Fantasy Faereach City of Magicks (Now Accepting)

Ken thought on the question for a moment,"Well, maybe two or three years now? It's nice to surrounded by people...and things that are like me, different." Ken smiled at the thought of being with people who understood him a lot better. However, it was interrupted by Ken's attention turning back to Torr. He stared at the sack over his head. Why did it have a bag over its head, actually Ken would rather not know.

Nyr

Nyr woke up some time later, groaning and stretching. She was vageuly aware of something heavy draped across her, and she eventually found out it was Falcon's tail. She smiled softly, nestling into him a little bit and humming softly. She didn't want to wake him, but she didn't want to lay her forever either. Oh well. She figured it wouldn't hurt her to lay here for a while. She started to study Falcon, noting all the curves and planes that made up his being. He was really quite...handsome, once you got past the scales and what not.

She let her fingertips trail lightly along the surface of his face, starting at his temple and working down across his cheek bones and over his chin. She smiled a bit, dropping her hands to the tail that was draped over her and she traced the pattern of the scales there, engraving them into her memory. The one thought that she'd been pushing back started to surface and she hesitated a little bit, looking back up at him.

He's a killer, Nyr. It's what he does. The beast has no room for compassion. Once he's done with you, he'll kill you and turn you into a meal. You're smarter than this. Don't fall for his tricks. You can't kill him, you're not strong enough.

You're wrong! You wouldn't understand...I know you seek to destroy everything that's a threat to us, but he's not a threat! Give it time! Remember what we were taught? We are peace and war living in harmony to protect our physical being if one of us gets out of balance it could influence the way our powers manifest and then we will be nothing. Give it time, brother. I beg of you, give it time...

Nyr shook her head, pressing her palms to her forehead as she groaned a little. Now was not the time for her to be splitting apart like this. She nestled into the cold skin of Falcon's neck, exhaling a little and trying to cool off a bit. She was just getting a little overheated, that's all. The voices were nothing. She heard Aquios shifting around some more and she exhaled. If she were in danger, Aquios would protect her. She nestled into Falcon again, closing her eyes and taking some deep breaths. She needed to relax.

Illoi

Illoi smiled at Vix's request and nodded. "Give me moment, I'll need to fetch my familiar. Uh...be warned...he's not as small as what you've probably seen. He's...a bit bigger than Aquios." She eyed Melchio before giggling a bit and standing, leaving the room and heading outside to where her familiar was waiting. She rested her palm on his arm, smiling up at him.

"Come, Mogmal. Our services have been requested." With that, she lead the elemental into the building and started heading back towards the room. Several people shrieked at Mogmal's appearance, but Illoi ignored it. It wasn't every day that a hulking fire beast walked through the hallways without bringing the whole building to ashes, she assumed. Once she got back to the room, she had a bit of a hard time getting Mogmal through the door way, but finally managed it.

"No need to be stubborn, it's just a...plant...thing." She huffed, glaring up at him before turning her attention back to Vix. "Mogmal here is the channel for my power. He will have to...embrace both you and that girl there for me to heal you. He won't burn you. He might be made entirely of fire and magma, but he's harmless unless I instruct otherwise." To demonstrate, she pushed her hand through the center of Mogmal's chest, waving her arm around a little before pulling it out unscathed.

"I promise you'll be safe, just let me do my thing and all will be well. Ready?" It was more of a rhetorical question as she instructed Mogmal to set up for healing, using the ancient tongue that commanded the elementals. The hulking fire beast moved forward. Reaching his arm out and pressing his hand to Vix's forehead before the flames started to spread, eventually covering every inch of his body. He did the same with Mykky, and turned his head to look at Illoi with a blank look on his face.

"Very well." She stepped up to her elemental and pressed her palms through the fire again. Once she closed her eyes, she started to eminate a soft, red glow that seemed to pulse in time with her heart beat. She muttered a few words, and the energy turned into a soothing rhythm. As Mogmal set about healing the various wounds, Illoi kept things calm and pain-free by muttering a few verses here and there. Once the fire started to receed off the bodies, she opened her eyes and removed her hands from Mogmal, swaying a bit from the sudden snap of being thrown back into her own body. She grumbled a bit, rubbing her forehead before smiling a bit.

