<3 Quillicious' Not So Pretend Girlfriend <3
Fantasy's C Team
The world is full of strife, conflict, and world ending trouble. Luckily, there are many who are strong enough to stop these. From demonic invasions, dragon zombies controlled by necromancers, powerful mad mages and planetary devastation of all sorts. There are heroes of legend that are capable of of taking these on and achieving victory.
We are not those people.
We still have dreams though. We want to save the princess and defeat the dragon. We want our names sung in song for centuries to come. We want world peace. We want to protect others. We're a group of misfits just trying to do some good in the world.

- Hi there. I'm Genjiomnom, and I'll be your Game Master for this story
So this will be a parody styled story. We'll control characters who struggle to even do their jobs. Like a dyslexic mage who can't read properly from their spellbook, casting random spells by accident and such. Possibly a monk with arthritis. A midget archer with a longbow. Whatever you can think of, so long as there is a flaw/disability that just doesn't work for whatever class they are Don't make anything too debilitating that the party becomes stagnant though D:
We meet with the goal of forming a party. We may have different personalities, but our goals all align. We all want to be heroes and help people.
We'll travel throughout the land to accomplish our goals. We'll help farmers fend off bandits, we'll solve puzzles in caves, and even slay dragons and save princesses. At least we'll try.
This is a high fantasy world. So various races and magic are commonplace. It is a dangerous world, so your characters need some capacity of fighting ability.
I'm looking for a max of five people. Obvious site rules are obvious.
Please be literate. No broken English please D: Perfect spelling aren't required, mistakes happen, but if I have trouble keeping up with what you're saying, then it won't work out, sorry
Be able to post multiple descriptive paragraph responses consistently. Occasional single paragraphs are acceptable, but single sentence responses won't be allowed I'm a friendly person, I promise I get confused easily, so don't be offended if I ask for things to be clarified >.<
There will be a very loose posting order. During conversations, totally fine to post ahead to finish the conversation. During things like combat though, please let everyone post before posting again, to avoid members from being left behind
Eh, I guess that's about it? Common sense and courtesies of course, and all that.
This is a world map of our world, Aaranthaal.
This is a generalized fantasy world. So whatever you think of when you think of fantasy is probably going to be here. There are gods, and they interact with the world sometimes. Heaven and Hell are places that you can travel to. There are different dimensions, and even death is reversible.
Individual locations will be discussed in the Locations tab
- Tammy's Bowl
- Weimall's Winter
- Shee Gee's Oasis
- Zal'Etheros Dessert
- Heaven's Passage
- Pogoro Plains
- Daedros Plain
- Taendro Swamp
- Yin Yang Islands
- Drekken Island
- Kraken's Lair
- Cosmo Void
Tammy has long since died. She sacrificed herself to stop a dimensional rift from opening, saving the entire world. In order to do this, she had to spend several days fighting an army of demons. She is also known as one of only three people who have ever been able to kill a dragon.
Tammy's Bowl is the home of several villages, including the largest human city on the planet, Toriel. Tammy's bowl is also the home of our heroes. Though Tammy's Bowl is home to the largest human settlement, there are many races about the land, even inside of Toriel. There are also various dungeons and long lost cities scattered about too. Camps of goblins and kobolds are also common in Tammy's Bowl.
Weimall is most known for defeating the largest and most powerful dragon in existence, Exodus. This was an evil dragon, easily the largest, about the size of an entire mountain. He caused chaos and destruction for centuries before Weimall killed him, starting an era of peace. Of the three heroes of the world, he is the only one still living. He often roams the mountain ranges of Weimall's Winter. He moves slowly, for he doesn't want to accidentally cause massive destruction to towns, or even passing adventurers.
Weimall's Winter is the coldest place on the planet. It's known as the home of the giants, though many giants live elsewhere too. Giants also aren't as large as Weimall, most only growing as tall as the average tree. Weimall's Winter all contains the dwarf city, Karak Eight Peaks. There are a few villages and settlements within Weimall's Winter, though not many choose to live in the cold land.
