Falling Worlds - Exile's Pack [Inactive]

Cane: "Well I.. You're hard not to like Kira.. Not that I've tried to not like you.. I uh.." I was nervous again.. feelings were easy to say.. "I find myself.. Nervous around you.. I can't think of anything to say.." I said looking at her as she leaned closer.. "And when I do think of something to say.. I just can't find the right words.." It was easier to be mute.. I didn't have to find words..

Silver

She stood near the edge of the territory, looking over the territory. Her green eyes drifted across the ruined city of the pack camp. She knew she should head back, but she didn't feel any need to. She was a loner by nature. She sat by the trees and swept her green eyes over the landscape, taking in the smell of the forest. She could feel the wind going through her thick fur, and she suddenly felt a searing heat on his tail. Probably just set on fire again. She turned and looked at it. Sure enough, her tail was aglow with flame. She sighed and pat it out with a paw.

He looked at her glare and returned it with a mischevious toothy grin. "The pups? I don't know. It all depends." He had been thinking about that an awful lot. "I mean, I've been thinking about it..." He could remember the day him and Henna had talked about it, and suddenly, this was really happening? He was a father? This was almost too much to take in some days. But he couldn't be anything but excited and supportive of his mate. "I don't know. We won't know til the puppies are born."
Henna nodded in agreement, a comforting silence falling over the two. "We should name one..." She paused for a moment to ponder upon a name. Then, struck with a great idea, Henna jumped up and pushed Rowan with her paw. "Henna Jr.!" Extremely proud of herself for coming up with such a wonderful name, Henna nodded in aggreement with herself. "We'll name the first one Henna Jr. the First, then the second one will be Henna Jr. the Second, and the third one will be Na." Grinning happily, Henna nuzzled Rowan lovingly as her light brown eyes sparkled with glee. She was going to be a mother...and her mate...he was going to be the greatest papa the world has ever seen.

Adi Sapphira smiled at her. "How about you just tell me what's on your mind? That would be helpful...would it not?" Adi sapphire spoke softly, calmly. She soon sank down, laying as she watched the wolf curiously. "We all need to speak out our troubles. If we are distracted by them, we are vulnerable." She said, her body completely relaxed as if trying to get Ana to relax as well. "We might not know each other, but I still wish to help. Forgo the rank tension dear, right now I'm not your alpha soldier."

Kira looked at him and tilted her head. She smiled lightly. "Well at least you don't like me, but...I seen wolves nervous around me because I'm a healer. Some wolves just don't like finding out what's wrong with them. Is that why you're nervous maybe?" She asked, not even thinking it could be because he likes her. Kira just wasn't the type to think like that.

(By the way, I have all the ranks updated. Yay. Check them out and if somehow I missed your wolf tell me and I'll edit.)

Rowan

"What about Rowan Jr.? What if there is a male in the mix?" He looked at her, putting fake hurt on his face as he shoved her back, gently. "One could be Ro, the other Wan. Maybe then we'll consider naming our pups Henna. If there is a female in the bunch. Who knows we could have an entire litter of males." He thought about having three sons. Huh. That would be dealing with himself, times three.

Cane: I laughed.. "No.. Your skills as a healer far out weight the healers I've known.." I said bumping her with my body a bit.. "I find myself nervous, just because you are you.. Not because of what you do.." I looked at her.. My voice was calm, and deep.. Talking to her like this made me happy, so I let my tail wag..

"Oh..." Ana mumbled softly as she sat down cautiously, not too far or near to Adi Sapphira in fear of offending her. "It's rather trivial, you see..." Ana whispered softly, her gaze casting down. It was rather awkward to casually speak like this to someone who she was taught to respect. "I think...I may be...weighing the pack...down..?" She whispered softly, her voice getting quieter and quieter as she went along. Not wanting Adi Sapphira to get the wrong impression of her, Ana quickly began to speak, shaking her head rapidly. "It's not that this pack isn't strong! It's very strong!" Tripping over her words and stuttering, Ana felt her face heat up with embarrassment. Pawing at her nose with her paw, Ana scolded herself for making a fool out of herself. "I just...want to help..." To Ana, Adi Sapphira was a hero! She was the Alpha Soldier, any high rank took a lot of confidence, rapid decision making, and great leadership. And Ana was just...well, awkward. "You all do so much..."
"Nah," Waving her mate's suggestion off like it was a silly little suggestion, Henna contained a chuckle at the thought of a litter of males. Unlike most, Henna wanted many males, a female would be nice, a cute little, "A mini Rowan..." A smile tugging at her lips, Henna pondered about her pup's looks and personalities. "Cute." With an amused expression on her face, Henna shook herself off, removing the dirt from her pure white coat. "If the oldest is a girl, we'll name her..." Henna began to list many female names as she walked around, gesturing for her mate to take a stroll with her. "The second pup should be named..." And the list went on and on and on. "What do you think, Ro-Ro?"

