• Your character is allowed to be rude and mean, but you are not. No flawless characters, no controlling other characters without their players' consent, and no disrespect OOC.
  
• One-liners aren't acceptable here, even in the case of conversations. The bare minimum post length is eight sentences, four for conversations. If you can't meet that requirement, I ask that you find a different RP.
  
• Lesser-known fairy tales, such as those from non-Western cultures, are welcome and appreciated!
  
• Canon characters from modern works, or religious figures of any kind, should not be used here.
  
• Characters with disabilities and mental illnesses will be accommodated by staff and the buildings: students with canes, learning disabilities, psychoses, and the like are all welcome. However, students whose symptoms present immediate danger to themselves or others will be sent elsewhere.

What's the difference between their fairy tale form and human form? In her human form, Aranka's hair is a dull straw color. In her fairy tale form, her hair is golden and practically glows.

What are their powers? Aranka is capable of summoning three bears, one house-sized, one cub-sized, and one the size of a normal bear.

What are the limitations of their powers? The larger the bear she summons, the more energy it takes out of her. Summoning the largest bear is usually too energy-intensive for her to use effectively run or use her chainsaw afterwards.

Do they carry any equipment? Aranka carries around a chainsaw with a metallic pale-pink blade and a pastel blue grip, with pastel ribbons tied to the grip.

What do they like to do in their leisure time? Aranka enjoys playing with stuffed animals, cooking, and shopping.

Tell me about them.

Aranka grew up adopted by a cruel family, but with a lot of research, when she was 14, she found a nearby forest ranger who she thought was her biological father. She started meeting with him at his work, and he loved hearing about her work at school and teaching her about trees and forest animals. Aranka was fascinated with him, and relished the chance to do something without the looming threat of her parents, and get away from home.

But one day, the ranger said he was moving to another forest. Aranka was devastated, but determined. She did odd jobs in secret and helped out her neighbors for extra money, and finally, after nearly a year, was able to save up enough money for the trip. She bought a plane ticket and left home under the guise of a school trip, much to the protest of her "father". But he wouldn't let her stay with him, so she was stuck homeless in a small suburban town for the month her fake trip was supposed to take.

She refused to go home to her adoptive family, and after some pushing and pulling with the airline company (and begging them not to tell her family or the police, who would surely return her home), she used the refund from her return ticket to pay for a place in a cheap hotel. She stayed in three different rooms, one with too firm a bed, one with a bed too soft, and one with a bed just right.

Fortunately for her, the person in the next room was a professor unable to sleep because of a pea under her mattress, who sensed the presence of a reincarnated fairy tale. The professor knocked on the door the next day, and upon exposure to magic, Aranka's hair began to glow. The professor explained to her about fairy tale reincarnation and Fairy Tale High, and Aranka gladly agreed to come with her.

She cannot convince someone of something if it is not possible for it to be true. For instance, she can convince people that she is very strong and unbeatable, but she cannot convince them that the sky is red. Additionally, even though she can convince people of things, that doesn’t guarantee that they will react in any particular way.

Taylor generally carries around a sewing kit. She has also been known to carry around various random items because she has big pockets in her jacket.


What do they like to do in their leisure time?


Taylor enjoys sewing and making clothing. She prides herself on her emergency outfit making skills.

Taylor has a light, orange-brown hair that reaches just past her shoulders. She has brown eyes and fair skin. Her jacket is brown and has dark green lettering with a yellow border. Underneath her jacket she wears a light green, sleeveless shirt with a light brown border along the top. She wears jeans and medium brown, heeled boots. She generally has a tape measure around her neck.

Still, although her family eventually resigned themselves to her behavior, they weren’t particularly reluctant to see her go when she was recruited into the school. It was by chance that Taylor was overheard boasting about her remarkable fly swatting skills, but she is rather excited to have been invited into a school that might appreciate her.

He being the shadow of his old master wants more then just being in the background and wants the spotlight himself, wanting glory and any type of fame he can get. Even if it is infamy.

His normal form would have short black hair and light skin, wearing what ever he decides wear. While his fairy tale form he becomes a living shadow. No light can make him disappear and he is a pure black silhouette.

What are their powers?

His special powers allow him to be completely invisible and he can shape himself to blend into any shadow. Being nearly invisible and undetectable, he also has the power to create his weapon on parts of his body, instead of wielding it only in his palm.

What are the limitations of their powers?

The limitation of becoming a shadow of something else, is when he is stepped on he will feel pain and mostly likely reveal himself from hiding.

