xD . Such a deep story. But shit, guys! I was driving home the other day and on the road, center of it to be exact, there was a small pug hit! Blood around it, and when I was getting closer to it, it's head popped up! Got me right in my chest cavity where emotions go.
I'd of stopped, but the roads a fifty with no U-turns around. I woulda been blasted by the truck behind me.

Fuck that. I would have stopped. And if someone had gotten mad at me, I would have just flipped them the bird and told them to get going.

I agree. And when you live on a ranch, it is in no way unusual to see a dead or dying animal. Sometimes it can be a mouse or bird or baby bunny caught and played with by your cats and then not eaten (it fucking pisses me off when they do that), it can be a animal hit by a car, or it can be one of your large animals. All are so sad. About two years ago, one of our market lambs broke his hind leg. Literally snapped it right in half, with just a flap of skin holding it on and the bone jutting out. It happened right in front of me, and it messed me up. It also messed up my mom who was in the pen with me. It was seriously one of the worst things I have seen happen to one of our animals, especially seeing how much it affected the lamb. He was normally a very crazy lamb that hated being caught or touched, but after that he just stood there with this stoic and blank look on his face. He didn't even try to run away on the rest of his legs. We ended up putting him to sleep an hour later after my mom ran to her work and grabbed the stuff to do it with. Watching animals die has messed me up ever since I got Maisy, especially this one. The saddest part was that he never even had a name.
