[Marie Rain]

Lilith came out of the forest towards Drake then saw Petia. She hissed at him, out of nature of not liking snakes. Her tail stood up as she waited for Drake to say it was safe.


Drake pat her head,"Down kitty. For now I think he's kinda safe.", he said then looked at him and the girl,"Though I'm not sure if he plans to eat that one or not.... ", he whispered.

"Oh come on, you too? I am just trying to get her to get her to a doctor!" Petia was fed up with being treated like a criminal "Is it because I am half snake? Should I remind you oh the atrocities elves have committed? Or how about you ancestors kitties? Should I remind you that you are descendants of some of the cruelest species on this damned planet?"

 

[Marie Rain]

Drake glared at him,"Maybe I should remind you of why a lot of your species has died off? We are very proud of our heritage.", he hissed then grinned,"I think there are some snake skins in our museums wanna see?" He brought his claws out in defense.


Lilith watched him then Petia and stood close to Drake. Her eyes narrowed on Petia and she stepped in front of Drake,"As far as he says he seems to be innocent. Minus the fact that your kind is purely carnivorous.", she said narrowing her eyes.

"Yes, and that's two reasons why I live in the forest. For easy NON SENTIENT food and so I don't have to deal with these situations." It was taking all of Petia's strength not to start strangling one of them "Could we just go to the city?"

 

[Marie Rain]

Lilith and Drake looked at each other in thought then nodded,"Sure but make sure you leave any of that nasty killer intent behind~", he said with a sky grin before heading to the city. He kept Eden close by as he walked and practically dragged her but let her keep up.


Lilith walked behind them then looked at Petia,"....I'll lighten up for now okay?", she said sounding a bit stubborn then walking ahead. Her tail flicked behind her.

Eden wondered aloud to Drake: "Is there any way for an alpha to stop being alpha?"

Drake smiled at her,"If someone else within our pack challenges him and takes him down. Anyone who has challenged father has lost and died. Usually we wait for tap outs but father is cruel. So for there to be change any other way he would have to die and I would inherit it.", he explained to Eden. He liked that she was interested in it.

He laughed a bit,"I'm not allowed to tell you that little miss. Also what's with the questions? Plan on taking down my father?", he asked jokingly as he walked more out of the forest. Drake put an arm over Eden's shoulder to tease her a bit.

"Wow, not even here for a whole day and you already have a death wish." Petia said sarcastically, "I would think most people would be in shock after this whole experience."

"Listen, even if you were able to take him down, you aren't in our pack. If you even get close to attacking him I'll have to kill you. Everyone in the pack has to defend the alpha. If you managed to kill father I would take over then have to kill you. Sorry but that's not a good idea.", he said strictly. He then looked at Petia with a glare.


Lilith looked at Eden,"Dad can't even know you have been around us. You don't know how dangerous he is.", she said a bit panicky. She hated her father but knew how powerful he was. Lets just say he didn't go easy even on family.

Drake then looked back at Eden,"Don't judge to early. And it's bad to be cocky. Don't your warriors atleast teach you that? Just avoid killing him okay? Is a pride thing and I don't want to slit your throat because of it.", he warned harshly and started to walk ahead.


Lilith walked next to Eden,"Don't take that personally. He has a lot of respect for our father because he is the alpha. Oh but if you do kill him, I'll try to rationalize to where your death would be painless.", she said in the nicest way she could.

"Look, I appreciate your loyalty. I can understand it. I'm also sorry that my first reaction is violence. It's a military thing. But from what I know of him so far, he's a racist a**h**e. I have had bad experiences with racist a**h**es. I can make my death painless. I have about three methods of doing that on my person."

Lilith smiled softly,"Your military sounds foolish.", she said simply. She kept pretty quiet while she walked usually when there was other people besides her brother so this was an interesting change.


Drake groaned,"I need a drink....hey snake boy, do you drink?", he shouted back at Petia. He turned his head while he walked to look back at him.

"Yeah, well I've met a lot of situations where the answer was violence. Sometimes it can't be helped. Other idiots start using violence, and next thing you know, if you don't use violence in return, then you're dead."


Eden looked disturbed. Violence in the military, no matter how she deceived herself as to it being glorious, had had a very bad effect on her, and no amount of paranoia or lies to herself would ever make it right.

"Not really, like I said I live out in the forest and vodka trees are pretty rare. So in other words, no I do not drink."

"Well wanna start? Come on it might be fun. Who knows maybe you'll find a girl who doesn't mind the huge tail body.", he said teasingly. Drake was amused by bullying the snake, probably just in his nature.


Lilith sighed and pat her back,"Lets just think of fun things alright? Relax for a bit.", she suggested,"Pretend it is a vacation." She wanted to get off the topic of killing for now.

"Whatever, let's just get to the city and find someone who can fix Rowan for now." Petia was still suppressing the urge to strangle or eat Drake, maybe just swallow a bit to scare him and spit him out after Petia closed his mouth over Drake's feet.

Drake shrugged and walked into town. They instantly stood out even for this place. Two cat people, two humans, an elf, and a snake. How could they not stand out. Drake stopped by the doctors office,"Ditch her here of stay with her. Your choice. ", he said with a shrug.


Lilith poked her brother,"Eden's room is ready so she can go whenever she wants.", she said then pointed out the hotel for her. She looked at Petia,"Your human can stay there too after she is better ", she suggested.