Do they carry any equipment?

He carries with him a katana but it is broken, the blade being broken leaving only a short katana about two feet in length, but sharp as any weapon. He takes very good care of it, even though the blade has been shattered and only leave a dagger at most.

What do they like to do in their leisure time?

He enjoys getting any praise he can get, so he does sports in his free time, or any kind of event that will give him praise. His favorite sports are baseball, and he is great at the sport. But when he is alone, he likes the peace and quiet of staying in a completely dark room.

His personality is a bit mellow, though he can be a bit cold hearted. He loves to be anything but just a shadow, hating being ignored or unheard. He acts a bit rude and hostile to most people. He likes the attention and glory and he will fill the same way when seen infamy. Ever since he became his own person and detached from his master. He will not go back to the life of being the shadow of someone else. But even though he is cold, he does still feel love and he wishes to express himself to that one person that he can be with.

He ran away from home when he found out his mother was cheating on his dad, convinced the skills he aquired on the boy scouts would allow him to live in the woods indefinetly. This proved too much for him, however, and soon he found himself joining forces with other homeless children, doing petty jobs and shoplifting for food. His band's exploits soon became a staple of the local news, and it wasn't too long before he was caught, and then he was caught again, and again. But this time he didn't get off easy, being a repeat offender he had to spend the next 8 months in a correctional facility. The day he finally got off, a member of the faculty was waiting for him.

Before I accept this, the weapon needs to be changed. First-years don't carry around anything more fantastical than a kitchen knife, because there'd be no way for them to get their hands on it as normal teenagers and they aren't allowed a "real" weapon until later. Considering your backstory and interests, a vanilla bow or sword would be acceptable. The rest looks good.

Okay, first, 7x4 is greater than 21, which is the maximum stat total. If you want them to be the same, please do something like 5 / 5 / 5 / 6 or 5x4.


Secondly, Giants aren't really compatible with our lore unless they're summoned by some other reincarnated fairy tale with powers, or constructs of Amani-Rana, as the only place they'd exist naturally today is protected in Fable's natural reserves. (If these terms are unfamiliar for you, please read the Overview.) Either origin of Giants is an acceptable explanation, but needs to be in your profile somewhere.

Her eyes turn red , a large Celtic symbol form on her back and her spear 'Gae Bulg' appears in her hand.


What are their powers?


Clair has the ability to summon her spear from anywhere as it is soul bound.


Gae Bulg : Gae Bulg is the spear of Cu Chulainn , as one would assume. When thrown , the spear is said to always pierce it's targets heart without fail , making impossible turns to do so. When hand held it is just as deadly due to the fact it can be trusted several times in a blink of the eye.


Clair is best suited to taking on major enemies on her own while her team deal with the groups.

Clair is practically useless when faced with a large group.

A hurl and slither, at times a sword

Tell me about them. Clair has come to join the school in order to complete the task she has set out to do , said task being that she wants to surpass her predecessors. The school simply seemed like the best way to go about doing so and well she applied and was accepted.

What's the difference between their fairy tale form and human form? Most aren't able to tell the difference, between his human and fairy tale side - although. The difference is easily spotted, if he is outdoors - which would include a blizzard-storm around him, and the apparation of a man, looking over him.

What are their powers?

• Ice Manipulation - true to his namesake, he can create snowstorms, blizzards and simple chills; with a mere flick of his wrist. Albeit, they won't harm those, who aren't evil - being a mild chilly breeze to them.
  
• Conjuration - he can create simply objects, from ice. Although, only for others, and not himself.
  

What are the limitations of their powers? Like his Fairy Tale, he can never harm the pure and innocent. His magic itself knows its target - being to the point, he can't be sure, if his magic will work on a likely hostile or not.


Do they carry any equipment? A necklace, in the shape of a snow-flake. Can shift into a giant ice axe.


What do they like to do in their leisure time? Help others, read books, build snowmen.

Tell me about them. Ivan has been called many things in his life - all somehow related to snow and ice. Despite, its apparent dangers, he is as warm and fuzzy, as any other snow-animal. Despite the frigid appearance, he is actually very friendly and helpful - with only the wicked knowing fear, and the innocent, hearing his sweet laughter and gifts.

What's their motive/miniplot? To find the perfect score, complete the ultimate heist(interpret this as you will), to become fabulously wealthy. He will not however steal from someone he believes to be good and generous.


