No, Setanta was Chulainn before Chulainn killed the guard dog on the way to a party, where he then swore himself as a replacement until he could get a new dog.


And I remember reading about him. Wasn't he the one forbidden from speaking and had to challenge everyone he met?

Brionac ' s wielder is Lugh, not Setanta. I am fully aware Setanta is Chulainn but you mentioned Brionac so I thought you had Lugh in mind but simply thought his name was Setanta.

Ah, I got mainseries SMT in my head again (in a quest in SMT IV, Setanta gives you Brionac for helping him with a quest)

If you're talking about the religious servants, then, yeah, I agree with you a bit. Just, not as violently.


While I think a Buddha Saver servant was pretty neat, I think if there was a servant based upon a more contemporary religion people would probably lose their shit. And, well, a Jesus servant just doesn't seem... right.


Besides, isn't there a canon rule in the first place? Like, doesn't the grail refuse to summon divine or divine-related figures, i.e, Muhammed, Jesus, Moses, The concept of God/Yahweh/Allah, etc.
 
Okay, then I'll respond to your summoning and play with Nimue s'more tomorrow.


And IIRC only 100% divines, although that may have changed as Prisma Illya had Berserker Thor, and Gil is 2/3 God and Karna is pretty divine too.

Jesus being fully human during life means that he is in fact eligible. Muhammad being fully human means that he is eligible. Allah or Yahweh however are legitimate divine spirits so cannot be summoned.

I see that Kuru's character , Theta, would also need a servant so... Oh well I'll wait for a reply.
