Falling Worlds - Exile's Pack [Inactive]

Cane: I put my head down for a bit after he fell asleep.. I wasn't the type to attack a sleeping wolf.. That would be cowardly.. I would rather the wolf be awake, give him a chance to fight back.. My stomach growled a bit I hadn't eaten today.. I usually forgot to eat.. My mind was always elsewhere..

OOC: Excuse me. I'm waiting for the others to start role playing before I reply. Oh and by the way...I've been wanting to say this but keep forgetting. Cane....is such a stalker lol!

"Ahh," Ana quickly pawed at her nose, doing her best to try and contain her sneeze. "Ahh," At the second drawback, everyone around her began to take caution of the orange tinted wolf for she was infamous for being sick. "Ahhchoo!" With an annoyed expression gracing her gentle features, not many would suspect Ana to be a soldier, many would say that her build wasn't suited for it and that her power was better for a guard position. But, no, Ana was a soldier at heart. She was determined to become like her idol; Henna, "Japan's Flag."

"Please wipe your nose, deary." One of the elder wolves smiled in pity at Ana, being sick all the time. If only the wolf took care of herself more, staying up all night never was good for your health.

Ears perking up in embarrassment, Ana rubbed her nose on the grass softly, removing any disgusting residue of her cold. "Oh, I'm sorry." Ana's quiet, melodic voice rang out like the tune of a morning bird. Luckily, wolves had fur, if Ana had been bare, everyone would be able to see her red blush from miles away.

Glancing around for a certain someone, Ana found herself in relief to notice that her long time crush had not seen her sneeze in such an unlady-like manner. Instead, she found herself admiring him as he sparred with Black Lake.

"Oh, Cub..." Ana trailed off quietly as she stood still and watched the young brute dance in with fiery passion as he trained with the teen wolf. As much as Ana wanted to run up and tackle Cub to the ground, take him into her den and love him to pieces, he would never return her feelings. After all she was just a--

"Oi! Ana!" Henna called out, annoyance obviously shown in her voice. "I want berries! NOW." Ah, the beauty of a pregnant she-wolf. It was absolutely terrifying.

((OOC//: This is not directing introducing Henna because she still needs a puppy-daddy. Haha! Anyway, here's Ana.))

Kira heard his stomach growl. She whispered to Heart who in turn ran out to fetch some meat from today's kill. Kira sat down and hummed a small tone as she sorted through her left over herbs. She wanted to get something to help Ana's constant colds but she had yet to find the right herbs. She still hummed and gently wagged her tail causing little thumbs on the ground.

Heart went out and grabbed some meat and brought it back for Cane. She smiled and gently set it down in front of him. "Kira thought you might need this." She whispered to him and smiled widely at him. She knew he had a really big thing for Kira, too bad kira couldn't see emotions like Heart could.

Eternal watched the pack, chuckling at poor Ana as she tended to the very pregnant Henna. He put his head back on his paws as he watched over the pack. Exile was walking around camp, stubbornly ignoring the fact she probably should sleep and continue to heal. Kira was a powerful healer, but Exile was injured pretty badly. He shook his head a bit, the young fae was strong and wise, unless it came to her stubbornness.

Cane: "Thank you.." I said before smiling then setting at my meal.. Once full I settled back down laying my head down.. My mind was quieted after the food.. I always got a little agitated when I didn't eat.. I lay with half my head resting on my paw with my snout resting on the floor.. my mother always told me I looked cute when I did this, but I always just rolled my eyes at her..

OOC: Sorry it's kinda short I just woke up and am exhausted..

Ana: Smiling softly over at the half asleep Henna, I wondered if I would ever find a mate myself. Quickly glancing down, I knew that I was scrawny and not that pretty in my opinion. I wasn't good for baring pups, nor was I suited for it but...will I ever find someone who'll actually like me?

Pondering upon the thought of such a fantasy made me scoff. "No, that's impossible..." I muttered under my breath, walking around the camp with my head hung. To distract myself, I began to make way towards the edge of the camp, feeling the vibrations of the earth under my pads and listening to the sounds of nature.

