Cause in his mind Scatty has the mindset of a jock bully that somehow became a teacher. btw Niko went full evil/mad scientist just so Ember and Scatty can shut this problem up now, cause Niko is Hangry and when Niko is Hangry his inner "Insert generic german bad man name" starts to rise.
but do note his vial is not in fact filled with that chemical, its just some really, and i do mean really condensed dark chocolate syrup.

Actually it might have been me who went all out on Niko's post and not Niko himself but well one generic bad german guy post later we will see what happens.
