Realistic or Modern Flight 2466: Plane Crash

Logan wasn't ever big on human contact, but Claire wasn't a person he deemed as a threat, so he didn't mind her light hug. For him, it was nice that she didn't keep him in her embrace for long, though. He was the type of person who needed time before getting fully comfortable around others. He gave a small, hopeful grin to her before nodding, "we'll all work together to remember eventually," he tried his hardest to be positive. He then peered at Layla sympathetically, "I don't mind helping if you need it, and shortness of breath doesn't sound too good..." His voice trailed off meekly. He didn't want to push her if she didn't want help, though he'd never be able to live with himself if she got worse and he never swooped in to assist her.

"Haha yeah it is. I was starting to freak out but now Im chill. Im Yarrow." he said smiling.

"Sorry my sisters bothering you. She just likes you. But sooner or later she'll start to hate you. Unless you like her back. Then you have to talk to her. Shes high mantience." he said sighing.

Chanel smiled as Luke ran off.

"Carpe Diem." she smirked, taking off her pants, jacket, and crop top. Running into the water, in her lingerie.

"COME ON EVERYBODY! LETS HAVE A POOL PARTY." she knew they were in a very bad situation but you might as well try to have fun.

She waved off the concern once again, although she figured that Claire did have a point. And if he had some type of medical experience then maybe she'd be sorta of an idiot for refusing. "I suppose you both have a point." She sighed giving in, it'll probably be for the best. "Though lets see if the others worse off before we check out my condition. Besides I'm sure I'm fine" She said with a reassuring smile even though it was more for herself than anyone

Luke was careful not to get his arm wet. He smiled at the thought of Avery taking care of him. Luke looked into the water and saw a large school of fish by the rock maybe 10 feet away, near a cluster of rocks. Maybe Luke could get some bamboo for the base of the fishing rod. Maybe Gwen could help him later on. Chanel seemed to interested in Tony and so was Avery. Maybe Gwen could be my awesome Island buddy.

Yarrow fully introduced himself. "Luke." Luke grinned and held his hand out for him to shake.

Chanel started running over in her lingerie and Luke's jaw dropped, she had a nice body, no doubt. But he was thinking about what Yarrow said about her.

Gwen watched the girl run into the water and yell about having a pool party. "What the fuck?" she muttered under her breath. She looked up at everyone else that was still standing around. "Are you guys seeing what I'm seeing?" she asked them. "Or am I just going crazy?" She silently watched the others in the water after that.

((TOO INTERESTED IN TONY?! ASSHOLE))

He shook his hand and smiled as Chanel came running, like she was on bay watch.

"Shes not all bad though. Shes my sister so I know all the bad shit." he giggled.

Chanel giggled splashing Luke a little, not hitting his arm.

"Hey there guys!" she said smiling at Luke.

"Hows your arm love?" she asked looking a little worried.

"Come on guys... This is a bad situation sure but we need to be happy were alive. Strip down and come in!" He hollered.

Logan could understand Layla's reaction very well. He wasn't one to enjoy needing help either, but in a bad situation like this, everyone needed to stick together and assist one another. He gave a small grin to her to reassure her that he wanted to help out, "...do you mind if I take a look at your side?" He kept his voice small and meek, not wanting to scare her away. He wasn't sure if she was like himself and afraid of new people. In the background, Logan heard ruckus about a pool party and female responding with disbelief. He turned to her a bit and gave a tiny chuckle, "I don't think you're the one who's going crazy..."

Tony had blanked out after taking the coconut he had been offered. Weakly he lapped at the remains of the milk that lurked inside, and watched people with his confused gaze. After a moment he struggled, placing the coconut in his lap and grabbing at the tie around his neck, which was tight. Pulling it off, he settled again, curiously watching as the girl that had asked him his name, screamed something about a party and ran into the water. Surely this wasn't a good thing, not something to be celebrating

Luke was nervous, he felt something bad was going to happen soon. He just felt it.

Luke giggled with Yarrow.Yarrow was a cool guy, just like he thought.

Luke looked a Chanel and bit his lip. He saw the way she looked at him. He was 6'1, fairly muscular and had a 4 pack of abs. He was scared honestly, girls always laughed at him and teased him for being a dork. Why did she even like me, she was JUST like all those other girls who teased me.

"It hurts." Luke still, " but I will be fine. Avery and you did a great job fixing me up." Luke smiled.

Luke saw some people on the beach still.

"Hey guys, I saw a school of fish by that cluster of rocks, maybe that can be our new supply."Luke shrugged.