"There ya go. Like I said, I ain't a top notch healer but that should have been enough to get you back on your feet. As for the girl...well, we'll see. There was something blocking Mogmal's energy so I had to reroute it." She frowned a little but patted her familiar on the back again and sent him to the back of the room.

Falcon

Falcon's dream was quite odd. There he stood, looking down at the quivering form of Melchio, who he'd beaten within an inch of his life. In dreams like this, he usually felt relieved, since Melchio could never harm him again after he finished the lucid dream off... but today it was different. Melchio no longer looked so holy- instead, he was covered in marks of evil, hatred boiling off of him in waves. In a way, it was like their roles were reversed: he was no longer the monster, instead, he was facing down his brother, who in his blindness had become the monster he'd tried so hard to kill. He didn't move from his spot however. No matter how much he cared for his brother, he'd harmed him too deeply, made hiim so irrationally frightened that his very dreams were haunted by him. So, with a deep depression dripping from his eyes, he turned his back to Melchio, and walked off into the darkness, small hands grasping at him to head back to the quivering figure, whose whimpers of confusion, pain, hatred, and sadness echoed throughout his dream-space.

He just walked. Walked. And walked. Until the darkness around him gave way to a hail storm that swirled down from the peaks of the mountains far above. He sighed, and forced his way through the storm, unsure of where he was headed. That is, until he entered a small village. People laughed and giggled, ignoring him- something he hadn't gotten the rights to in some time: the right to not be ostracized. He made his way through the village, and when he was finished, he turned to look back at all the content faces, hardened by hardship, yet still gleaming with happiness to be around their fellow man. He never realized before this moment, but every part of him longed for something like this. To be someone people could look up to without fearing they'd be eaten. And, as the blizzard overtook the town once more, he could feel himself slipping into half-consciousness.

=-=-=-=

Though his breathing was slight, he was no longer fast asleep. He was in a state halfway between dreams and reality. His head was still nestled in Nyr's hair, and his tail still rested on them. He was in no position to move- not that he'd want to, if he were being honest. He sighed softly, and ran a hand through Nyr's hair. It was like white grain growing in the wide open fields of a prairie- or, was that his dream? He wasn't sure- he couldn't tell. He sighed again, content, and pulled Nyr a little closer, before slipping back into his slumber. He just wanted to be like this a little longer. Just... a bit.

Nyr

Nyr smiled a bit at him, nestling into him as he ran his hand through her hair before she yawns. She wanted to stay like this for a while longer as well, but her stomach was growling. She gave it a few more minutes before she sat up, looking down at him. She yawned, pressing her forehead against Falcon's.

"Hey...wake up. I'm starvin, and I'm sure you are too." She whispered softly, scanning his face as she rested there for a moment. She eventually sat up and got out of bed, readjusting her skit and her shirt which had gotten all twisted up in her sleep. She stretched, listening to her joints pop before she settled back down, yawning and combing her fingers through her messy hair.

"I know your eating habits aren't really...great...but I know a place where you can get some...real food." She remembered the spot perfectly. It was where she had woken up, and where she spent the majority of her days trying to scrap up some money. Not really a nice place, and she shuddered to think about what Falcon would do to it's inhabitants if he knew what she'd gone through. At-least she'd be getting some form of revenge this way. She plopped down on an arm chair, rubbing the sleep out of her eyes.

"I should probably try to find Illoi eventually...and my other friends...but I don't want to leave you alone. I don't see that confrontation going well, however." she mused quietly, crossing one leg over the other as she waited for some sort of indicator that Falcon was even listening to her at the moment.

Falcon

"Mrgh... Ah 'm hungrh, but... just give me five more minutes." He grumbled, rolling over in the bed, eyes forced shut. However, now that he was warm again, his blood sated, and the prospect of eating was once again put on his table, he couldn't fall asleep if he tried. Sighing, he sat up, looking over at Nyr who was sitting in her chair. A part of him knew she was too good for him. Another part argued that they were meant for each other. Another was devastated by the thought of her leaving this planet, thus leaving him alone in this cold, brutal world. He groaned, sitting up, stumbling to the banister, and letting himself trip over it, landing face-first into the wood floors below.

"...And here I honestly believed that'd work." Falcon got to his feet, dusting himself off after his failed attempt at knocking himself out. He slipped his katana to his side and rested his hat on its pommel, wondering if he'd ever get to hang it over his bed, or find a place for it besides at his hip. He probably wouldn't but the world was an ever changing place. Especially with people like Nyr in it. Speaking of, he cast his glance up at the young woman, before slipping to the door, and waiting. "I'm ready. Whenever you are, Nyr."

