Can you say you're 100% bilingual if you make mistakes in one of the languages? I hardly consider myself 100% monolingual at times.

Well, seeing as I speak both languages without barely making mistakes (Not to brag, but for someone my age, especially when you are raised in a country with an english speaking level of an ape, like spain.) I do consider myself to be 100% bilingual. I mean, you cant be 50% bilingual, that just doesn't make any sense. I dont mean to sound like a smartass, but as far as I recall, either you are bilingual or you're not.
