Momoka nodded. "Okay! Erzulie-san, we were about to eat breakfast, you wanna eat with us?"

"But isn't Momoka your junior as well?" Haruto was beginning to feel uncomfortable with the way Erzulie was treating him.

"Yes."


Natsuo laughed.


"I think it's funny that you couldn't tell I was joking."

 

[GirlyTurtle]

"Well, Erzulie-san, you wanna eat breakfast with us?" Momoka asked.

 

[EmyTheAngelNeko]

"Again leaving me?!" Emy was riding Leafa to them,"Seriously you guys need to stop doing that!" Emy does look pissed as she got off.

Haruto sighed in defeat, then stored his katana away in its rune.


"Sorry, Emy, this was a little bit of an emergency..." Haruto apologized sincerely. "We'll make up to you later if we can."

 

[GirlyTurtle]

Momoka turned around. "Emy? You could have joined us. If you want, you can have an extra pancake."

 

[PercyJacks]

"Breakfast? Hm…I'll have to skip out on that, I'm afraid. I have some…important…matters to attend to. May we meet again when you are stronger, little nublings."


Natsuo turns and vanishes into the forest.

Emy sighed,"Alright..." She noticed Natsuo vanish,"Hmm...who was that?"

 

[GirlyTurtle]

"That was Erzulie-san. A Blood Hunter. She's really cool! Although, she does look down on us..." Momoka said.

 

[PyroHunter16]

"She has a valid reason for it though. We can definitely improve our skills." Haruto noted quietly.

 

[GirlyTurtle]

Momoka nodded. "That's true. We need to learn how to defeat enemies without expending too much mana and, you know, collapsing."

 

[EmyTheAngelNeko]

"Oh....her..." Emy looks down,"I've heard of her from somewhere...I kinda forgot but she does that." She shook her head before looking at the others,"But I guess she can be right at times. Just make sure she didn't bring you down." She smiled,"So...can I have that pancake now? Give one to Leafa too!"

 

[GirlyTurtle]

Momoka rolled her eyes jokingly. "Fine, I'll give it to you when we get back to camp." She began walking back to their camp when her right leg gave out. Momoka cursed. "Ugh, not again..."

 

[EmyTheAngelNeko]

"Oh shit you ok? Here get on Leafa!" Emy then helps Momka on Leafa, panicking. Leafa softly nuzzled Momoka, seeming to also be worried.

 

[GirlyTurtle]

Momoka looked up. "Oh, I'm fine. This happens every now and then. I've had it for a while now. I think it's a side effect from learning a Hidden Power. I'm not sure though."

 

[EmyTheAngelNeko]

"Well whatever it is, just stay on Leafa for a moment ok?" Awww what a worried girl Emy is,"I still want that pancake though." Leafa sounded like she's laughing,"Aw Leafa!" Emy puffed her cheeks, then sighing.

 

[GirlyTurtle]

Momoka looked confused. "It doesn't hurt. It's just sometimes one of my legs stops working for a second, or a get a random pain somewhere. It's no biggie." She stood up and resumed walking back to camp. "You guys coming or not?"

"Yeah, yeah." Haruto said, walking to camp and dragging Shado with him.

 

[EmyTheAngelNeko]

"Ok..." Emy sighed in relief, letting Momoka off of Leafa. She then followed, accidentally bumping into Haruto on the side,"O-Oh s-sorry!" She went back with Leafa, her face starting to show a small blush. Leafa nudged Emy on the side, giving her a look,"H-Hey! D-Don't give me that look Leafa i-it's not like that!" Leafa seemed to be laughing.

Momoka gave Haruto a pointed look. "Is this what you wish for?" She muttered quietly.

Haruto quickly summoned a hooded coat, which he put on and placed its hood over his face.


"I-it's fine, Emy..." He said sheepishly. Then he turned to Momoka.


"No, this isn't what I meant..." He whispered back to her.

Momoka looked confused. "Then what did you mean? You have feelings for her, don't you?"

Haruto sighed, then took off his hood.


"I do, but this is happening way too quick..." Haruto whispered.

Momoka nodded. "I see. Then I shall be, how do I say this? Your wingman?"
