumped her shoulder with his.
"Or... I could go practice st the dueling club." He said
"Yes that is an option as well....though you could use the study time" she replied with a smile
"I get good grades. Mostly." He said. "I have you for the other stuff."
"I guess you don't do so bad in our lessons...." she replied dramatically gasping placing her hand on her chest. " Oh I see....just using me to gain in your favor...."
He snorted. "Oh like you get nothing out of it." He said teasingly. "Is it two rat spleen or three for pepperup?"
"Oh of course I don't..." she crossed her arms "...trick question....pepperup had no rat spleen" she smiled confidently lifting up her chin confidently
"Right. So why did you use two when we were making it?"
Emily huffed and looked away "it was a simple slip up...happens to the best of us" she said moving her hand in a shooing motion
He smiled and stuck his tongue out at er
A smile came upon Emily's face as she kept her arms crossed as she sticked her tounge back at him.
"Come on let's go do something fun." He said
She slowly uncross her arms "something fun?....with you that sometimes mean trouble..." she replied following him.
"What me? Trouble? Never." He sadi
