That is the series, Dark. It is quite cool. Aliens and guards and shooting shit.
Each game has it's own playstyle, though. So they're all drastically different. The first game, [Escape], has a poorly made tutorial here:

In Escape, you're a civilian who has woken up on the deepest level of a facility called Subterra Bravo. Your goal is to go through the 7 levels and escape. If the name doesn't hint that.
In Omega Protocol, the players are part of a military squad going through the facility.
In Invasion, the players are trying to maintain global economies and fight of the Alien Invasion both at the same time.

I'd like to. The issue is DOING it. I probably wouldn't personally play the games, just overwatch and GM is basically. I'd need 4 players (per setup) to ensure maximum challenge/entertainment. I own Escape and I've played both of the other two, soon to own. I want to go through all three games and watch each one play out.
One, for entertainment. Two, to see which of the four works well with the group and which ones are self-absorbed assholes who would kill off their friends for their own personal survival.

I take you as one of those guys who have a "Do not kill" list and a "Kill very brutally" list. Not much middle ground.

It used to be a "Kill later" list and a "Massacre so brutally it would make Satan sick" list. Fortunately for you, the "Kill later" list has been changed to the "Do not kill (unless you won't get caught)" list.