"HELP ME!!" A prey cried out a mile or so away from where I was standing. Sometimes heightened senses sucked, but I do hope that whoever is hunting that prey catches it. Food is harder to find a catch nowadays and food was...very important.

((OOC//: Don't want this to die...! Well, any up for interaction? Oh, and I wanted to try Sarah's way of writing, it looked cute. Next on my Try Style list is Fire of Hearts.))

(Sorry guys, it's a busy time of year for me. ugggggh)

Exile moved quickly. She was checking in with her wolves. She held her head up high as she approached Ana. "Ana..." She called as she approached the fae. "No one should be alone away from the pack." Exile reprimanded, even though the same could be said about Exile. She approached, everything about Exile demanded respect, that is why Adi Sapphira didn't think it was right for Exile to be anything less then an alpha. She flickered and ear, listening closely to things around her. Exile was always alert.

Kira glanced at Cane. She lightly smiled to herself before moving on. She looked to Heart. "Go get me some more of these." She said moving her nose to one of the herbs. Heart instantly sniffed it, taking in the scent before going out to search for it. "Take someone with you!" Kira called out after her.

Perking up from the sound of Exile's steps, Ana turned around and pulled her ears back in shame. "Oh, sorry. I..." Ana mumbled softly, her voice almost being swept away by the howling of the wind. "...wasn't really thinking." Taking one last scan of her surrounding with her ears, Ana bowed her head in respect and waited with Exile, her eyes glancing over the Alpha's wounds quickly, taking the sight all in.

Although Ana wasn't born into this pack, she still respected Exile greatly. After all, she could never be able to lead a pack. It took great courage and confidence to become a leader. You had to be both feared and loved by your followers, Ana knew it was a hard job. "Are you....okay?" The wolf asked gently, gesturing to the treated wounds of the female Alpha.

Rowan

He was sitting in the den, dead tired from yesterday. Sure, he hadn't done much, but he hadn't been getting a lot of sleep lately. His father's ghost haunted his dreams an awful lot lately. He stared up at the crumbling roof of the den for a while before he decided to get up and find his mate, Henna. When he finally rose at first he ran into the doorway. "Bluh!" He squeaked, and stepped back. "Stupid blind eye.." He muttered and padded out into the light. Then he immediately went to Henna, his eyes shining. "Helloooo Hennaaa." He laid down next to her and licked her ear lovingly.

Groaning in annoyance, Henna's light brown eyes fluttered open to glare at her mate only for her to close them once more. As a few more moments passed, Henna's breathing lightened from deep sleep into a more awake movement. Cuddling closer to Rowan, Henna, with her eyes still closed, tilted her head up and gently licked Rowan's ear. Or what she thought was his ear at least.

"Rowaaan," Henna mumbled lightly, laying back down into a comfortable position. "What do you want?" As the berries that Ana had retrieved for her registered within the wolf, Henna's mood sky rocketed into that of a happy puppy, her tail wagging and dusting the ground as her snow white ears perked up in impatience for her mate's voice.

((OOC//: My attempt at Fire of Hearts' writing style!))

Cane: I woke thinking of stepping outside then I remembered Crown there so I stretched but stayed put.. I really didn't like him.. Not at all.. If I didn't have an ounce of care in me I would have left him to the bird.. But I did.. So here we are.. No one asked me to keep an I on him.. However I knew how he was towards faes and I didn't like it one bit..

Exile twitched an ear as she stared at the fae. "I am fine." Exile said glancing at the large scar on her left side. "I've had worse." She said before sitting. They certainly wasn't as bad as they could have been, and after Kira healed them it only was sore. She shook her fur off before glancing back at Ana, suddenly Exile got up and started heading back to camp with out a word, in typical Exile fashion.
Crown awoke, slowly coming too as he got up on shaky legs. "God I hate this." He mumbled before turning and seeing the faes watching him. He wasn't in the mood for it. He slowly headed toward the exit.

