Noah gave a small smile and nodded "Alright then, could you get me my normal?" He asked as he let her go so she could grab her purse.

She nodded and stepped over to Keaton, kissing his head before going to grab them some food, sighing quietly as she had only just got in the car when her phone rang with her Dad's number "Hey, gimme one sec I'm putting you on the bluetooth Dad." She told him, fiddling with it for a minute before answering "Hey, Eden okay?" She asked him

Her Dad waited and started speaking when she started talking to him "She's good, currently watching some TV. How's Keaton? They get the tests done yet?" He asked

She sighed a little and nodded. “He’s the same…. He’s back in the room though we’re just waiting. I’m going to get me and Noah some food…. I’m just so fuckin scared dad. I can’t lose him. I don’t…. I’m so worried that if we do… that I’ll end up like mom…. Eden not wanting to talk to me, divorced and alone… I’m just stressed.” She told him.

He frowned and gave a heavy sigh "That wasn't all your mother. I wasn't a very good husband to her. I don't think you'll end up like her at all, you adore Eden and have a good husband who will be there for you." He told her in a comforting way "But we don't even need to talk like that because Keaton is going to be okay, he'll pull through."

She nodded to herself a little. “Alright, let me know when you need one of us to come pick her up alright? Even if it’s not one of us Nick has offered to come pick her up and he’s said he can take her home to watch her.” She told him, talking a little longer before hanging up and going to get their food. She wasn’t more than another twenty minutes before she was getting back but as she turned down the hall and saw Noah pacing outside and staff going in and out of the room again she felt her stomach drop. “What happened?”

Noah looked up when he heard Carmen's voice shaking his head some "I don't know, alarms started going off and they asled me to leave." He said worriedly pullimg her close to him.

She just held him back, moving to get them sat down and starting to worry more about Noah, worried sick that this was going to start affecting his own health and they would be having problems but she didn’t have any words until his doctor came out to explain they were gonna take him straight into surgery as the antibiotics on their own weren’t doing enough, watching them take him out of the room and move him down the hall while her and Noah were taken to a family waiting room, sitting down with him again and just staring at the floor. “We need to eat.” She mumbled.

Noah took deep breaths to get his heart rate down as they sat in the family room. He held his head in his hands crying softly when he heard her. He nodded and quickly wiped at his eyes "Yeah....yeah you're right." He whispered

She frowned and got his put on the little side table next to him. “You hurtin?” She asked him gently, not liking how pale he’d gone, getting some water out the bag and handed him the open bottle.

Noah gave a small nod "I'll be okay...just need a minute." He said quietly before taking his medicine and water "Eat, I promise I'm okay." He whispered

She frowned and just watched him for a minute but did start in on her own food, shaking her head when after twenty minutes things hadn’t changed. “Puppy let me go get someone for you.” She told him, standing up to go get some help until she felt him tug on her wrist. “I’m not taking no for an answer right now.” She told him seriously.

Noah tugged her back shaking his head some "No....please I'm fine." He whispered but frowned when she left him there to find someone. He sat there hunched over still trying his best to.catch his breath.

She came back with a nurse and frowned at him. “I know he just doesn’t wanna have to be too far away but this isn’t good.” She told her, just watching him and worrying.

Noah frowned as the nurse got him to look at her "My heart is racing....chest hurts..." he said quietly grunting as more pain washed over him "Shit.....I don't...I need to be here." He whispered to Carmen

She shook her head and frowned. “Noah it’s okay, let me call Nick and see if he’d be alright to come down and go be with you so that I can give you updates as soon as I get them.” She promised him just wanting him to get whatever help he needed so he didn’t get worse, sitting with him and holding his hand until they brought a wheel chair to take him to the adult side of the hospital to get looked at properly.

Noah took a deep breath and gave a small nod. He got up and followed the nurse to a wheelchair and to another area of the hospital.

Carmen sighed quietly as she watched them go, calling nick and talking to him for a bit to explain the situation and thanked him when he’d offered to come down before she ever began to ask him.

Nick headed into the room they’d put Noah into and shook his head. “Can’t have the spotlight off of you for five minutes can you?” He joked a little. “How you feeling?”

Noah looked up from his lap when he heard Nick's voice. He gave a heavy sigh and shook his head some "I feel like complete shit." He muttered to him before rubbing at his chest.

He nodded and sat down, watching the monitors for a minute. “I can imagine, cause that doesn’t look good.” He told him.

Noah nodded some and took a shaky breath "Don't.....don't tell Carmen, tell her they're keeping me for observation." He said quietly with pleading eyes.

He nodded "She'll work it out once she comes to see you but I'll keep my mouth. shut." He promised, taking a seat and leaning back "I'm gonna go grab Eden off her Dad later so she can come hang out with me tomorrow. I'm working at the shop so she can come hang out and do some art and stuff." He smiled. "We had a great run as a band... But I think even if you hadn't keeled over on us... it's time to move on for all of us." He pointed out

Noah gave a small nod and sighed heavily "Yeah....I'm sorry it happened like this man." He said quietly before taking deep breaths "I'm going to have to put out a statement....people are saying such vile shit to Carmen, I'm done with this shit."

Even while you're the one screamin' at her and she walks away.... I know she's active on her socials but so is Nadine and so is Sara and neither of them have dealt with this."
