I have a few things to nitpick about. First, Doyle died a hero. He chose to stay behind and die.


Second, Felix and Locus were on the huge ass ship that was floating above the city and every pirate is most likely dead. I fell that Felix and Locus got away and we will most certainly see an energy sword fight between Felix and Tucker.


Third, an EMP usually happens after a nuclear blast. With Church being stressed enough to put a bubble shield around the pelican, could it be the Emp from the nuclear blast that leads to his death.

I agree with the nuclear meltdown explosion having something to do with Epsilon's failure but I don't know. That's still probably the biggest reason I was loudly repeating "Fuck this bullshit" over and over. I was honestly expecting somewhat of a turn around in Sharkface's character. Maybe not a bad-guy to good-guy transition, but I didn't expect him to stay exactly the same. I still loved watching him get lit the fuck up. And there's no way Felix and Locus died in that, RT has something bigger with the two of them. Felix and Tucker fight sounds interesting, but I have a good feeling Tucker's going to get his shit kicked in.

I seriously doubt that the aftermath of that explosion will be destined to destroy just one character out of the dozen that could easily be killed by it. That doesn't seem like something RT would do. If the blast harms even one of the people in the Pelican, it is bound to harm every single one of them. Also, the Pelican is a vehicle. And we all know that an E.M.P. takes out vehicles even easier than it takes out A.I. Hell, Lopez, the pilot, would even be taken out by it, because he is a robot. So if there is any chance that that will reach Church, it will also reach the rest of them and doom them all to one singular death in one enormous coffin.


But, guys, also remember that there are at least three more episodes left. Maybe even more. They wouldn't have this many characters die when there are still that many episodes left. I suspect that everyone in - and on - the Pelican will survive after this episode, and so will everyone on Tartarus. They wouldn't end off that many extremely important characters with this much of the season left.

I have found our through tumblr that this fandom is infamous for going batshit crazy over ships that aren't even canon or don't even make any sense. Such as Lolix, Grimmons, Tuckington (I fucking hate Tuckington with all of my being), Churboose, Carolina/Kimball (I have no idea what their ship name is), etc. And as someone who almost never likes ships unless they're canon (in fact, they kinda make me uncomfortable, because I would feel bad for those characters if they were real people and having to deal with that), RvB on tumblr can sometimes be painful for me to see. Also, everyone on tumblr seems to veer away from any ships that are canon or aren't a homosexual relationship (not that that's really bad, I just notice that). And since Yorkalina, my OTP, is the both canon and a hetero relationship, I never see it on my dash or without trying. Never. I have to go searching for it, and then there still isn't that much. For all the ships like that in the fandom (which there aren't many, but there are at least three ships like that), I have to seriously go searching wherever I can just to find them on tumblr. All the non-canon ships, though? I see them every fucking day. It's pretty annoying, really. I mean, I like one or two non canon ships, but that's because they actually seem like they could be together. And at least all of their interactions don't involve just screaming and yelling at each other, which this fandom seems to think is a sign of undying love. It just seems like, in this fandom, canon ships are horrible, non-canon ships are amazing, hetero ships are horrible, homo ships are amazing (although, that last two may just be tumblr things as a whole), they are perfect together if they are always next to each other and also always bickering, and, oh boy, if they just so much as look or touch each other, man, they are intensely in love.


And all that annoys the fucking shit out of me and is one of the reasons why I avoid all shipping shit on tumblr, because the way that characters are shipped together in the RvB fandom and the reason why just irks me.


 
But if I were to even say that on tumblr, oh my god, I should might as well let them kill me too.


And there's people who hate Yorkalina just because they had that one fight scene (STUDY IT AND YOU CAN SEE THAT BOTH OF THEM WE'RE EXTREMELY PAINED BY IT), yet those same people worship ships that are between two people that have conversations literally just about yelling or snide remarks. I fucking love it.

Yeah, I know. Its just that the RvB fandom (and the Rooster Teeth fandom in general) is absolutely repulsive about it. Like, the HTTYD fandom isn't like that. There are pretty much only two ships that go around, which are both canon. The only ones that truly aren't canon but go around are the ones that involve crosses between fandoms, which I dislike even more than non canon ships that stay in the fandom. I just don't get where people come from with some of these ships.


And then I see people bitching about, "We have to write our own ships together because we never see them together." Well, maybe that's because THEY AREN'T TOGETHER, ASSHOLE. Also, I've seen people say stuff like, "I wish writers would sometimes realize how perfect two characters are together and put them in a relationship like we want." Well, person, maybe they don't do that because they know those two characters WAY better than you and they know that they in fact will NOT go well together. Or its their own fucking story and they don't want them together! Did you ever fucking think of that?!


I know I'm bitching a lot, but I would never dare to rant about this on tumblr because then half of the tumblr population would hate my guts and soul and probably send me death threats. Because, ya know, it's a site full of nothing but nice and understanding people. So I say it here instead to avoid the tumblr insanity.