"Crown are you ok?" One asked

"Will you be my mate when you feel better?"

"Be my mate?"

Crown looked at all of them. He growled out loudly, shocking them all. He sighed and dropped his head as he panted, he wasn't feeling well and they were surrounded him. He managed to pull out a charming smile. "I'm sorry ladies." He said stepping toward one to look her in the eye. "There is just too many of you, I'm so undeserving of any of you. Perhaps when....when I can be a better male." He said looking away dreamingly. (You wouldn't believe how much I role my eyes at my own character) He looked away from them, hiding his frown as he walked past. He ignored their squealing.

Cane: I watched Crown turn the faes down.. "Hmm.. Maybe there's hope for him after all.." I said as I voiced my thoughts.. I got up and stood in the entrance of the den quietly.. The sun hit my black furred face warming me instantly.. One reason why I loved the color it was during the winter.. I was never cold..

Kira watched as Crown left and sighed. "I hope he gets back soon, he still is feeling pretty awful." She said before looking at Cane. "Do you feel better now?" Kira asked approaching with a small smile. She sat down next to him and shook off her white fur for a moment before looking out at the pack with a smile. (Sorry it's suckish, I've been pretty tired lately)

(That's alright)

Cane: "Yes.. Thank you.. It's a beautiful day.." I added.. Pretty stupid to talk about the weather, but I wasn't good at small talk.. I looked up into the sky, then back at Kira.. I was never surprised to see her smiling.. I smiled back wondering what I should say next, but this was good I thought.. Something other than Thank you, hello or good bye..

Ivy laid in the Healer den, she opened her pale blue eyes, Darkness still, She sat up and sighed softly and shook the moss out of her snow white pelt, she yawned and sniffed the air, her ears perked up and she walked out of the den, the sun warmed her fur, but there was still no lightness in her dark vision,. She could smell the wolves that were awake, talking, or just sitting around, she walked over to a soft patch of grass and laid down, she left her eyes open but had enough darkness to sleep. She laid on her side listen to the pack begin to awaken.

Raff opened his eyes and he covered his face with one of his paws, he growled softly and rolled onto his side, He swept his tail towards his muzzle then opened his eyes, he growled again, he stood up and looked around, he huffed gently before walking out into the clearing, he spotted his sister and smirked slightly, even though she couldn't see his gentle gaze, he knew she knew she was loved by him, and didn't need reassurance. He slowly made his way to her, "Raff." she said and sat up, her eyes not looking at him, but she knew he was there. "Ivy." He gently rubbed his head on hers, in a loving sibling kind of way. She nudged him gently and he sat beside her "How did you sleep?" He asked, she shrugged gently "Fine, Slightly restless, but fine." She replied.

Rowan

"Aww." He looked at Henna, and rested his head beside hers. "You remember my name. I'm so proud." He laughed and nuzzled her affectionately. "I'm just wondering how my precious Japanese Flag is doing." He looked at her, his affections shining in his eyes, even the one that was white and blinded. He nuzzled her again and said jokingly, "I mean, other than tired, hungry, or so on."

Henna

Shooting a sharp glare over to Rowan, Henna lay still as her mate nuzzled her. "I want these puppies out already." She grumbled, her pregnancy wasn't even half way done! Henna didn't know how she would be able to survive the next seven weeks! But, she remembered Rowan's promise. That he would protect her. But, hey! He was doing a pretty good job, I mean, Henna was alive and moving. Just moody and over emotional. "Hmm..." Henna hummed softly as she brushed against Rowan with a single thought on her mind. "Hey, Rowan," She spoke bluntly, a serene look washing upon her face. "What should we name them? The pups."

((OOC//: explosiveKitten's writing style attempt!))

