So, apparently my knee bone is pointing in the complete wrong direction. Instead of going in towards the inside of my legs, it goes out. So, every time I bend my knee it grinds and pressed against shit. And apparently my foot is SOOOO FUCKING FLAT that I walked in my leg weird and caused it. But really, it took 16 years of me walking like this to screw my knee up? :/