Kira tilted her head slightly. She didn't know why she herself would make him nervous if it wasn't the fact she was a healer. It would hit any normal thinking wolf but Kira was shy, always thinking in terms of others. Everything related to her flew straight over her head. She smiled lightly at him before standing up. "Not sure what you mean." She said with a small smile before stretching out her front legs.

Adi Sapphira chuckled, looking at her with a shake of her head. 'Everyone in the pack is important my young fae. Do you not help that pregnant wolf? Pups are the future of the pack, they keep this pack a success for the next generations to be born. By helping that fae, you are securing the future of this pack and keeps the history and knowledge we have learned alive and to spread to other packs, this my wolf will ensure the future of all wolves. Is that not important? Every little thing helps. Some of us help in big ways some of us help in smaller ways but in the bigger picture...we all are equally doing our parts and what we can." She said smiling, hoping to help the fae feel better. "Do you not see, the smallest of things can have big effects like ripples in the pond if you will."

Rowan

He stood up and walked beside his mate, listening to her ramble on about naming the pups. She was only two weeks pregnant, there was no need to start thinking about names now, though he wouldn't tell her that. "I don't know. Depends on their looks. I think one should be named Jasper. I like that name. That was my brother's name." He remembered his brother Jasper and his shoulders sagged. He had loved Jasper more then any of his other siblings. He remembered games played with Jasper... It made him sad knowing he'd never see Jasper again, and he looked it.

Cane: "What I mean is.. I enjoy spending time with you.. Being near you.. But When I go to say something.. I never think it will come out just right or just the way I meant it.." I said looking straight at her.. What was I supposed to say? That I was in love with her.. That I've been in love with her since we met? Was I supposed to say a poem or sing a song to tell her how I felt.. I didn't know..

Ivy looked at Heart, she didn't know what the fae looked like either, she smiled warmly "Hello Heart." she said gently. Her light eyes looking at Heart, then she looked away, "Which herbs have you collected?" She stood up and went beside her, for a blind wolf, she walked very well. Ivy didn't have to be told the herbs, The scents gave them off by their aroma. Her tail wagged slightly and she smiled.

Raff looked at Heart and wagged his tail slightly "Heart." he nodded slightly, her gaze gentle by caring. He watched his sister maneuver herself like she could see, there was nothing wrong with her hearing or smell, which made her a great healer, despite her blindness she could definitely tell the difference between herbs.

Kira smiled lightly. "I like spending time with you too, but I like all the wolves here. I don't see what makes me so special." She said looking away to look around camp. (Nope nope) She looked back at him for a moment tilting her head to the side.

Heart looked at Ivy and then smiled lightly. "I'm not sure, but Kira said they were to help Ana and her cold." She said before sniffing them. "I also had something here to help Henna, not sure what exactly it is though." Heart told truthfully and she looked at Ivy and smiled.

Ivy sniffed the herbs slightly that were meant for Heena, She smiled. "Chamomile?" She said almost as a question, " It Strengthens the heart and soothes the mind." She said sitting down, "Pour fae is probably restless." She went to the herbs that were gotten for Ana, "Feverfew." She said sitting back down " It Reduces body temperature for cats with fever or chills. Also heals aches and pains, especially good for headaches." She said nodding slightly.

Raff went over and stood beside his sister, "Hm." He said nudging her slightly, She flinched ever so slightly, Then twitched her ears with a very slight irritation. "How far along is Henna Anyways?" He asked, looking over at the large Fae..

Cane: I sighed.. Unsure what to say next.. But I started to say something none the less.. "Kira.. I like you, and not just the normal like.. I mean.. I uh.. I have feelings for you.. Some I myself don't understand, but I want to be around you all the time.. Not just for your protection or whatever like a normal guy would say.. But because you make me happy.." I said looking away when I started then looking back at her.. The words slipped out but I meant every word..

Kira stared at him for a moment, unsure of how to react, if you looked closly you could see just the tiniest hint of a blush under her white fur. She looked down shyly kicking at a rock with her paw. "Umm...I see." She said before looking at him. She smiled lightly. "That's good to know...but to tell you the truth...I'm unsure of what to think...I've never considered you might...like me in that way. " She said truthfully. She didn't dislike him but she didn't like him either, not yet anyways.

Heart nodded. "Yeah, Kira said something about that. I'm still learning but it's great to have you all around to help me out." She said with a wide smile. Heart tilted her head as she thought on it. "I think she's about two weeks along. She said something about having to go threw seven more weeks...I think she's sick of the all the stuff that comes with being pregnant." Heart giggled.

Raff chuckled, "I bet." He smirked, He watched her, his ears perked, he always had wanted to find a mate, One to bare his pups, Mostly another soul to protect. He wagged his tail slightly, Before snapping out of his day dream. He looked back to his sister and Heart, He scratched behind his ear gently and panted softly.