Avery watched as some of them jumped into the water for a pool party, her mouth open with shock. What kind of dumbasses had she gotten stuck on the island with? Usually, she was spontaneous, impulsive, and fun, but the plane wreckage had kicked in all of her survival instincts. There wasn't exactly time to have fun, now that they were stranded on a deserted island, especially with dead bodies floating in the water.

"Well unless we know how to catch fish, with no bait and no rod, then I don't think we can use that as a food source. At least not in the near future, although that was a good suggestion," Avery replied, smiling at Luke, still shocked at their little pool party. She looked around at the flames from the plane and the mangled bodies everywhere, sighing at how they could create a fucking party when people had just died.

Layla was actualy glad that there was people who were still this kind. The girl figured that it wouldn't be to bad if her injury was at least inspected "I guess." She moved to un-tuck her shirt from her skirt and lifted it up to show the injured area. This time actually looking at it, it didn't seem too pretty. There was a large bruise over where her ribs were and the area looked inflamed. The injury was also felt tender and sore to the touch. "I didn't think I was that bad..."

Layla turned her attention over to the group in the water. A pool party, they had said. Were they fucking serious? People died and they want to have a fucking pool party. She didn't know if she should laugh or scream, so she settled on a irritated responce "Um....you guys do guys think it's a little too soon to be having a party? I mean there are fucking bodies still in the water. Isn't that kinda insensitive?"

@emdillon @Zatanna

Chanel smiled, watching him.

"I didn't really do anything. I'm not that good at anything..." she said looking down to the water.

"We can try and catch them with this... Look. I know that you guys are worried but we are fucking alive. Thats something to celebrate. Besides if you stress yourself out, and are a bunch of bitches and assholes. We are going to hate each other. We need to survive, but we also need to get to know each other and become a group unit. We cant do that if we are all stressed and hate each other. We all swim then go right to work. Live a little." she said looking at Avery the whole time even though she was talking to everyone. She then looked over at Layla.

who does this bitch think she is? Talk to me like that again sweet pea.

"Lets catch those fish!" she said with a warm smile.

"oh..."Luke mumbled.

"What are you thinking then? Put me to work boss." Luke smiled, giving a half hearted salute.

Luke was still sad about his sister, and was scared to talk about it. He wanted to be strong and brave.. for his sister.

"A party?" Luke was kinda outraged. He was annoyed that they even thought about a party. Luke kind of just snapped. His heart went cold and stormed out of the water, not taking the net.

Gwen looked over at the girl with blonde hair, mentally agreeing with her then she looked back at the people in the water. "Guys, we have better and more serious things to worry about right now than a fucking pool party. What are we even supposed celebrating? Crashing in the middle of fucking nowhere?" Gwen took a deep breath as she looked up at the sky then looked back down, watching as the girl tried to use fishnets to catch the fish.

Luke pulled on his jeans quietly. He put his shoes back on and went near the plane area.

He grabbed the shirt he was wearing when he was on the plane and ripped off the collar and sleeves and left the whole thing unbuttoned. Lucifer was looking like a badass.

The fire from the plane was starting to die down, and Lucifer started exploring on the other side of the plane, where the group hadn't explored.

Chanel rolled her eyes as Luke stormed out. She looked back at Yarrow and rolled her eyes.

Why did we have to be on the flight with the pricks? Fuck me.

Chanel got out of the water and put on her jeans and crop top.

"Fine. You guys win. We can all just hate each other. Or you can all hate me. Either way I dont care. If we have more important things to be doing. Then fucking do them. Dont sit here and judge me. So what should I do boss? Build a shelter or start a fire or dispose of the bodies, what? Since you're the appointed leaders, please guide me." she said crossing her arms and giving everyone in the vacinity her bitch stare.

Yarrow stayed in the water. He wasn't worried about all that fucking drama. These girls were just a bunch of bitches and he really didn't need to be any more stressed and upset then he already was. He would live on whatever they made but he was more help out of the way.

Sorry for a late post))

Carmen wakes up in a destroyed plane, her clothes ruined "What the fuck happened?" she asked, trying to stand up but winced at the pain in her left leg. She got up and grabbed her phone which luckily is still alive. "Hello!" she yelled, cupping her hand over her mouth as she yelled but her voice only echoed. "Please not now" she sighed. She looked around and saw a stick, a small but triangular rock and a small vine. She smiled and took the things, creating a spear with it She smiled as she tied the vine around the rock and stick together "Thank god I worked with Katy Perry's music video" she said to herself and held the spear in her hand. She took a deep breathe a started to explore through a forest. She moved leaves and branches out of her way and stopped as she saw a group of people. She stayed hidden as she watched them "Are they safe?" she thought to herself

