Okay, so from what i gather (this list to be continued)
Nimue , without factoring in mana asorbing from the water or the fish, or Avalon, can fire Excalibur about 2 times . She'd still have some mana left over to do stuff, but not enough to fire a third. She can have Lake of Promised Victory (theoretically) indefinatly, but the mana drained will burn her after an hour or so
Gawain can fire about 2 Galatines rapid fire twice as well, Thats not factoring in Numeral of the Saint which would probably give him another 1 or two
With power from Aura, Tomoe can use a MAXIMUM of 5 servants for half an hour or so. Obviously the time increases the less used.
Joan has the highest power, since the cost to activate La Pucelle impure actually doesnt cost much as it burns mana from the things it consumes, so it can purge the world if it came to that. That and both Rose and the Holy Grail are backing it. Luminose can withstand about 3 Excalibur Galatines before needing to recharge (not thats just a estimate of power, not the attack itself) Do not that abilities that bypass magic efense, such as Excalibur, negate this and will immedatly force it to go on cooldown
Robyn Hood with her low mana can fire about 4 times without tapping her master out. This is, again, without caluating the mana returned to her.
