hikaru's draconic roar grew louder as the hunter with the device got closer to her. in the distance another dragons roar could be heard. but this was the roar of a feral dragon. the mighty feral beast flew over the mayhem breathing bouts of fire at the hunters. the feral dragon seemed to be attacking everything but hikaru. swooping down the feral beast grabbed hikaru and flew into the air. it seemed to be protecting only hikaru. the feral dragon flew upwards holding onto hikaru. upon waking hikaru looked around. she was in the air being held. looking at the feral dragon hikaru cried. the feral dragon was her father. her father had somehow remembered her in his feral state. but being feral her father would quickly try killing her when this was over. since hikaru was too weak to change forms to fight she instead cried out for help.

"My turn boys..." Mizuki lightly tapped her scythe on the ground and caused s shockwave of shadows around her. After doing so the new shadows became copies of herself and her eyes turned purple as before when blinking. Using shadow magic she waved her hand over her scythe and it changed into pure shadows. Spinning she caused a shockwave to burst around her. "All who oppose my pack will end in shadows." Within a blink of an eye all the copies of Mizuki sped toward a hunter and sliced them, causing them to beed out in moments. As they did this the bodies burst into shadows and became another clone adding to Mizuki's onslaught. Ducking and weaving Mizuki sliced them left to right until there were no more or the rest retreated. All her clones dissipated and she looked around before walking back to the group. "You haven't seen the bottom of the barrel. Wait till the tournament..."

"Throw the figurine in the middle of them, then do as you please." Kandra said as he prepared a powerful lightning spell to fire the moment the figurine hit the ground. "Cover your eyes." He warned as more electricity traveled faster in between the runes. "Remember, anyone who spouts about virtues and the like gets smote." He reminded.

"Look at that Kandra... that girl... no matter." Chucking the object he stood behind the building and waited for the bang. The figurine hit the ground and all he heard was the girl yell, "Everyone move!"

Hitsugya looked at Dru "Nows not the ti--" he was cut off by a figurine hitting the ground and dark lightning hitting the ground. Hitsugya drew black lightning from his fingertips and sent it at the figurine.

While she was doing this some new guy showed up and Mizuki wiped out literally all of the hunters. "Well. So much for proving to be useful..." She mumbled, sighing. Soon she heard Mizuki tell them to get away, a figurine appeared, and lightning came arcing down from the sky. Whereas Hitsugya decided to try and destroy the figurine, Allison much more preferred to not be murdered by the sudden show of magic. Instead, she grabbed both Hitsugya and the new guy on the arm and teleported a fair distance away with them to the top of the school. Which, wasn't really 100% safe but it was better than the area the figurine landed. "You can say thanks later." She told them, slightly out of breath. Damn she hated teleporting people.. She stared as the area they were in before was ultimately destroyed mere seconds after they teleported to the roof. She just hoped the rest made it out okay.


Unbeknownst to her, however, Hikaru had gotten taken off by the dragon she saw come into play momentarily. She assumed she was safe, and the dragon didn't have her. Sadly, she was wrong. Unfortunately she couldn't hear her cries for help over the sound of destruction.

With a great groan, and a cry angrier than most would be able to muster, a Seraph tumbled out of the sky, his passengers being flung away like ragdolls. Too tired to keep flying, he simply let himself tumble into Paragon Square, and smash into its fountain, then bounce, and crash onto a bench, promptly destroying it, leaving him soaked and tired. Still, he needed to help out Mykky when it came to Edgewater- he knew the right faces to talk too- the right faces to avoid- and his help would be invaluable. He wasn't so much doing this out of a sense of repayment, he simply wanted to help. So, despite his tiredness, and near inability to stand, much less run, he got to his feet, and hobbled from the square, in the hopes to reach Edgewater quickly. "Damn... these wings..." He grunted, as he dripped and limped his way forward.

With a screech, angry and afraid, Mykky careened through the sky over Faereach, looking like a purple meteor being clutched tightly in the embrace of her pet, Frillz, whose sturdiness proved all to helpful when he crashed into a tree nearby the academy, taking the brunt of the crash for himself, protecting his master from harm. Even still, the blow left him dazed, and though Mykky could get to her feet, he was left leaning against the tree, trying to get it together. Noticing this, she sighed, and let him do his thing.