Bruce looked over to the group, thinking of a possible solution, which finally came to him. "I'm thinking we should build a bonfire, the smoke from it should be visible to any passing ships or planes. Gather up sticks or any separate logs, the quicker we do this, the quicker we got off this fucking place." Bruce said moving to pick up a discarded log, "We should also strip some spare scrap from the plane, it'll be good material to make some shanties"

Toby Guzzeti

Toby had sort of dulled quiet for the next few minutes. He was deep in thought as he walked to the shoreline and sunk into the sand. This wasn't how it was supposed to happen? Toby was supposed to go to the university, get his degree and prove to his brother up in heaven he was sorry. He wanted to be different, but instead it seemed like his fate was right here...On this deserted island. What were they going to do? They were in the middle of no where and it seemed like absolutely no one had been here before.

He shook his head. This wasn't what they were supposed to be doing. They should've be diving into the sea and celebrating their supposed death. Toby stood up and walked over to a man that seemed to be called Bruce. Toby decided to actually do something about them living here. He might as well set up an area where they could actually survive.

Toby nodded at Bruce respectively, walking to one of the coconut trees and picking up various branches of all sizes. He sat down on the sand again, taking out a sharp stone he had found by the shore. Toby put all of the branches in Bruce's growing pile, keeping one. He sat back down again, beginning to sharpen the branch with the stone. He glanced at the plane again, noticing something that it seemed others had not.

"The place where they keep some of the suitcases at the back, it looks unharmed."

Rae moaned, trying to open her eyes, but was having difficulty doing so.

She felt like a building had fallen on her; her entire body ached from head to toe, especially her right leg.

Her left shoulder was also quite painful; it seemed to be on fire.

I'm not on fire, am I?

She forced her eyes open in alarm, blinking rapidly to clear the haze. She seemed to be lying down outside somewhere, for all she could see were trees and blue sky.

Off to her right she could faintly see smoke rising into the sky, and then it all came back to her.

The plane.

Oh my god it must have crashed.

She vaguely remembered the flight; she had been napping, on her way to Syndey for a veterinary workshop, when all hell broke loose.

She awoke to the sounds of panicked screams and crying; the plane was bouncing through the air in a way that she had known was not turbulence; she heard loud noises, some like ripping metal, some like the high-pitched whine of an engine. The oxygen masks were all hanging in their faces, bouncing back and forth with the movement of the plane; some people were even trying to use them.

She remembered she had grabbed hers, but never managed to put it to her face as she heard what she thought was a loud CRACK of thunder; then she felt the plane hit, and all went black.

And now here she was, awakening, miraculously, in vicious pain, god knows where.

She moaned again as she tried to sit up; it wasn't happening just yet but she did manage to prop herself up on her elbows, and she surveyed her surroundings.

She appeared to be in a forest of some kind, but not too far in as she could see the edges of the sand no more than 20 feet away. She looked towards where the smoke was rising; the smoke was black, so the fire must have still been burning.

That must be the plane.

She refused to think about the scene out there on the sand; it must be horrid. She couldn't believe that she had survived, and couldn't imagine that many, if anyone, shared her fortunate fate.

She felt tears welling up at the horror of the situation, but pushed them away as best as she could. This was not the time for that she told herself.

Her head was clearing a bit, although the pain hadn't diminished one bit, and she sat the rest of the way up, groaning as she arose.

She lifted her right hand weakly, to examine the damage to her shoulder. She felt around gingerly, and came across a medium-sized piece of metal, part of the plane most likely, that was deeply embedded into her flesh.

"Unhhhh," she moaned, thinking of the pain that removing it would bring.

She also looked down at her right leg; she moved it a bit, and while it hurt like hell, it didn't appear to be broken. Nothing more than a slight fracture at worst. Still, it was most likely very swollen and bruised, and would probably cause her problems for quite a while.

If I manage to survive that long.

She tested out the rest of her body, piece by piece, but aside from some pretty bad bruising, and cuts and scratches, everything else appeared to be functional.

Suddenly, the sound of voices filtered in through her thoughts, coming from the direction where she assumed the wreckage was.

People! she thought excitedly. I'm not the only one!

Rae struggled from her sitting position and pulled herself to her feet; it was not an easy task, and she was very dizzy and wobbly. She stood still for a moment, trying to pull herself together, letting her legs stabilize and her head clear once again.

Once she felt like she could take a few steps she did so, slowly but surely, limping the entire way, until she eventually cleared the forest, coming out onto a small beach which was littered with bodies and wreckage.

