Fantasy Freelancer Files (Red vs. Blue)

It shows their intelligence, but really. Owen's the Alpha? Maybe the food giver, and given respect for that. But I don't think they'd be THAT intelligent. The whole I-Rex and the Raptors was a bit too SYFY for me. But dat ending battle. When the Spinosaurus skeleton was plowered through, I was soooo excited.


I did sorta like the idea, when it was fleshed out more. It'd be used to fight in tougher climates and landscapes. And agreed, the relationship wasn't THAT important, and I wish they could of diverted time from that to the dinosaurs. It wasn't bad, but it didn't add much to the story or the atmosphere of the movie.


And /me is used in a lotta places, Skype still uses it.

Yeah..I find it funny that despite the graphics the first movie still had more realistic graphics

That's because they didn't rely on CGI too much, then. I think, apart from Terminator 2, Jurassic park was the first major movie to have that level of CGI in it. But even then. they mixed in a lotttt of anamatronics like a life sized T-rex.


My list goes, Jurassic Park>Jurassic World>The Lost World>>>>>>. . . . . . .>>>>>>>Jurassic Park Three
 
Okay here are my thoughts on the movie.


Don't open the spoiler if you haven't seen it.


I really hope I didn't have to write that.


God damn.

First off, it was an amazing movie and (nearly) on par with the first Jurassic Park. I'm not going to go into why I loved the movie, because I think we all pretty much agree on that.


So here are my problems with the movie (besides the whole "the ending was rushed" because it was but they rushed it in a decent way).


1) While the raptors were awesome and one of my favorite aspects of the movie, they had some quirks I wish were worked out. Like, for example, at the beginning when Owen goes into the cage to save the new kid, they nearly kill Owen when he turns to get under the door, yet later in the movie they don't even try it. And on top of that (this is more of an I-Rex quirk) they said the I-Rex didn't learn any social skills, yet it communicated with the raptors. That doesn't really add up for me, especially if the I-Rex ate it's own sibling. I also think they could have done so much more with the raptors instead of only have a really badass chasing scene that literally did nothing but establish the I-Rex was part raptor and ended up making the raptors turn on InGen, then have three of the four get killed shortly after.


2) The entire fucking movie could have been summed up in the first half hour if they had checked the implant of the I-Rex BEFORE THEY SENT PEOPLE INTO IT'S FUCKING CAGE LIKE WHAT THE FUCK IS THE POINT IN THAT IT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE.
 
Just got back from watching Jurassic world. Absolutely loved it.

First off, I love the fact that they still had that classic theme.


Secondly, I loved the I-Rex vs T-Rex battle. Just the fact that it happened was awesome. I also loved the fact that even though the raptors turned on the humans, Blue became good again in the final battle from saved Rexy from the I-Rex. It was my favorite scene in the whole movie. Another scene I loved was the ending scene when Rexy stood on the helipad and roared. He is clearly the new Alpha of Isla Nublar.


Thirdly, what's going to happen in the next movie, considering that another one will happen. Henry Wu got of the island with the other I-Rex embryos. If the goverment does indeed use them as weapons of war, that could cause a global catastrophe, then again the US military would just give it everythng they've got to put it down. Even though it got hit with a rocket launcher and got up like nothing happened.

Me and my dad watched the movie together, and when it ended this is was I said to him.

Ready for the sequel when Wu fucks up again and there's I-Rexes running around everywhere?
So I find it funny you brought that up.

I do, but I didn't have it on me at the moment. And they believed me that I was 17, they just couldn't believe that I was. This was said today while I was weighing in my market lamb at the mandatory pre-fair weigh-in, so they didn't really care to be honest. All they cared about was the weight of my lamb. They just commented about my age after they asked what grade I was in and I was surprised by their comment.

Doc is back, but he isn't a pacifist anymore.
Plus, one of my theories was wrong. The person who got the other sword wasn't the person I thought would would. Then again, he'll probably die since he sucks ass and then one of the RvB's, possibly Tucker or Caboose, will get it.