Kira nodded. "It is. I was hoping for a bit of rain, my water supply is low and some the my herbs really need water." She said glancing back at her herb stash. "Well hopefully Heart should be back with the things I need." She said scratching behind her ear with her back leg real quick before shaking her fur out. She stretched herself out before watching Exile head back into camp. She sighed at Exile's stubbornness but either way, she knew nothing could keep that fae from anything.

Heart came back with Eternal holding herbs in her jaws. She passed by Ivy and her brother Raff. "Hello, Ivy, Raff." She greeted with a bow of her head. She gently set the herbs down for a moment before smiling at them both. She looked around for Kira before looking back at Ivy. She knew Ivy was another healer and she could heal just like Kira. Heart could only see emotions and sometimes felt out of place in the healer den but she was good at her job either way.

Exile came back into camp and saw Cub and Black Lake were back from their patrol. "Cub, report!" She shouted raising her head high as she waited for her only brother to give a report. Even though most couldn't see it, she really loved her siblings and there was always just the slightest softening of her gaze when she looked at them. The pure black fae stood tall even with her injuries.

Cub kept his voice down. "There is some strange scents north of here. I think you know who is poking around again." He said keeping his gaze lowered from his alpha in proper respect. Exile dismissed him with a slight nod of her head.

Cane: "I have a feeling it will rain in the next 2 days.. Not to worry.." I said smiling at her.. I grew up in the rain.. Where I was born there was barely a sunny day.. And when there was we spent the day hunting.. I always got a feeling when the rains would come.. It was like a chill in my bones when the humidity dropped..

Rowan

He looked at her glare and returned it with a mischevious toothy grin. "The pups? I don't know. It all depends." He had been thinking about that an awful lot. "I mean, I've been thinking about it..." He could remember the day him and Henna had talked about it, and suddenly, this was really happening? He was a father? This was almost too much to take in some days. But he couldn't be anything but excited and supportive of his mate. "I don't know. We won't know til the puppies are born."

Overhearing the conversation, Ana shrank back from the other wolves with a guilty expression on her face. "I should've came along with them..." She whispered under her breath in a volume that only her enhanced hearing could barely pick up. Ana thought herself a coward, even if she wasn't asked to patrol, with her ability, it would be much easier to scan the area. But no, Ana decided to go for a Soldier position. She wanted to fight, to protect the pack. But when it was going like this, Ana didn't know what to do anymore. She felt...useless, unworthy, pathetic. With no job, Ana stood in the back as she tended to Henna, watching as the others risked their lives everyday while she...she was a coward.

Adi Sapphira came up behind Ana. "And what are you thinking of?" Adi Sapphira was now Alpha soldier. She smiled warmly at the other fae, seeing quickly she was beating down on herself. Adi Sapphira always was good at picking out wolves who needed some comfort or advice. She sat down calmly waiting for the young fae to speak her thoughts. She tilted her head to the side watching with her icy blue eyes.
Kira looked at him with a teasing look. "Oh really? Are you mr. weather wolf now?" She smiled and then leaned slightly closer to him. "If you keep talking to me more often as Mr. Weather wolf I think I'd like him to stay." She frowned slightly. "You seemed so quiet around me I didn't know if you even liked me." She said truthfully pinning her ears to her head as she stared at him hoping for an answer.

Ears perking up, Ana glanced over at the Alpha Soldier, a wolf that she didn't talk to much, just took orders from. She didn't know if she should say what she thought or not, in fear of being disrespectful. After all, Adi Sapphira and Ana weren't very close and Ana thought it would be rude. But, perhaps this could be her chance...! Her chance to ask to help out!

"Umm.." Ana began, pulling her ears back to press against her head and her tail slowly coming in under her legs. No, she had to be confident. Standing up a little taller and more sure of herself, Ana opened her mouth to speak again in a louder voice that usual. Then she realized what she was doing, quickly falling back into her more submissive pose, Ana tiltilted her head down to stare at the ground in shame. "Is...is there anything I can do to..." Glancing up to stare at Adi Sapphira, Ana pawed at the ground as she did her best to muster up the courage to say the final word. "H-h-help..?"