"You rest, alright? Gather your strength. When you're feeling better, come find m-" She was cut off by the sound of thunder, and the sky being lit ablaze with a black light so powerful the sun seemed dim in comparison. Glancing back, eyes squinted and nearly covered entirely by her fingers, she watched as an array of black lightning lit up the sky, along with a vortex of fire, as if a dragon had attacked the school. "Tch! First day and my badassery's already needed? Heh! All the better!" She grinned, wildly, her courage more than making her confident in herself. She was going to kick whatever's ass thought it was smart to attack this school. She was going to be a freaking hero!

Hitsugya looked around, perplexed, he hadn't known what just happened but then he realized what happened and he slightly gritted his teeth "What are you thinking?! I can handle myself! I don't need your help and I won't stand idle while people get killed . . . especially my friends" explained Hitsugya, removing Allison's hand from him and jumped into the air, using his wings to fly as fast as he could back to where the figurine was. He ignored the dragon nearby and flew even faster.

Watching the chaos for the moment he nodded and his group of demons pounced. "Hello citizens of Faereach, I'm a small part of your downfall, and the reason you'll all die!" While his fellow minions distracted most, and eight of them attempting to distract the girl he decided to go for the boy with the chain scythes. "Well, well, well... seems like you'll be our lucky contestant. Prisoner choice of the day nonetheless!" Appearing behind Kazuhiro he whispered in his ear. "Welcome to Dracolich my good friend." Smashing the hilt of his sword in the boy's head he picked him up and walked away from the carnage simply making a portal to Dracolich Castle that closed behind him immediately after. Walking up to Kandra he took the boy's weapons. "Souvenir and prisoner... check. Luckily they didn't see me so if you'd like we could continue with some deception as well..." Smiling he dropped the boy and chain scythes at Kandra's feet.

As Melchio limped farther and farther, he began to hear a ringing in his ears. Confused, he bopped himself upside the head, hoping that it was just some water caught in his ear that a little tap would get rid of. However, it became increasingly obvious, as the noise got louder and louder, that this wasn't his ears or his mind playing tricks on him. So... what could be causing him to hear a ringing like this? Then, as the ringing got closer and closer, it became very obvious that it wasn't ringing he was hearing.


It was screaming.


Still tired, but curious as to what was screaming, he glanced up, and felt his heart drop into his stomach. A... a dragon?! Here?! He swallowed his fear, instead replacing it with determination. The screaming. It had to come from somewhere- someone. Someone had to be with that dragon, and they weren't a happy camper about it.


"Tch... If only I wasn't so tired... I could knock it out of the sky with a little bit of HOLY magick... but..." He glanced back up. He'd never be able to knock something like that out of the sky. He'd simply have to follow it back to its nest and help whoever was with it there. Resigned, but determined, he took to the skies once again, his jade wings humming, strained, but still functional, and shot after the dragon, determined to help whomever was in danger.

"just because I look human doesn't mean I have the same foibles. I could've survived that attack probably unscathed. Thank you for your Kong gesture but I didn't need it." Dru sighed and shook his head slightly. He was new to this town and already he had found a significant number of people with the apparent skill set to kill him.

Where the courtyard once was- where the figurine once was- was now an entanglement of charred vines in a small bulb, large enough to hold only one person: Mykky. Growling, she hid behind her wall of vines, as the intense heat of the fire and lightning charred her wall. She could feel the heat from inside her bulb, and felt sweat run down her cheek as she hid, a mixture of embarrassment and the intense heat from outside. Well, even from inside her bulb, she could help! Focusing hard, she felt her feet dig into the earth beneath her, and, by focusing even harder, the black stripes all over her body began to glow with a greenish-yellow light, as her plant magick began to flow through her, and into the earth. At first, nothing happened. Then, in a moment, a giant field of green erupted from her bulb, and raced throughout the courtyard, turning most of the open ground into open grass. Though much of it was burned by the figurine, based on where the grass was not, she could tell exactly where it was.