Ivy nodded "I could only imagine." She said softly, Her blue eyes staring at nothing. "But its worth it in the end i suspect." She said quietly, her tail swept over her paws.

"...yeah." Ana muttered as she listened to Adi Sapphira's words of wisdom. "You're..right." Smiling softly, Ana thought of the words over and over again, a pond coming into vision, the ripples causing a chain. It was wet. "Wet?" Ana's eyes opened to reveal the little drops of rain that fell from the cloudy skies.

Cane: "I'm not asking you if you feel anything for me.. I wanted you to know what is on my mind, and in my heart.. I'm not going to push you to feel something.. I'm not going to expect you to.. It's just sometimes I wonder, if I don't say anything.. Right now.. Then I will be too nervous to anytime else.." I looked at her.. Seeing her as the wind that gave me breath.. The sun that gave me light.. The voice that gave me hope.. And the heart that gave me life.. She didn't mean to be these things.. She just was.. And I would wait for her to realize it.. To realize what she truly meant to me..

Heart watched Raff, she saw his emotions and smiled at him, knowing what he was thinking before he snapped out of it. She looked away and back to Ivy. "I guess, I'm still to young to really be thinking about stuff like that...or so my mother tells me." She said chuckling, Exile was protective of Heart and Black Lake, with good reasons really. Heart picked up the herbs. "I better get these to Kira before she thinks I was eaten by something." Heart said, her voice muffled by the herbs.

Eternal, a elder wolf watched the young fae walked off. He rubbed his muzzle, feeling the scars that ran across it. He walked over, making sure Ivy knew he was there before he spoke. "The young fae is learning quickly. I have never seen a pup so wanting to be a healer." He said sitting down gently. "All they ever want to do is be recognized for great works as soldiers." He said glancing at the wolves around him. "Yet they do not know the horror when a soldier is really called for."

Kira smiled at him and bowed her head. "Thank you, Cane." She said and then saw Heart approaching. "Ah! Good your back! Let's get them ready." Kira said turning around as Heart walked in with the herbs.

Adi Sapphira chuckled and then walked past Ana. "Good day Ana." Adi Sapphira said as she left the soldier to continue to think on it. As she walked, water halted in the air, not even touching her fur as she headed around camp, creating her own little bobble water as she walked.

Kira looked outside. "Ah yes! Rain just what I needed!" She said watching as the wall in the back of her cave started dripping more water into her little pool below. She looked at the herbs and poured some water on them using a bowl.

Cane: I smiled as she back went inside, closed my eyes, to lift my head to the sky.. The rain poured down, but I didn't mind, sometimes I missed the rain on my face.. It's cooling feeling, made me calm.. But this time Not silent.. I howled happily, rejoicing for the rain.. For rain brought life.. Life brought happiness.. And happiness brought me to this moment..

Ivy nodded and looked towards where the elder was "Yes." She looked at him, But not into his eyes. Her eyes were glossy and pale, She wagged her tail side to side, She enjoyed company "Yes." She said softly "She will be an amazing healer." She blinked staring blindly towards the camp filled with the wolves she will never see.

Raff looked towards the elder and nodded gently, As long as his sister has company, he could go. He nuzzled his sister affectionately, "Ill be back." He said gently before departing towards Where Kira and Heart were. He has recently cut behind his ear and it was beginning to burn and itch, almost driving his insane.

She strode into camp and immediately headed for the den, but she stopped to watch Rowan, her best friend, pacing with his mate, Henna. She watched for a while, wondering if she would ever find a mate herself. Why would anyone look at me like that? She thought, beating herself up internally, as usual. What am I? I'm just a loner, a scarred female.. She shook her head to clear it. She watched Rowan and Henna a moment longer, then turned and walked away, to the den so she could rest, even for just a moment.

Raff was walking, he was watching Rowan and Henna and his tail wags slightly. He turns back watching where he is going and almost bumps into Silver, He halts and flattens his ears, she seemed distant in thought. He stepped back "Sorry Silver." he said softly before taking another step back.

Silver

"Wha-" She jumped and turned to Raff, and sighed. He had bumped her out of her self-pity session, and she shook her head. It was just Raff. "Oh, it's alright, Raff. I wasn't paying attention anyway." She sat and casually scratched behind her ear, her silver colored fur glowing in the sunlight. She opened her green eyes and looked at him, tilted her head to the side. "So, how've you been lately, Raff?"

He smirked "Pretty good, Despite my ear." He tilted his head down to expose the slightly hairless spot behind his ear where he had cut it on a thorn bush chasing a lone rabbit, He smiled slightly, "Itches like crazy, and burns. But its nothing to bad." He said looking up at her with his large ember eyes, they glittered and glistened in the sunlight. His long teeth white. "How have you been Silver?" he asked.