The sight of it all made her breath catch in her throat; she thought she might pass out for a moment, until she saw that over towards the water there were some bodies that were moving...and talking...and SWIMMING! She could hardly believe it!

She called out weakly, waving her good arm, "Hey, I'm over here!"

She didn't know if they would be able to hear her over the noise, but she tried anyways, and tried again. "Hey!"

She fell to her knees then, too weak to remain on her feet, and hoped and prayed that someone would find her.

Gwen listened to the guy talk about making a bonfire then collecting a few scraps from the plain. She decided to help out with the bonfire, thinking it was a good idea since this guy looked like he knew what he was doing. She'd try anything for help at this moment though. She gathered up several branches and put them in the pile and stood there for a moment until she heard another boy say something else about a part of the plane looking unharmed.

"Do you think it's safe enough to go back to the plane?" she asked him. She looked back at the plane and saw that a few parts of it was still up in flames.

Toby shrugged slightly, throwing the rock back into the he sand. He watched it sink in and he wondered if that would what it would be like if the plane had crashed in water. He opened his mouth gently, looking up at the girl who had asked him a question. "If we are careful, and well prepared, it might work." Toby said, his eyes glancing back to the plane again. If this plan did work and went into action, he couldn't imagine how much useful things could be inside all of the suitcases.

It was only know that he heard a shout of what could've been help. It didn't come towards them where the supposed group was, but instead behind them in the forest. Toby's eyes widened and he leaped off of the ground, springing into the trees and trying his best to find where the voice came from. He bit his lip, seeing a unmoving body ahead. He ran over to her, checking for a pulse. 'She is alive!' He thought, his hands picking up under her back and carrying her bridal style back to where the sand was.

"Are you okay?!" Toby said, turning her over so her face was looking at him. He checked her body for any severe wounds. Apart from a few cute and bruises that they all had, the girl was fine. "Can you walk?" He aske, his attention changing to her legs.

May watched in concealed anger as Chanel did not bother to mask her disliking for every girl who chose to walk within the vicinity of Luke or the other boy it would seem, nevertheless Yarrow seemed to be pleased with himself in the water which was great to say the least. She stood once more, gripping the wooden came for support before hobbling towards the woods, they would need some form of light and that mean gathering logs and anything that would produce fire. It was going to be difficult with the state of her leg but May was confident that she would be able to provide for the group despite her injury. She grimaced as she shifted her cane to provide room for a large piece of driftwood she had discovered and gathered some tiny sticks as well as other things she believed she could handle and then setting off towards the group once more, nothing seemed to change so May placed the items upon the same floor before frowning. She hadn't entirely thought this out, they would need to relocate into the forest in order to produce the fire.

No, no I'm fine.

Rae meant to speak aloud, to the boy who had carried her over to the sand. She wasn't sure if her words had managed to escape her lips, so she tried again.

"No, no, I'm okay," she told the guy. "I just got a little dizzy..." she trailed off, realizing how weak her voice sounded; she almost sounded drunk the way she slurred her words.

"I'm fine, really," she told him, "aside from this pesky thing sticking out of me."

She gestured with her good arm towards the piece of metal protruding from her shoulder.

"And my leg kinda hurts, but I don't think it's broken."

She made a great effort to downplay her injuries, but she was obviously in worse shape than she let on. She knew that.

But still better than others she thought, seeing again the images of the bodies strewn across the beach.

No one will be carrying them to safety.

She gagged a little, and tears welled up in her eyes again; try as she might to push them away, this time a few of them spilled over, and she hastily wiped them away.

"How many made it?" she inquired groggily.

Not many, she was sure, but obviously there were others, and she wondered how badly they were hurt.

She knew her skills weren't extensive, but she had gotten her degree as a veterinary assistant, and though these were people she thought that maybe she could help a bit.

If she could ever manage to remain standing, that was.

Toby nodded his head, seeing that the girl seemed to be highly confused. He turned to where she had pointed. How could he had missed that? Maybe it was because it was covered by her shirt, or maybe he just didn't want to look where all the blood was coming from. Toby tilted his head to the sea, where some of the people were still splashing around. "They're busy having a pool party..." He sighed, seeming annoyed at this. He bit his lip lightly, tracing his hand around where the metal piece was. This one seemed to be more difficult to take out than the last one. Toby glanced at her and said reassuringly. "Stay calm..."

With one mighty strength, he quickly slid the rod out of her. The pain on her face wasn't helping as he pulled it more, it eventually coming out and flinging it over to the sand.
"Better?" He said, smiling lightly as he rubbed her shoulder. Toby picked her carefully up again, resting her so that he back was leaning on a tree. "What's your name?"