"I'm ready. Whenever you are, Nyr."
Nyr jumped a little when he thumped to the floor below and she rolled her eyes, stalking down the steps. She walked up to him and flicked his nose.

"Don't go hurting yourself now." She huffed but linked her fingers through his anyways and opened the door, leading the way out.

"We'll get you fed first, but then you're buyin my dinner." She giggled softly as they left the building and started walking down the street towards the area. They weren't terribly far from it, which she counted as a blessing. She started scanning the faces of people as they walked, and she finally found one that made her blood turn to ice. She halted in her steps, a sneer making its way onto her face as she glared at the man who wore a tailored suit. She looked up at Falcon, her expression softening a touch.

"It's probably not much, but almost any one from this area is up for grabs. They're all horrible people." She muttered, turning to look away from him again. She crossed her arms, feeling uncomfortably exposed for the first time in her life as people brushed by unnecessarily close to her. She pressed herself against Falcons side, grumbling a bit.

"This is where I woke up and where I made most of my money." She brushed her hair out of her eyes, straightening a bit. Aquios bubbled a bit angrily next to her, but made no move to do anything.

The Bosmer gave a slight huff. Crimson eyes still boring holes through Heidt. "For the time being, the specifics on how I got here, or where I'm from don't matter." Not to mention she wasn't exactly in the mood to be going over that story again. Not with Heidt and his bullshit.

||The most important thing to know is whatever's behind that attack is messing with the barriers between realms.|| Necrirti spoke up, figuring they may as well have some info to go on.

"Well where I'm from, from what I've heard, is a place called heaven. Though I lost my memory when I was a kid" explained Hitsugya, even though she likely wouldn't care. Taking another sip of whisky he went back to the fridge and pulled out 5 dumplings that he unwrapped and practically swallowed whole.

Damen groaned from hearing everyone in the room. He hadn't even needed to look up due to his ability, but it was a pain to see everyone moving around while trying to sleep. Not long after a crow flew in, the same from outside, and landed on the table near Damen.

Falcon

He chuckled awkwardly at Nyr's affections, feeling the heat radiate off of her in pleasant waves. They were soothing, and washed over him with a pristine serenity. It reminded him of a beach he'd never been to before, and a sunset he'd never experienced. He sighed, his cool breath washing over her. His naturally cold blood tugged toward her heat, making him shift a little so he was just a bit closer. Eventually, he turned his head to look at Nyr, for once the situation letting him take in what he saw. He could feel his thoughts slipping away as he was lost in her. He carefully raised a hand to run through her platinum blonde hair, careful to not get his claws stuck. For once, he had the time to just lay down, and relax. He sighed, letting his arm fall beside him, before staring up at the roof again.

He could hear Aquios shuffling around downstairs as he stared up at the ceiling. He wasn't sure. It was an alien thought to him. He wasn't sure. About where he was going, what he was going to do, or who he was going to hurt. Maybe those thoughts didn't need answers. He let out a long sigh, closing his eyes, though his vision was still filled with Nyr. Her laughs, her stern looks, her flirting. All of it. It flashed past him in waves over and over again, and he kept reliving the day. Compared to every other day, it was a mere spark of nothing in a sea of despair. But, wasn't there someone who said that without light, darkness couldn't exist? So... maybe it was better for him to just have this little spark of happiness for him to hold onto.

He opened his eyes, and looked to Nyr, seeing her turn red. He wondered what kind of dream could be so powerful that it could affect you in real life. He knew of dreams that made you act out in real life, but he wasn't sure if that's what was going on. He'd probably never know, but just looking at her made him tired. He wanted to be closer to her, so he wrapped his arms around her, and pulled her close. Resting his own head on hers, he let his head get lost in her hair, and his tail rested on them both, acting like a poor imitation of a blanket. And, as her warmth spilled into him, he found himself drifting off, slowly heading to his own realm of dreams.

