Saber aint gonna care what Jun thinks, there aint nothing to suggest she's dealing with archer. Everything she's seen so far fits with Assassin. The enemy servant has presence concealment. Their first action was to run instead of fight. Only weapon demonstrated so far has been a knife. Then you have the less direct things, but when combined they point to assassin. Like how she tried getting the fight moved outside so she could slip away with her presence concealment. Sure something like that could also be because she wanted more room to abuse her range as archer. But when combined with all the other things it just acts as confirmation bias that she's assassin.

So even if Jun says she's archer, Saber has absolutely no reason to believe that. Archers don't run around with presence concealment after all.

It's clearly a bow-shaped weapon that is conceptually a sword much like Emiya Alter uses gun-shaped Swords.
