Talia purses her lips, and tried to find what to say. She was always pretty blunt, and could never find a way to soften whatever blow was coming.

“Rewby...” She said hesitantly, before looking at her. Talia sighed, and crossed her arms. “She said she was going to deny your request. She didn’t think we would get along, and when I tried to explain that we were friends, she said it wouldn’t affect her decision.”

Rewby’s eye widen in surprised. “W-What?” She simply said. “N-No, that can’t be true! I-I mean, sure, she might not like Krystallines because of our hubris, but... I didn’t...” At that point, she was starting to run out of things to say. She placed her palm on her forehead and looks down. “I’m gonna need a minute to clear my thoughts.” She simply said.

Talia narrowed her eyes, and sighed. She didn’t soften blows. Whoops.

“I’m sorry.....” She murmured, before walking away for a moment, exploring the cave to take her mind off of it.

The cave didn’t have anything interesting; just some dripping water and the treasure chest that was still in the middle of the cave. The Shewdew was building an entrance to get into and out of the cave using whatever resources he has on his person, while the Freakazoid does whatever he can to assist him. Rewby sits near a flat area of the cave, tips her sheriff hat, and closes her eye despite the fact that Krystallines do not need to sleep.

//IM SORRY I was at a swim meet and I had a practice yesterday morning and I was EXHAUSTED//

Talia sighed, and walked over the treasure chest. She beans down near it, and looked it over. She moved to open it, trying to see if it needed a key or if it would just open by itself.

The chest didn’t have much; just a bunch of gold coins and a king’s crown. The Freakazoid saw the golden jackpot and immediately slithers towards it. “GOLD!” The Freakazoid screeched.

Talia disregarded the gold, and moved so the Freakazoid could have it. Before she did, however, she picked up the crown to inspect it. It looked interesting, to say the least.

Moving back to the real world, Susan made an announcement in the flagship’s intercom. “Lux Ormidail, Kokoro Masaki, and Bowe. Please report to the Docking Bay immediately.” She said in the intercom.

He grumbles under the mask. She didn't even say his last name correctly. //I know it's a typo// He ran some final checks on his gear, namely his gun, knives, assorted pieces of...stuff in his cloak, and his communication device with the team. He made several earpieces for the 18 members that can receive his thought-transmissions. He leaves his quarters, and makes his way to the docking bay.

“Lux Ormidail, Kokoro Masaki, and Bowe. Please report to the Docking Bay immediately.”
Kokoro would hear this and begin heading there immediately - through walls and otherwise - from her quarters. Bowe heard this while roaming the halls - only to stop, turn around, then run to the docking bay.

Lux arrives in the docking bay shortly after the announcement is made, and waits patiently for Kokoro and Bowe to arrive so they can go to the Captain together.

Kokoro would arrive shortly after Lux did, Bowe running on in (and tripping over, only to then get up) a little bit after that. Bowe just laughed her tripping off, no major damage done.

Lux looks at Bowe with a small smile under his mask. He held his hand out to pat Bowe's head but drew his hand back in just in case she would think he is condescending over her.

Bowe did seem a little bit fearful, but just stayed right where she was and gladly took the pat on the head. Kokoro watched with a smile.

He kept his hand on her head, and ruffled her hair a little before bring his gentle, scarred hand back into the depths of his cloak. He then brought out his pad. "Shall we go see the Captain?" he writes, and shows Kokoro, then Bowe.

//I have a feeling we're gonna have to wait till tomorrow until CaptainRustbolt21 CaptainRustbolt21 responds.//

//Pretty much.

Bowe and Kokoro nodded. "Let's go." Kokoro said calmly. Bowe nodded. "Yeah! Let's go!" She said energetically.

When the trio arrived to the docking bay, they saw a trio of large carrier shuttles parked in the bay. Along with the shuttles, there are the three armies Susan mentioned to Lux. The First Human Army (Susan’s army) were all wearing gray, bulky space armor, where they were carrying plasma pistols and plasma rifles. The Fifth Human Army (Lux’s designated army) were wearing more flexible black armor with night vision goggles, where they are merely armed with bullet pistols with silencers. The Seventh Freakazoid Army (Kokoro And Bowe’s designated army) were wearing dark green armor and, aside from their standard-issue plasma pistols, were armed with their signature armblades, which were given a metallic dip, increasing their sharpness. The Fifth Human Army saluted to Lux while the Seventh Freakazoid Army placed their blades in an X-formation toward Kokoro And Bowe.

Kokoro and Bowe looked to the army they were leading - and then to each other, nodding. "Don't eat them, Bowe, we need these guys." Kokoro warned her. Bowe nodded. "No problem! Bowe is on alien free diet for a while anyway!" She responded, before the duo would look back to the army they were leading. Bowe seemed pretty much clueless, Kokoro seeming calm - but moreover, the two were willing and confident to do this. They just had to keep these alien soldiers in line, try to achieve minimal losses, and do 'only' what the aim was. Only problem is - they kind of forgot what that was.

Lux nods to his army, and dispenses the earpieces to each of them, and gestures for them to put them in their ear. Once they do, he starts projecting his thoughts to the other earpieces, in simple terms, he can make them hear his thoughts. "Hello. Raise your right hand if you can hear me."

The Fifth Human Army initially looked confused when Lux gave them the earpieces, but followed through his order and put them onto their ears. When Lux projected his thoughts through the earpieces, some of the soldiers looked surprised, while the others remained stoic. Nonetheless, they all rose their right hand, proving to Lux that the earpieces worked correctly.

He nods in approval. "Excellent. Know that these earpieces are only one-way communication. So if you require my attention, get it physically, or call out. I will not speak to any of you as of now due to reasons you haven't earned the right to know. I know most languages that humanity knows of, a multitude of codes, and many other ways of info. Including sign language. Any questions?" His thoughts project into their ears as he sweeps his eyes over the men.