Melchio

"Prince again, huh?" Melchio muttered, a tinge of pink growing across him. "Hehe... you flatter me too much, Vix." He chuckled this, but grew silent as the two talked, soaking in the information he deemed necessary, whilst the rest of it went over his head. He was again thinking of Falcon. His face filled him with so many emotions that it felt like he needed to reduce this city to ash so that these feelings wouldn't be knocking him sideways. Still, he found it interesting that both Vix and Illoi understood fire in a way he could never hope to. Ice formed at his fingertips and began to dance between them, reminding him of the blizzards of his homeland. He supposed that your powers as a Seraph came from what influenced you the most as a child- for him it was the biting cold of the north- the spine-tingling cold of his homeland shaped him to be powerful, yet understanding and gentle as a snowflake when the time called for it.

"Illoi, I know it's a bit much to ask of you, but do you think it would be possible for you to heal both Vix and Mykky? I'd rather they don't have to stay in the hospital for long." He smiled weakly at her, though hidden behind his smile was him pleading to her to heal his friends. He felt terrible that they were in such a terrible shape, including Vix, whom he wanted healed above all. Speaking of, the fox had suddenly began yelling, garnering Melchio's attention and an odd gaze from him as he chuckled at his partner's enthusiasm. "Glad to see you're back to-!!!" Melchio literally lit up when Vix planted that kiss on his cheek, his face turning a shade of crimson so red that it looked like his face was nothing but a big blob of blood, and his wings lit up brightly, flashing like the flash of a camera, before fading out, smoke trailing from them. For a moment, Melchio simply sat there, stunned, doing nothing more than blinking, before a blissful face. He fell out of his chair, collapsing to the floor in a drunken stupor of love, giggling to himself as he was layed out, a small trickle of blood running from his nose to the floor. He was perfectly fine. Hell, some might say he was a little too fine. But, he'd survive minor blood loss.
Vix

Vix just sat there with a smile on his face. he felt the warm, flaming healing his body. It was an odd feeling for him, he never had someone else heal him. He usually heals himself, or tends to his own wounds. He smiled at Illoi and her familiar “thank you very much. I’m very grateful for what you did. I owe you one for this, and trust me that means something. So if there anything you need just let me know and I will help.” He stood up and stretched out his limbs. He knew he wasn’t 100%, but he was better than before, that’s for sure. He then turned to melchio.

He picked up melchio and spun him around, like a little kid. “look Mel, I’m feeling much better. Babe look I'm feeling much better. The fox is back better than ever. Why do you look so out of it?,” he said chuckling. He knew that melchio was overwhelmed from the kiss he gave him, but he wanted to hear him say it. he had a devilish grin on his face at this point

He held melchio and then addressed the whole room “alright now that I'm better. I think we need to get out of this dump.” He was never fond of hospitals and always avoided them no matter what. Plus, he figured when Mykky woke up it would be best if he wasn’t there. “on top of that, I think it’s in everyone’s best interest that both You and I, aren’t here for Mykky’s awaking.” He looked toward melchio. With that he ushered everyone up and point to the exit. @Halohbottech @temporalSorceress

Allison sighed and shook her head at the new guy that came in, she had to admit he had a minor point, he didn't look that bad. Though, she of course didn't say anything nor act on her thought, moreso put-off by his overly arrogant attitude. "I'm Allison and this is Sage. Nice to meet you Yama." She replied in her same cheery tone, despite disliking his attitude, though she like Sage refrained from shaking his hand. "If you were so suave maybe the first thing you'd say wouldn't be an insult to others to make yourself look better too." She told him jokingly, a amused smile on her face.
Yama "You may have a point but I've yet to be proven wrong so I shall stick to my accusation. It was a pleasure meeting you though Sage and Allison, perhaps we shall cross paths again." Walking to a seat in the far back corner by the windows he sat back closing his eyes and relaxing and blew a small puff of black frost in the air in front of him. Seems this will be even easier than I expected. Weather or not they like me is totally up to them. The only one I need to like me is that girl with the scythe. Smiling to himself he opened one eye and glanced at Allison before looking to the ceiling once more with his eyes closed. Piece of cake.

He touched the bottom of the ocean, from here he could make Dru remember everything. "Okay Dru Ill make you remember everything, but whatever you do, don't try to remember right now, or I will be scattered throughout your every memory and neither of us want that." He said. Ralzanoth began to turn red with metaphorical heat, and the ocean boiled. Memories floated to the surface.
Dru worked hard not to look too far into the memories but he was grabbing the handles of the couch "hurry up and get out my head so I can start to remember my past." Dru was trying very hard not to peek into his memories.

