I found it easier to say that rather than him just say he became fallen at the age of 3, cuz that wouldn't have made sense. The way he became one was because his parents didn't like the rules and stuff so when they were killed. Before his parents died his father put a cursed dragon inside of Hitsu and because of his parents leaving and the dragins evil taint he was presumed fallen so they cast him off to live amongst mortals.