Are they a first-year or upperclassman? Upperclassman


How old are they? 16


What's the difference between their fairy tale form and human form? In his human form, Kierran simply possesses black hair and blue eyes. However, when in his fairy tail form, he gains a shadowy like aura and his eyes change to red.


What are their powers? Kierran is capable of fantastic stealth(abnormal silence, an uncanny ability to hide in plain sight, cause distractions)


What are the limitations of their powers? Kierran's abilities are heavily dependent upon lurking in the shadows and in unseen corners of the eyes. He cannot use his powers in direct sunlight and light very well; his ability to hide in plain sight is severely hampered by this weakness.


Do they carry any equipment? Kierran carries around a blackjack, a few daggers, a compound bow with several arrows


What do they like to do in their leisure time? Kierran enjoys woodcarving, gambling, and obtaining knowledge he shouldn't know.

He had a loving family, went to a good school, a good gaggle of friends, etc. However, one day, his friends were bored and decided to challenge Kierran to a dare, to steal the answer sheets to the next test. At the time, Kierran chalked it up to luck that he was able to successfully steal the answers, copy them, and place them back all without detection. Little did he know, his powers had silently manifested without his knowledge. Over time his friends began to challenge him to more difficult tasks such as stealing library book without setting off the detector, planting incriminating evidence on a fellow student, and his deeds began to silently spread through the school as the work of a ghost. Kierran's magnum opus, when he was 16 during the last month of school, however, is a legend that still exists in the school to this day, he stole the silver fountain pen of the headmaster. Once stolen, the headmaster was enraged and vowed to find this "ghost." Luckily for Kierran, a professor from Fairy Tale High had heard of the consistent thefts and the inability of the staff to pin the thefts on someone. He pulled Kierran aside for discretion and explained to him the Fairy Tale Reincarnation and how he was The Master Thief reincarnated. The professor then took care of his transfer for the fall of Fairy Tale High.


Kierran is a generally carefree person and one who enjoys giving help when it is needed. However, he is a mix of introverted and extroverted. Introverted in the sense that unless someone talks to him or he needs to speak with someone, he is generally silent. However, if you get him talking, then he'll become very friendly and any sense of an introvert disappears.

What's their motive/miniplot? To fully master time manipulation. To the point that she'll be able to turn back time, or maybe travel to the future.


Are they a first-year or upperclassman? Upperclassman


What's the difference between their fairy tale form and human form? In her human form, she looks like a regular person. In her fairy tale form however, she grows two white rabbit ears on her head, and her eyes will become completely black (yes, even the whites). Sometimes, when she's driven into a corner, her instincts will take over and she'll transform into a full-fledged rabbit. Her ears will also appear when she becomes too emotional.


What are their powers? As I have mentioned before, she can control time. She's best at slowing down time and second best at stopping time.


What are the limitations of their powers? She cannot speed up time. That would mean that she'd control the future, and that is almost impossible.


As funny as it sounds, even time control has its time limitation. The more focused she is, the longer she can hold down time. It also depends on the amount of space she's going to control. She usually prefers slowing down time to stopping it, as it is much less tiresome.


Of course, she can't stop time all over the world. That'd be too exhausting. Momentarily, she can stop as wide as about a whole city. To be precise, 204,51 km²/78.96 sq mi.


If she overexerts herself, she'll get a terrific headache.


Do they carry any equipment? She carries a magical pocket watch with her to keep track of her time limitations. She also possesses a magical gun.


What do they like to do in their leisure time? Drinking tea, reading, baking cookies. She's a real grandma, actually (lol).

Tell me about them. Growing up with a stressful parent, or father to be precise, can be tiring after a while. She's a real lazy bum, the complete opposite of him. Her mother died a few years ago. She is sure that it was not a car accident. She even thinks that she has been murdered, because her mother seemed to already know she was going to die before the incident. Lunie's desperate to find out, and thus tries to turn back time so she can witness the incident herself. And so she believed that going to this school could help her get to her goal.

First, your character is reincarnated from the fairy tale, not descended from them (as seems to be implied here). Secondly, there needs to be a last name. Thirdly, the "tell me about them", powers, and limits upon powers do not have nearly the levels of detail that I expect for a Casual roleplay. The "tell me about them" needs to be revised in respect to the first point, and extended a bit - I want to see more details, not just general feelings he has. And the powers need to have discrete limits on what they can do, not just an element. The limits need to reflect the level of detail I'm expecting from the powers. This is a Casual roleplay, not a Simple one, and there's a certain level of detail I expect from your character sheet as well as your posts.