Senki nodded in agreement. "Yeah it is. Plus monster hunting is pretty easy if you take on smaller things, and pays decently well, so it's a win/win situation." She replied. "What about you Iene? How long have you lived here?" She asked him, glancing over to Torr ever so often to make sure they were heading the right way.

Sage waved at Yuma before nodding. " Yeah , he is cute but definitely weird. " He said to Allison before catching Yuma glancing at her. " Oh I think I know why , he has a crush on you. " He said smirking. He was already formulating a plan to get the two together.

Iene looked around surprised at the sights, "well I only just moved here, this is my first time in the city." He hadn't even seen his house, well apartment yet but all of his things had been shipped there.

"Wha-? No..At-least, I don't think he does.." She told him, glancing back at Yama before looking back to Sage, her face now slightly pink. While, he didn't exactly look bad, she wasn't really into over-confident douche bags that thought themselves better than everyone else. "How do you know he doesn't have a crush on you?" She told him, grinning cheekily.

Sage giggled at Allison's reaction before he rolled his eyes at what she said. " Oh please , one glance at him and you can already tell the over confident idiot is straight. " He said loudly with a laugh , the whole class could hear him. " But seriously he was looking at you and as I said he is straight , I know I'm not so attractive without trying that I attract straight guys." he said shrugging.

Allison shrugged, she wasn't exactly an expert on determining whether someone was straight or not, but she figured she'd leave it up to Sage. "Ehh..He probably wasn't looking at me." She told him, shrugging. "'Sides, even if I was, he doesn't really interest me." She added. Which was true, but it didn't really make it any less embarrassing to have someone stare at her for reasons unknown.

Yama Chuckling Yama kept to himself. I hope they realize that since I'm a dragon now I can hear them. Oh well, seems like I'll have to make more friends than I thought. That'll be easy since this place has a combat class. I'll simply wait till my combat class. That should be fun.

Damen groaned once more, not even needing to look up to see Night Wing due to to his ability "So you followed me?" he asked her, even though she was still in her crow form. Flying off of the coffee table, Night Wing shifted to her human form and revealed to be in no more than a dark purple shirt that went down a bit past her thighs and wearing no pants "Of course I did? You woke me from my nap! You're always out and about at night time, can't you ever just relax for once?!" she scolded, looked down at him with her hands at her hips and her bluish green eyes glaring at him. Damen stuffed his head in his pillow "You know you forgot your pajama pants" he stated, sounding less tired. She looked down to see that she was still in her pajama shirt, blushing slightly but other than that not really caring about it. Right now she was more upset with Damen from waking her up than not wearing proper clothes. "Yes I know that" she shouted out, throwing her hands into the air and plopping herself on the opposite couch.

Falcon

Falcon observed Nyr's behaviour quietly, cocking an eyebrow at how she reacted, both to the appearance of the young man ahead of him, and of the people near them. He clicked his tongue, a thought bubbling to his mind about what exactly could've transpired that'd lead to Nyr to act so strangely around these people, and it made his mind broil with anger, though he kept it well hidden. He rested his palm on her head, a glassy look in his eyes as they stared blankly at the man in the suit. He could tell, even from here, that he was a scumbag. He hated men in suits. They always spelled bad news. Licking his lips, he felt and heard his stomach growl quite loudly, catching some odd looks from the crowd, whose eyes were quickly drawn to Nyr's curvaceous form. Their eyes were quickly diverted, however, whenever his own came to stare at them.

"Nyr, we'll talk about how you know about this place later. Hold this." He muttered quietly into her ear, removing his shirt, and draping it over her shoulder. He'd strip off his pants too, but considering he didn't want people to get the wrong idea, he'd save that for when he was digging in. If he and Nyr were eating out tonight, he'd have to keep himself looking dapper, wouldn't he? The suited man saw this, and took in his toned, sculptured upper body, and figured him a bruiser, or some other fiend who wanted to track him down thanks to fraud. Acquiring a rather contemptuous sneer himself, he turned into a back alleyway, and removed his silenced pistol, and waited. Soon enough, Falcon's form shadowed the alley. He took two steps in, saw the gun, and his eyes went wide. A quiet snap echoed from the alley that almost could be confused for someone taking a picture. However, to the place's residents, they knew the sound well, and scattered, leaving the entrance of the alleyway void of any people. Falcon thumped to the ground, motionless.