Weimall is where some of the fiercest creatures on the planet reside. Massive wolves, bears and other various wildlife exist here. Trolls, wraiths, various undead and ghouls are also common here.
His power was so great that it's believed he only died because he chose to. Shee Gee looked like a mad man, though he was incredibly kind. His favorite thing to do was to make children laugh with his magic. He loved children most of all. The generation that would come to replace all the greats.
Shee Gee's Oasis contains the largest Gnome city on the planet. Though Gnomes are smaller than the average race, their superb construction allows them to build what they want, where they want, and how they want. Their city, Shee Gee Oasis City, resembles a tree, sitting on an island in the middle of a lake.
Shee Gee's Oasis also contains many other villages and towns, and is known as the market district of the world. Gnomes have artisans that nearly compete with Dwarves, and even greater market knowledge. They are great at bargaining and salvaging, creating the most diverse market on the planet.
Shee Gee's Oasis also contains very few dangers. It's believed that evil fears this island, since, with the amount of power Shee Gee possessed, there's no real way to determine just how dead he is. Monsters chasing their prey have been seen giving up as they entered Shee Gee's Oasis. Minotaurs, Centaurs and Fauns also make their homes here.
Lizardmen are not easily trusting, and often start wars over small things that offend them. If you can befriend one though, they are loyal to the death. Along with Lizardmen, various massive dessert worms make their home here, along with golems and non-organic beings.
It's named Heaven's Passage because evil seemingly cannot enter the area, just like Shee Gee's Oasis. It's said that if you can cross the passage that you are pure hearted. It's believed to be protected by the same magic. The trek is still tough due to the mountainous area. The giant statue contains bridges on two levels, the arms and at the knees. Other than the Avians, there aren't many other creatures around.
It's generally peaceful here. There are relatively few natural dangers, which makes it such a popular place. Since there are so many people though, this place is also home to bandits and other criminals. There are also treasure hunters here, as it's believed to have many hidden coves, ideal for hiding valuables.
Some of the world's most renown hunters have claimed their best prizes here. There are massive, scar covered creatures that roam the area. Their scars proof of all the hunters' lives they've claimed. Not only are there monstrous creatures, but there are agile and magical creatures here too, meaning you can't only rely on your speed to keep you alive.
Taendro Swamp contains many natural dangers and hostile creatures, though there are many positives to living there as well. Taendro Swamp is most notably known for it's healing springs. These springs are magical in nature. They've been known to completely heal nearly any injury. From severed limbs and lost blood to disease and malnutrition. There are even many revive rituals that can be used here. They are much cheaper and simpler than rituals used to revive people in other lands.
Yang Island is home to the Air and Water Elementals. Simliarly to Yin Island, it also has many multi-race communities. Yang Island is to the North East. Yang Island is also a tourist attraction. It contains many inexplicable things that occur naturally. Because of the odd properties here, many alchemists live here.
YakonYost is also a popular choice for old adventurers to settle down. Many people love the small, tight knit communities and relaxing lifestyles. Chances are, if you're eating great seafood, it came from here. There are even sea hunters that live here, trying to catch some of the fiercest creatures of the ocean.
The dragon was so massive that it easily holds a large city. It's home to the largest city of Dragonkin. The city, Dra'Kon, was built by the Dragonkin.
Dragonkin are often seen as evil and something to be feared, since dragons are nearly all evil. Dragonkin have created this city within the dead dragon as if to show that they celebrate its death.
The island itself is nothing spectacular. Outside of Dra'Kon, there isn't much to look at. There are a few rumors of hidden cities though, so avid archaeologists are often found exploring. A few dangerous creatures can be found here, though the Dragonkin have a good handle on things, so nothing gets too out of hand.
Dragonkin are extremely friendly, at least the ones living here. They want to be accepted by others, so they work hard to contribute to society. Some of the world's leading scholars reside in Dra'Kon. Current maps of the world were also made by Dragonkin living there.
