@Koi Miazaki Yeah, I was really bored when i wrote that while I was waiting to finish up my shift at work.. and was slightly belligerent when i realized that i spent over 700$ on tires for the winter... lols.

The last technique Vanishing moon needs to be capped. I would say if you are going for a technique that distances himself from a battle than make the range have a maximum and minimum distance of 1000 meters or so.

For the technique, how about a 300m max range? It's not supposed to be much of a skill for traveling but rather escapes and ambushes.