"Heh! Gotcha, buster." She grinned, cockily, and let her influence reach out to the nearby trees, most of which were charred beyond repair. Oh well. They could still have one last function: sacrificing themselves to take out the figurine. Using her influence, she manipulated the trees' very DNA, so that she could make their cells more malleable and reproduce faster, allowing her to create a undulating circle about the size of her palm in the tree that was similar to a cancerous growth for it, as cells quickly multiplied. They needed a place to grow, so why not grow outward? Flashing even brighter- bright enough so that her light shone outside her bulb, and even fared well against the black lightning and fire's light- she caused all the charred trees in the area to send a spike of fast-growing bark at the figurine, each of them getting burned, but each smacking into it with intense force- enough force to crack and break it. She hoped that this'd work, and by the heat dying down outside, she bet that by shattering the figurine, she'd stopped the fire and lightning from before. With a sigh, she released her hold on the trees, and they all promptly crumbled to ash, any charred remains of leaves getting swept up into the wind. Her vine enclosure fell from around her, and she was left sitting in the middle of a small meadow where a courtyard used to be.

Allison simply crossed her arms in defeat and stared off at the fight below her, she noticed someone take Kaz off but said nothing. With the way things were going it was meant to happen and he was tottally fine. Save two people, get pretty much told off by both of them in return. Ungrateful jerks..She thought to herself. How the hell did he expect to help them if he got turned into the equivilant of fried chicken anyway? A hearty after fight meal? Please.





She was soon interrupted by one of the demons swooping up the side of the building to land beside her. Shocked, she almost stumbled backwards off the roof as the eight food tall, tar black winged being landed. "Seriously? C'mon.." She muttered. "Fine. Alright. Try to outsmart me big guy." She challenged. The demon moved to swipe at her with its clawed hand but Allison had already moved out of the way with a simple backstep, "Nope." She teased before running up to it and kicking it in the stomach. It did little more than cause it to stumble and move back a few feet, clearly, this was something Allison couldn't kill un-armed alone. At-least not without magic.


Backing away from it quickly she looked at the beast, deciding what to do. Eventually, she decided on ye old fashioned fireball, hurling it directly at the behemoths face.

hikaru saw everything happening while crying out for help. after feeling a shock wave of power. her feral father dropped her as he fled. hikaru now freed. flew towards the chaos. she was looking for kaz and mizuki as she wanted to help them. hikaru dodged and dipped her way around looking for them. using her claws and tail hikaru whacked and clawed her way around.@Kihara017

Hitsugya gritted his teeth more and clenched his fists, he punched the demons in the stomachs, ripping holes through them. He blasted black fire with a bit of shadows at some of the demons along with striking them with black lightning.

Melchio sighed in relief, as he saw the dragon drop the young woman it'd been carrying. Still, he felt half tempted to follow it. That is, before he felt the same wave of power it must've felt radiating from the same direction in which the woman (which he just realized had wings) had flown. Biting his lip, he was torn between hunting the dragon down, and from investigating that power. Still, he grew tired by the moment, and figured it wouldn't hurt to follow the woman some more. Even tired, if he needed to fight, he could. Sighing, he turned, and flew after the woman, though considerably slower than her, as he was still incredibly tired from before.


"Whatever... whatever I find... I just hope it's easy to defeat..." He muttered, mustering all the energy he had left, and putting it towards blasting off after Hikaru.

Unfortunately for Mykky, she'd have no time to rest, as once she'd let her guard down, a loud thump filled her ears, as a demon, at least eight feet tall and heavily muscled, crashed to the earth in front of her, fangs erupting from its mouth like stalactites and stalagmites, and a stench radiating off of it like no other. Used to such stenches, she got to her feet, wary of the beast.


"Hey big guy... you wanna talk, or-" In less than a second, she dodged the beast lunging attack, in which it'd hoped to punch the wind out of her. Growling, she kicked it in the head, before taking a step back, and letting herself tap into her magick reserves again. "I guess not! Fine then! Don't be mad if I make a fool out of you, though!" The instant she said that, he leapt at her again, only to find himself bounced back by a giant mushroom which'd sprouted in front of her to protect her. It's spores began to spread in a cloud all over the demon, and in moments, it fell asleep. The next second, it would find itself buried by vines, which yanked it into the ground- forcing it into a vine coffin from which it'd never escape, as the vines began to feed on it, and use it grow, like fertilizer.


