Heat my friend, Magi are slightly warmer than normals after casting spells, and given that Dorian managed a city wide voice projection spell, a quick movement spell, and possibly a concealment spell as well despite Noble Blue Blood Circuits, he's got to be slightly warmer than most people. Assuming he did conceal himself, I thought that was just so people wouldn't panic since someone just popped out of nowhere.

Gaius Danius Griinia Saber can't exit spirit form around others since she'd draw too much attention. She just ordered stuff online like an hour or two ago so nothing she ordered would have arrived yet, it wont be until the next night minimum when she can dress all fancy. Also it's the middle of the night, around midnight to be exact from Bandit's post. Doubt there'd be any coffee joints open at that hour lol.