Luckily for the entire planet, this creature is bound to the deep oceans. It's never truly been seen, not by any living soul that is. Tentacles have been spotted occasionally. It's been told that a single tentacle is big enough to wrap around the largest cities. Scholars estimate that it is even larger than Exodus, the largest and most powerful dragon that ever lived.
This island is shrouded in mystery. If anyone approaches it, it just gets blurry. It gets to a point where what you see is almost like looking into a curved mirror. As you approach, the image becomes warped and turns in on itself. Eventually things start becoming clearer as you realize you're facing away from the islands now. It's impossible to approach, or even see the islands.
- For the most part, if it's a decently known fantasy class, and can be googled for lots of information easily, then it's a class you can be. This tab is to explain how some things work, like magic classes.
Warrior, archer, thief, etc. are all extremely straightforward classes, so I won't explain those. This also isn't an end all list, just a clarification of some common classes and a guideline for how they work.
Mages/Wizards are basic magic users. The command a wide array of spells. All of their magic is organized in tomes. Some mages and wizards carry multiple books, though most commonly all of their spells are stored in a single book. In order to cast magic they need to read aloud from their tome.
Warlocks/Witches are slightly different from Mages/Wizards. They often carry books of magic with them, though they don't need to have them in order to cast spells. Their books are more used for organization and references. They are ritual casters. They have to prepare rituals with various drawings, written runes, chants and the like in order to cast magic. Simple battle magic is also available. With a few offerings that are consumed and a hand sign, they are able to cast magic quickly during battle.
Necromancer/Bloodmancers are also magic using classes. Their magic requires sacrifices though. Bloodmancers sacrifice their own life force for magic. Their magic consists of matter manipulation, most often of their own body. They can shape their body or even the landscape around them.
Necromancers sacrifice others. They can gather someone's remains to reanimate them, or harm others to create poisons. Necromancers are often evil, since their magic is extremely powerful, and only has a cost on other people.
Priests/Battlemages are holy magic users and gain their abilities from the gods. They often carry holy symbols of their deity and pray aloud, like Mages/Wizards. In return, their god/s will grant their wish, often in the form of healing wounds, curing diseases, strengthening allies, and even reviving the dead.
Monks have inner chi, which is where they draw their strength from. Unlike warriors, who get stronger through physical training, monks meditate. Their chi acts similar to a warrior's strength. The stronger their chi, the more hits they can take, and the more damage they can deal.
Alchemists tamper with nature itself. They alter the physical properties of objects they work with. With simple rituals, like a simple drawn pentagram, they can turn lead into gold. Though it's not always so easy. The economy is so refined that the amount of lead you could buy/sell is equal to the amount of lead you can turn into gold and vice versa. Alchemists can also only tamper with the physical properties of materials, and don't have any magical prowess.
Summoners/Conjurers bring beasts and demons from other planes to this world. They have contracts with the creatures they summon. Most often these are obtained when otherworldly creatures travel through planes, but can also be obtained by the summoner/conjurer journeying to different planes in an active search for contracts. They also need a magical object, like an orb, wand or staff, that they focus on to complete the contract and summon the creature.
Illusionists tamper with people's senses. By making eye contact they can mess with people's sight. With their voice they can mess with people's hearing. Illusion magic takes a natural talent, and unlike most magic classes, it can't be learned or practiced.
Druids/Shamans are nature magic users. Druids can morph into various creatures, while Shamans have some ability of control over nature itself. In either case, their magic abilities are gained the same way. Though powerful during battle, since their magic is instant and effortless, they need to base their entire lifestyle around it. Nature magic users need to worship nature, making offerings daily and helping out nature whenever possible.
I will include a spoiler with the code I've used here, as well as a codeless version for you to use Classes cannot be repeated, so discuss that in OOC first
Classes include anything I listed in the class tab, or another one you can think of, as long as it can be googled and is well documented