"Easy enough. Now, to find that figurine-" That was when another bolt of black lightning burst through the sky. However, this seemed like it came from a friendly face- someone who seemed quite angelic. Grinning, she called up to him. "Oi! Bird-brain! Need a hand?"

Reed looked at the bow and whistled. "Calm down there hawk eye. At were you doing? Super hero?" He snapped his fingers and the bow arrow and quiver were back where they belong. "Hi I'm Reed."

Taylor looked at her hands. What the... she thought. She looked from her right hand to her left. She reached over her shoulder, and felt her bow on her back. "Huh?! What kind of sorcery is this," she said under her breath.


Taylor looked up, "What the hell are you doing on my doorstep?" she asked, aggressively. ..."And more important, how did you find me?"

Watching the chaos for the moment he nodded and his group of demons pounced. "Hello citizens of Faereach, I'm a small part of your downfall, and the reason you'll all die!" While his fellow minions distracted most, and eight of them attempting to distract the girl he decided to go for the boy with the chain scythes. "Well, well, well... seems like you'll be our lucky contestant. Prisoner choice of the day nonetheless!" Appearing behind Kazuhiro he whispered in his ear. "Welcome to Dracolich my good friend." Smashing the hilt of his sword in the boy's head he picked him up and walked away from the carnage simply making a portal to Dracolich Castle that closed behind him immediately after. Walking up to Kandra he took the boy's weapons. "Souvenir and prisoner... check. Luckily they didn't see me so if you'd like we could continue with some deception as well..." Smiling he dropped the boy and chain scythes at Kandra's feet.

"Throw him in the dungeon...have fully armored guards search him, we can't have him running around the castle now can we." He said. Kandra then turned to the mirror. "Look at them, so...focused on the figurines, destroying them does nothing." He chuckled. "The entire city is under siege but they only fight in that one area. Oh well, if it makes it more fun, Hakuro, do as you please." He said before casting another round of Dark God Hammer at all the areas where the figurines were placed.

Taylor looked at her hands. What the... she thought. She looked from her right hand to her left. She reached over her shoulder, and felt her bow on her back. "Huh?! What kind of sorcery is this," she said under her breath.

while fighting her way through the chaos while making sure to not kill anyone. hikaru felt the hum of power indicating another attack. flying over to the figurine. hikaru changed into her dividing form and started dividing the already building power that was to strike. even as the attack shot down she continued dividing its power to the point where it did no damage too anything. breathing heavily at the amount of power she'd divided. hikaru hovered in the air where she was in case another attack came down. @Metaphysics

Melchio sighed in relief, as he saw the dragon drop the young woman it'd been carrying. Still, he felt half tempted to follow it. That is, before he felt the same wave of power it must've felt radiating from the same direction in which the woman (which he just realized had wings) had flown. Biting his lip, he was torn between hunting the dragon down, and from investigating that power. Still, he grew tired by the moment, and figured it wouldn't hurt to follow the woman some more. Even tired, if he needed to fight, he could. Sighing, he turned, and flew after the woman, though considerably slower than her, as he was still incredibly tired from before.


"Whatever... whatever I find... I just hope it's easy to defeat..." He muttered, mustering all the energy he had left, and putting it towards blasting off after Hikaru.

Hitsugya looked at the girl "Ya! Sure why not?" there was sarcassm in his tone and he flung another demon off and into a tree. He wasn't quick enough and found himself surrounded by 5 demons, one of them stabbing him in the left shoulder and in the stomach and punched him in the gut. Hitsugya gasped as the hook like claw was pulled from his body, and he fell to his knees. His amber eyes flashing with all of the painful memories from his past and in his head a voice spoke "It means nothing . . . you know you want to give in . . . just relax . . and let me handle it as you die . . ." Said the voice that Hitsugya knew all to well. The demons came closer and closer, more coming in and all got ready to finish him off. Hitsugya didn't even hesitate he just felt pain in his mind and in his body, within a few seconds an enormous amount of energy was sent out from him and the sky got dark.
