Fantasy Fantasy of Isis

She chuckled. Swirling quickly on her heels, slapping this lupo with her long ponytail. Stepping farther into the tent deeply wording her sentence, "I'm glad."

Roy noticed the Tenshi boy tense up and chuckled slightly. "Just a man looking for work." He smirked and narrowed his eyes slightly. "But I am known as Roy Lightmane." He added. "I would ask you for a handshake, but it seems like yours are full at the moment." He nodded slightly.

"Now, Im trying to find the leader of this here, Er, establishment, to offer my aid." Roy said as he glanced around.

Her hearty laughter filled the tent. She gripped onto her whip, throwing it towards the ground. The transformation quickly unveiled the pink maned fluffy lion.

It shook out the sharp points in it's hair, giving an annoyed look afterwards. Shona posed herself, hand on hip, winking towards the red head.

"Well, sweetheart, you just found em. Shona at your service." showing off that brilliant fanged smile.

~Ryu~

I face palmed. Of course this was Shona. I should have known. We were childhood friends.

"I should've known it was you Shona, you always were eccentric" I sighed.

"Ryu, thought you'd never figure it out. Bet you missed your favorite girl, huh?" She sprinted to Ryu, giving him the biggest hug she'd probably ever give/given.

Annoying loud pitched squeaks sounded from her throat, as she squeezed the air from Ryu's lungs. Getting over that lovely dovey moment pretty quickly, that brain of hers set off causing her to gasp. Backing up, she bowed down to the lot of 'em. Springing back up, stretching her arms outwards, and as if out of no where- candy suddenly appeared in her hands.

~Ryu~

I let out a big breath after she let go. She did this every time we met. Oh well Shona will be Shona.

"I'm happy to see you too" I sighed to my friend. I just hoped she didn't find out that I had been slacking off on my training. Even if I had been imprisoned she still would put me through the torture she calls training to get me back into shape.

Puffing out air, she just put the candies into little bags. Stolen, of course. Tossing them over towards the group. Fast thinking- a blade made of iron cut into bits of Ryu's blood hair. She glared clearly disappointed.

"Slacking off, baby boy?" She had gripped onto his ear, making her way outside to torture train him.

~Ryu~

I gulped in fear. Why me? Why did she have to find out I was slacking off!

"Don't I get to eat a last meal!" I whined to her and my stomach seemed to agree with my protest because it took that moment to remind me of how hungry I was.

"And finally go on that date you've always wanted? Fine, eat first." Her hand released to grab into his hand. Still nice as they've always been.

She guided Ryu into one of the food tents, moving her arm from them to the many foods.

I grabbed a sandwitch and some chips and soon finished it off. That felt better. Though this also meant I had to train with Shona.

"TRAINING TIME!" Her voice boomed, powerful enough to be heard all through camp.

Landing hands hands firmly into the ground. She backflipped her way to the training grounds, not worried if Ryu would follow her lead. The pink lion came rushing out of the previous tent, attempting to back-flip with Shona. But lets be honest, fat lions roll.

"Did you enjoy your nap, candy mane?" Shona had flipped enough, so took the chance to break n chat.

"Yes, until your horridus voice caught my ears." Frusta stuck her nose in the air, huffing.

( @Secek yer a fawkin nerd)

The anthropoid began to slow to a stop, her ears swiveling on her head to capture any surrounding sounds. Once she confirmed her solitude—the only sounds being the scurrying of small prey and the chirping of birds and insects—and realized that she wasn't being pursued anymore, she dropped her clenched hand to her side. The transparent shadows surrounding her began to slowly fall to the ground like dense smoke, shifting from clear to its usual darkness, and then dissipated in mid-air, revealing the Lupo.

Roxii gazed around carefully, admiring the dusk atmosphere. The setting sun was sinking down the horizon skipping off of the trees' canopies and leaving the overall forest in seemingly endless darkness. The last fingers of light lost their grip on the horizon, and the world was plunged into the shadows of nighttime. The Lupo's pupils grew in size as her multi-coloured orbs tried to gather as much light as possible, her wolf blood allowing her to see in the darkness much easier than a full-blooded human. A soft breeze blew through the landscape, the fur on Roxii's ears and tail ruffling lightly as her tail swayed. She took a deep breath, inhaling through her nose and exhaling out of her mouth. Nighttime was when the assassin was in her primal, the shadows allowing necessary coverage and the silence calming her.

The shadow dragon emerged from the darkness and landed on her shoulder, curling his tail around to rest on her other shoulder. He was virtually weightless, much like an apparition, because Roxii couldn't feel him as he settled on her. Mortem gazed at her with his soulless white holes where his eyes should be. "
We ought to keep moving," he told her. The small dragon didn't use telepathic communication this time. Instead, he decided to audibly communicate with the wolf-hybrid. As he opened his mouth to speak, rows of his razor-sharp teeth were revealed. In a way, they reminded her of a shark.

Tenebris revealed himself as well, padding in front of the assassin. He looked up at Roxii, and his demonic red eyes glowed with the same intensity as Mortem's. "
You are always so serious, Mortem." Tenebris, too, used audible communication, a hint of mischievousness and enjoyment lacing his words. "The wolf-human has been traveling for days now. Let her rest."

"
Mortem is right, Tenebris," Roxii told the wolf made of shadows. "I cannot rest now. It is too dangerous out here."

The Lupo could basically hear the disappointed frown Tenebris made, frustrated with the wolf-human and dragon's stubbornness. His ear twitched in agitation. "
Then at least find a safe place to rest," he reasoned. "You are exhausted."

Roxii stared off into the distance, contemplating the idea. She couldn't deny that she was tired; she had been traveling, assassinating, and working for about six days straight now. The anthropoid let out a defeated sigh. "
Tell me where the nearest safe place is," she commanded her companions.

Mortem lifted his head and let out a silent roar, one that only other dragons could hear. Much like echo-location, the vibrations resonated on the airwaves from the dragon's position and outward, the silent roar traveling in a ten mile radius in less than a second. "
There is a rebel camp a few miles northwest of our position," the dragon's gravelly voice reported to her. Roxii nodded her thanks to her companion, heading towards the camp.

Kai watched as the crippled girl walked over to who he assumed was her boss. Mercenaries, great. Kai thought to himself, though the rebellion had hired mercenaries and bounty hunters in the past, such as Kai, they had cut back on hiring them recently. "Well, Roy, we don't like to hire mercs very often, especially when I haven't ever heard of them" Kai said, a little passive aggresivly, he glanced at the tent where he had seen Shona go into; wondering what they were talking about in there. "Now if you would kindly take your friend here" Kai continued, motioning to the girl with the staff, "To the medbay, and then leave the area, I would much appreciate it. Unless of course you're willing to work for free" He said with a smile.

Dahlin hated being the centre of attention, but once more. DAHLIN THE GREAT FALLS AGAIN, as she fell face first in the snow as it had been lightly snowing.

(@Javax iloveu, meganerd. whens your book gonna be finished)

Up up and away she went. Getting up, beating the dust from her once sat on butt. Extending her arm as Frusta reformed into a thickened whip. Sharp short spikes darted outwards from the bulked ending part. She placed her feet firmly into the dirt, sinking in. The whip struck by Ryu side, cutting only into the loose fabric of his janky looking clothes. Lame sense of fashion still.

~Ryu~

"Of course you would do it the moment I arrived" I sighed at her. The clothes I was wearing was currently the clothes I wore in the slave camps So it's not like I had a choice but to wear them.
