I've got a new dlc heist to try out and Mysterion has Payday 2 so we got a full crew.

I'm watching the newest RT podcast, the one with Felicia Day (or whatever) in it. They are talking about going back and watching old content that they all made and how weird it is. Burnie said that all of the shit that he wrote for RvB was done years ago, so he can't remember the shit that he wrote back in, like, season 3. He just doesn't remember it. But he said that his mind definitely knows that he wrote it, and when he watches the old episodes, he finds them funny as hell. The lines are just so hilarious to him (and the old script truly is hilarious sometimes). Imagining Burnie just sitting around and laughing his ass off like a dumbass at his own shit that he wrote and sometimes voiced years ago is hilarious to me. I just can't get over that.

There are so many fires around the Pacific Northwestern states that my whole valley has been in a fog-like bank of smoke for the last week or so. And it always smells a bit like something is burning nearby when you're outside. This is scary.

Yes, I understand that. I haven't seen the teaser yet, but I've definitely heard people talk about it. And I found that pic on tumblr, which someone said that Felix and Wash will have a throwing knife fight.


I just hope he doesn't plan to use them unless he is more of a badass with knifes than we thought previously possible, because I bet it would fuck him over if he wasn't. And if he, Church, or Carolina die in this episode...I don't even want to think about it.


And I just realized the other day that the new time that my practices will start is very, very inconvenient. Because it starts at 3 pm. What the fuck, Captain. I have imporTANT SHIT GOING ON AT 3. WHY DID YOU HAVE TO MOVE PRACTICES TO 3. WHY, YOU FUCK. For one, it's hot enough at 7 pm. It will be horrible at 3 pm. Also, I will have to wait to watch the new episodes on Mondays until after I get back from practice! I fucking hate that.

I assume you're talking about XC. My practices have always been at 3, but we had to go in before school on Fridays. My coach once said if one person doesn't pass out per week, he's offended. Don't take that the wrong way, though, I've never had a problem with it. I've only seen two people actually pass out, and they were both pretty unfit and inexperienced with running.

Yeah, I'm talking about XC. We start practicing every year in mid June after school ends, and official practices don't start until mid August. During that time and up to two weeks after official practices start, we start running at 7 pm every night due to the really hot weather. And we sometimes don't even run because of how hot it is. We usually start running at 3 pm close to the beginning of school no matter how hot it is, because that's when practices start during the school year.


Our coach (who we always call Captain) doesn't work us that hard, but he does work us as hard as he thinks we can handle, and encourages us to try our hardest and push as far as we can before we stop. Even with the hot weather. It's been way easier for me to do that this year since I have last year under my belt, and I purposefully push myself as hard as I can before I stop since I know that helps me to get into shape and gain speed quicker.

So, now that I'm done with practice, I have watched the newest episode. I will put anything I thought about it below. Bare with me, though, 'cause its kinda hard to type with shaky hands.

Spoiler

1) I probably yelled "NO!" literally about 42 times while watching it. Seriously. Thank god no one else is home.


2) Wash was the absolute best during this episode. Holy shit, I loved him so much. He was so Wash and I loved it.


3) During the really intense fight scenes when Wash and Carolina looked like they were going to die, I was seriously just holding my head and shaking uncontrollably. Especially when Wash almost fell off, like, four times.


4) The best part was probably when Carolina was going to pull her and Wash off the floating thing to save their asses, and Wash said "NOT AGAIN!!" and leaped on Carolina to give her a bear hug before she zipped away so he could hold on for dear life. Just seeing a fully armored man leap and latch onto a fully armored woman, especially when both are trained killers, is just the funniest thing. I want a perfect picture of that moment so bad.


5) I about screamed when Locus went invisible and started to fight Wash because I was so afraid for Wash. Same when Carolina "fell off" and attached to the bottom of the island with her artificial gravity.


6) How Carolina walked off a sniper shot to the shoulder and a brutal cut to the back by an energy sword just amazes me. I kinda hope that was just the adrenaline pumping and that she will show more sign of the pain in the next episode when they are back with everyone else.


7) I was so, so hoping that the Counselor was just bullshitting being evil and that he was only trying to give the Mercs bullshit info to save his and his Agents' asses. Yeah well fuck that now. Fuckin' asshole.


8) What the fuck are with Wash's insanely fast reflexes?! Damn, dude!

Might comment more after I watch it again, might not. I dunno. I do know that I am going to go work on my RvB drawing, though. I really want to again now.

The Freelancers vs Merc fight really reminds me of the Halo 2 boss fight. With all the floating platforms and whatnot. If anything that's probably what they were going to for. I'm also really glad that the Councilor was killed. Here what I have to say on the ending. *North voice* WHY DIDNT THEY SET THEIR GODDAMN TRACKER!!!

I just realized that the blood that was on Locus so that Wash could see him was not blood from a gash on Locus. That was blood from Wash slicing his own hand open and throwing his own fucking blood on Locus so he could find and then stab him. What the fuck. That is certainly desperation if I've ever seen it.

Any class preference? Here's the list if you don't know what they are.

• Sniper (Glass cannon)
  
• Heavy (LMG + rocket launcher)
  
• Assault (Shotgun)
  
• Support (Heal/buff other soldiers)
  

You can also choose an armor color and nickname. There is also the 5th optional class called the MEC. You solider gets their limps replaced with robots parts and can operate a MEC suit. You do get a bonus ability based off your old class.

One I use is Silver Arrow.


Alternatively, you could just use Shadowborn Omen. But you better make sure when I hit Sergeant I have the nickname "Crosshairs".

I still need the class your soldier starts as. For the most part the armor is all the same color but there are a couple mixed colors for armor. Just tell me what you want and I get as close as possible.
