That, my friend, is a question that demonstrates that a show is amazing. It rips out your feels and makes you want to die, but hey! That just means that the people making it are good writers. And dickwads, but what else is new.

Guys, RT just released a trailer for episode 11 since it's apparently going to be the biggest episode this season. I don't think it means the longest one, but epsiode 11 has always been the episode with the most action and bad asses.

Fuck it. I watched it.


Two things:


1) I have no doubt that this will be the longest episode. Did you even see all that shit that was going on? Two different fight scenes, two other scenes, and probably even more. That is a lot to do! This episode will have to take a while!


2) I'm really, really, REALLY scared for Carolina and Wash. Especially Wash. Carolina at least has a strong will to live, but Wash has demonstrated multiple times that he doesn't mind dying. And he's against Locus, who is a hell of a long stronger than him. So if it came down to it, I doubt he would fight quite hard enough to live. Which fucking kills me on the inside. And him having his helmet off makes me even more scared, because that means he is less protected and more likely to die. Fuck. Goddammit. I'm so scared for him. You have no idea. If Wash dies, I will cry. No joke. I'm not lying. And if Carolina dies, I will he extremely sad too, especially since that means that Church might very well be taken or destroyed if her body is prone around enemy hands. Fucking shit. I can't. Goddammit all.

I'm just saying I have bad Internet right now. Good god. Also, I live in the country and out of 4G data for the month. I still get internet, but it's just whatever my phone can pick up. So it's not very good. Hotel internet is shit too, but mine isn't much greater right now.

^^^Actually, Church, I've speculation that Wash having his helmet off is a tactic that has been used from WWI. Put take your helmet off behind cover and put it the the barrel of your gun and lift it up to let it get shot so you can find the sniper. I feel that is what's he's doing. We may see his face finally.

But did his helmet have any bullet marks on it? I sure as hell didn't see any. And you would think there would be if that tactic was used, because the Mercs would not have a bad marksman as a sniper (and I believe the sniper he is trying to find is Locus, so you know he would not miss). They would have hit his helmet for sure, leaving a mark behind. You could be right that that is what he is doing, but either they didn't bother to animate the bullet mark on his helmet, I didn't see it, or that's not what he did. I don't know.


Either way, him having his helmet off is still extremely dangerous and risky. I don't care what he is doing with it, because it is. And if he doesn't realize that his head is in clear view of any other person with a gun that can shoot at least decently, he's fucked. So, no matter what or why, it still makes me really nervous to see that his helmet is off.


Also, I don't want to see his face. I don't want to see any of their faces. Not seeing their faces gives a kind of mysterious feel about them that I love, and showing their faces will botch that. Especially for the Blood Gulch Crew, because we have known them for 13 damn years without even seeing the color of their hair (we've seen Wash's hair. He's blond. That makes me happy because I am blond too. And I think blond fits him). Not knowing their faces also leaves stuff for the imagination, which is kinda nice.

Hmm...I can't really see RT playing something in reverse like that. They want to hide stuff, but I can't see them wanting to do it that way. They haven't done it before to my knowledge. Also, his BR was laying on the ground. It would think that it would be easier for him to put the helmet on the gun while it was in an upright position, pointing to the sky. Unless he was behind cover that was really short, which he would probably have to lower it some to put the helmet on. But I don't know. In my mind, it doesn't seem like he would do that with his helmet. Maybe that's because I never read about soldiers doing that in any war, I don't know. Its just my speculation.


That's actually amazing to know. Especially for the crew, including Wash. I don't want to see anymore faces, as it messes with the characters in a show where we are used to seeing no faces of. So I hope they don't show anymore faces. Not even the new characters. I know that I'm probably almost alone in that thought, besides for you and a few other people, but I really don't want to see them. I'm the exact same with the Chief and all of the Spartans still alive in the normal Halo world.
