The Minutemen were successful in the Commonwealth with help from the Railroad and a reformed East Coast Brotherhood, similar to how it was under Elder Owen Lyons. the Institute was taken over, and Brotherhood scribes along with some cooperative Institute scientists. This was all done with the help of a visiting General from the People's Commonwealth of Manhattan and Long Island, Brotherhood Paladin that yearned for the days under Owen Lyons when she was a Knight, who would challenge Maxson, and win, becoming the new Elder under what is written in the Litany. With the new technology, and the strong military, the Commonwealth People's Government was able to drive the Gunners out of the Commonwealth. This was 10 years ago, now it is 2298 and, after over 5 years of economic, agricultural and infrastructural improvements, the 3rd Prime Minister is ready to finish the Gunner Wars, and the Brotherhood Schism. The Minutemen Army is setting up to march into western Massachusetts, with the New York Divisions and the Minutemen Navy and Air Force preparing for strikes on Connecticut. This is where you come in, from the People's Commonwealth into Connecticut a small Army Development Force, which it totally NOT special forces, to find new settlement locations, and the areas where Gunners and Outcasts are hiding. Or maybe you're an unaffiliated settler, tribal or raider. But something bigger is happening here, and you are about to get tied up in a generations long feud between two very...esoteric groups. Who is this Ug-Qualtoth some cultists are talking and even screaming about? And what are the coastal settlements so afraid of? Are the ruins of New haven the new, largest slaver paradise with the fall of Paradise Falls back in 2277?

Name: Violet
Age: 30
Race: Human (Pyro and electro-kinetic psyker)
Gender: Female
Equipment: Military fatigues, military kevlar combat vest. Survival backpack with medical and survival supplies. pip-boy modified for use as a communications radio. Chinese assault rifle, 12.7mm pistol
Biography: Head of the People's Commonwealth Army, Violet comes from the Manhattan Commonwealth where she grew up as a vault dweller after Vault 66 was opened. She learned from old pre-war EMT handbooks how to patch wounds, and military books, as well as some mercinaries, including the former members of Lyon's pride, who left the Brotherhood after Maxson took over, how to shoot and survive in the wasteland. At 16 she was helping to escort traders, and by 18 she helped unite the majority of Manhattan and Long Island under the People's Commonwealth of Manhattan and Long Island. Unfortunately, during an expedition into an old joint US Military-West Tek research facility, she accidentally get infected with FEV, which gave her the ability to manipulate fire and electricity, she was a psyker now, not that she knew the term for it, or the history as this mostly was documented in the West Coast. Eventually, she would lead an expedition to the Commonwealth up north, mostly because The Prydwyn had gone past NYC, but also because the Railroad had been using Manhattan as a safe place for escaped synths and she wanted to help them further. She helped rebuild the Minutemen, uniting them with the Railroad. She would help a BOS Knight to integrate Paladin Danse into the Railroad while they planned their next moves. She would again meet this disillusioned Brotherhood member, now a Star-Paladin, again during the Battle of Bunker Hill, who would be badly injured and seemingly left for dead by her "brothers and sisters". Violet would help bring her back to health, where they would begin discussing the future of the Brotherhood and the Commonwealth. Together they formulated a plan, her new friend would fight Elder Maxson on behalf of Paladin Danse as per the Litany. Violet and Danse would watch as Maxson was killed in the dual and Danse was made Elder. She then oversaw the handover of power, along with the new Minutemen People's Militia for added protection. This would bring the new plans to the table, with the new Brotherhood of Steel. The Institute, still the enemy of the Commonwealth, would instead be conquered and held. Synths and Institute members would be allowed to leave, minus Father, the entirety of the SRB and anyone who supported the old guard, they were arrested and a trial was held. Violet and her friends helped to form the Commonwealth People's Government, even though she rejected the position of Prime Minister, believing no good could come from a military general taking the civilian leadership role. Under her leadership, the Gunners were decimated, GNN Plaza was retaken and converted into a place to help the development of the People's Commonwealth, which now included Manhattan and Long Island. Now, 10 years later, she would be chosen to lead the Army Development Force, mostly known for the Ghost Units, in their operations in the Connecticut Wasteland.

Name: Hailey
Age: 32
Race: Gen-3 Synth
Gender: Female
Description: African-American woman, black hair and brown eyes. Scars around her right eye, almost fully encircling it, burns on her left cheek and left part of her forehead
Equipment: Similar fatigues and combat vest to Violet, just green and with BOS patches on them. Plasma rifle.
Biography: Hailey was a wastelander who, after being saved by a mysterious member of Lyon's Pride as a kid, joined the BOS in the Capital Wasteland. After both Elder Lyons' had died, she was at the forefront of the efforts against the Super Mutants, unfortunately she felt disillusioned by Maxson, especially when Rivet City was essentially depopulated when they lost their reactor for the Prydwyn. But she remained, doing what she thought was right, even if that meant secretly handing the supplies she confiscated from Raiders and Super Mutants to settlements instead of having them lugged back to the Citadel. When the Prydwyn was to go to the Commonwealth, following what Maxson called "worrying and dangerous technology" being prevalent there, she was taken on as one of the many Knights that would go there. Her disillusion grew as she saw the Minutemen doing more for the Wasteland, while the ship's quartermaster asked Initiates and other Knights to extort supplies from the settlements. It reached a head when, after some nameless vault dweller from Vault 111 made their way in and out of the Institute and provided the Brotherhood with intel. Hailey was asked to kill Paladin Danse after the Sole Survivor refused. Hailey had traveled the Commonwealth a lot in her short time there and had befriended members of the Railroad and Minutemen. One such friend had access to the Railroad HQ, and so she formed an elaborate plan to get Danse into hiding with them, and it worked somehow. Unbeknownst to her, Lancer-Captain Kells had put 2 and 2 together and, during the Battle of Bunker Hill, had given orders for her to be executed by one of the elite hitsquads he had formed in the shadows. Said hit squad never made it back, as an Institute Courser teleported onto their vertibird, no one survived the subsequent fiery crash. Hailey, on the other hand, was badly wounded and left for dead as the BOS and Institute retreated. She was helped by her contact, Violet, who nursed her back to health. Together they formulated a plan, which included invoking the Litany, the Brotherhood's founding document, to allow Hailey to challenge Maxson for the position of Elder. A duel was conducted in a neutral area, and Hailey somehow barely came out on top. She handed the rank of Elder to Danse, who accepted and made her the Sentinel. When the meeting of the command of Maxson's Brotherhood, half of them sided with Lancer-Captain Kells, who took his loyalists and the Prydwyn out of the Commonwealth before they could be stopped. Fort Strong and Fort Hagan would later be turned into key Brotherhood bases. They would also share the newest weapon in the People's Commonwealth arsenal, an aircraft carrier made out of 2 cargoships. This would help with the final phase of the plan, after a leadership meeting it was decided the tech from the Institute would be put to use for the betterment of the Commonwealth, and so Hailey would lead the Brotherhood contingent that would help after the Minutement took control of the Relay. After the hard fought victory, she would be instrumental in helping to finish off the main Raider gangs, and most of the Super Mutant tribes, all except 2 who were run by "intelligent" Super Mutants and sided with the Commonwealth. She was also instrumental in helping drive the Raiders from Nuka-World, forming the Nuka-World Traders Union. Now she is helping the operations in Connecticut.