"Stupid punk. Y'shoulda known better than to bring yer fists to a gunfight." He rolled his eyes, and blew the smoke off his pistol, before slipping it in between the hem of his pants and his underwear. However, as he did, he gasped in shock to see Falcon on his feet, brushing off the spot on his chest that the bullet had bounced harmlessly off.

"Huh. Funny. Figured I was bulletproof, but it's good to know that fact is indeed fact." He rolled his shoulders, glaring at the man, whose eyes were wide with terror. Falcon smiled wickedly, his gold eyes glinting with menace. "Hope you don't plan on running. Don't want to burn any extra calories catching my meal." The man did indeed plan on running, however, his plans were foiled before they could begin, as Falcon rushed up to him, almost impossible to see for the mortal, and backhanded him, instantly snapping his neck and killing him. The loud crack also echoed from the alley.

=-=-=-=

Falcon sat, pants-less, in an abandoned warehouse near where he'd left Nyr, chewing on a dead man's arm, feeling a fair bit of remorse. While he was a terrible man, Falcon found it impossible not to feel some guilt when he killed and ate someone. Even before Nyr, he felt like that. He'd already taken the dead man's wallet (it was empty- he found the money for said wallet in his other pant pocket) and pocketed it himself, before tearing into him. He was surprisingly clean, considering he'd eaten most of the man by now- his torso and abdomen were distant memories of the past, and his left arm was gone. His other arm was also on the way. He'd found some... interesting photos in the man's pockets- ones that made eating him both easier and harder, mentally.

Melchio

Melchio was, indeed out of it, and calling his name and calling him babe didn't change anything. He stayed out of it. In fact, he was so out of it he failed to notice being ushered out of the room, and into the hallway- attracting some much un-needed attention from concerned doctors, nurses, and patients. As a matter of fact, he was so out of it he had to be dragged/carried to the exit, head still swimming in a world far, far away from this one. He was barely yanked back into existence by the refreshing air of the city and Mogmal's extreme warmth, both of which served to sweep away his daydream. When he came to, he was barely able to look at Vix without blushing, looking like a cherry. Looking to the sky, his embarrassment written on his face in bright red marker, he decided to ponder their next moves.

"S-so, everyone, what comes next? I-I imagine you'll be headed off to find Nyr, Illoi, but what about us Hex?" Even whilst addressing the fox, he couldn't meet his eyes, too embarrassed to do so.

$Heidt$

As Heidt now chewed on some fruit he'd found in the fridge, the entire gallon of milk finished off long ago, he watched the interesting little squabble between Damen and Night Wing transpire, an amused look on his face. He'd get to them in a moment, but first, he cast a half-assed seductive look at Falin, an eyebrow cocked.

"Now now, Falin baby please- I realize I'm the epitaph of beauty, but don't go making your husband jealous over little old me.~" He chuckled, before crunching on a grape, a bit of the juice leaking out of the corner of his mouth. "After all, I don't think he'll appreciate you being so unfaithful, kukuku." He didn't even laugh. He just said it, like a dumbass. A grin grew on his face, as he picked off another grape, and flicked it at her, hitting her square in the forehead. "C'mon, don't give me that look, otherwise I might just jump you m'self. And I'm supposed to be taking notes, remember?" Tossing the grapes... somewhere, he got to his feet, and plopped down on the floor at Falin's feet, as if he planned to go to sleep. He even closed his eyes- he was essentially asked to be trod upon, both with his cockiness and with his shit attitude. However, he next addressed Damen and Night Wing.

"Neat little dynamic you two got goin' on, crow girl and crow girl's friend. I like how you're the cool, suave older brother and she's the doting Navi of a little sister. I'd try it too, but I'd probably push my little sister off a cliff. That, or I'd... Ah never mind." He winked, how he could do so with his eyes closed remaining an enigma. "You don't need to know how terrible of a person I am. However, I'd love to know more about you two, if you'd be so kind. Also, crow girl, before I say anymore, I'll have you know I'm not a pervert, but those are some nice striped panties you got there. Next time, wear some pants. It'll make it easier on those of us who like sleeping on the floor- which I imagine is much more comfortable than that brick you call a couch.~"
