It's not magic in the magic resistance sense. It's anti-fortress noble phantasm, unless you have something specifically that'd protect against it, u fucked. It's on the same level as excaliblast.

Any wound inflicted by her sword can't be healed. And whether it'd hurt you would depend on your shit. Her normal sword swings can't damage something she can't hit, but then she hasn't swung at assassin anyways.
