Noctis sniffed. "That's just Noctis's straign up dedication to doing what she sets her mind to, that's what it is. Anyway, should we go check our room out now?" She said, ignoring Anukai's announcement.


Anukai stared blankly at where Tame lay, unconscious. "Oh. Well, I guess you can figure out where our room is, Nowi. Um..can someone help me carry her to our room?" She said, hopping off the table.

 

[Federoff]

Em chuckled lightly at the sight, her normal mischievous energy back and raring to go. "So, let's get our key and check out the dorm" stated the girl, energetic as ever.


Emma listened respectfully to Everly as she revealed that she too was a twin of sorts. When asked a question she thought about it for a little before shaking her head and replying with a "No, nothing Em does bugs me" with a light smile.

At the mention of rooms, the girls buzzed with newfound purpose, hunting down and finding their roommates. Mara had purposefully chosen the group based off roommates and hall closeness, so it wasn't a surprise that each and every girl's roommate was in the group. What is she... what are they doing? Mara wondered passively as the oddest, most amusing scene unfolded in the shape of Noctis 'boo!'ing at Gwen, and Gwen looking subsequently more and more confused.


To her alarm, she noticed Tame looking rather upset. Em and Emma too looked bummed. Were they separated? Mara covered her mouth with the back of her hand, blocking the forming frown. She thought to approach them, but saw that their respective roommates were doing a good job, or attempting to do a good job, at stabilizing them. It was a good bonding experience, no?


Ah, Maria seems a little 'fish out of water', she thought, moving around the crowd towards the girl. "Hey Maria," she greeted the quiet, dark-haired girl radiantly, "I'm happy you came despite the last minute change! Don't worry about being late, that's entirely on us and having to shift something around." Mara looked around at the group, shuffling through the papers from the envelope, "Have you found your roommate? She should be here," it was why Corrie had sent Maria to her. "Ah! It seems you'll be in two-fourteen, same as..." some more shuffling commenced, "Nowi!" Mara looked up, "Who's right over there," the blonde discretely gestured at ear-plug wearing, skateboard toting girl.

Marina felt herself being glared at her ears burning as she looked over her shoulder too see the tall 'tomboyish' girl eye her down, The auburn haired girl flushed her eyes darting around the room as soon as she knew that someone was staring back at her, she was then suprised at Rokus quick reflexes as she catched Tame when she seemed to have fainted. Marina stared at the scene in amazment and nervousness.

Nowi continued to stare at the ground, seemingly not paying attention to anything at all. Smoke could be smelt from behind the group, a Clinking could be heard in a walking rhythm as a tall-ish girl with long purple hair had now decided to join the group. A partially smoked cigarette was hanging in her mouth as she made her way up to the group, bumping into Nowi; "Move it slut" stated the girl.


Nowi looked up, recognizing the voice and the rude bump, Oh great, not her thought Nowi to herself as Zara made her way up to the front of the group, completely ignoring everyone else. She stopped right in front of Mara and brought her cigarette out for a puff of smoke to conjure up right in the girls' face. "Keys, now" demanded the girl, her gray eyes filled with malice.

PHEOPHEE! Mara actively snapped her head towards the loud whistle. That was Anukai, announcing something to the whole group... Oh, to get Nowi to come over. Well, that was one way to spread a message. Mara raised the back of her hand to her mouth, giggling-- THUMP! Which was cut short by Tame fainting, falling into the arms of Roku. "Oh--oh dear," Mara stood on her tip-toes to get a view of the pink-haired girl over the group, eyebrows raised in worry.


"Um..can someone help me carry her to our room?"


Mara bit her lower lip, gnawing on it. She herself wasn't very strong. Her yellow-hazel eyes instinctively flicked over at Roku, and then immediately felt ashamed for doing so, for assuming just because the girl was tall and boyish, that she'd be strong. But the tourguide quickly remembered herself, and took the forefront. "I'll get some water for the poor girl. Will some of you get together and carry her to..." she checked through the papers, "To room two-twelve?"

Fwooo. Mara coughed lightly. She raised a brow, not used to the smell of smoke within the building, and so strong-- but it all came together seeing the source. A girl belligerently smoking indoors. Haaah, she inwardly sighed, I guess I got lucky this far. It was bound to happen. Delinquents at this school weren't rare, sent here by parents or by law to try and reform them. The case had always been that the freshmen ones were the hardest to reason with. Mara steeled herself, she had her job to do.





"Rinnie texted she was sending you my way, you must be Nowi's sister," Mara greeted, none-less brighter despite the hole-of-hades glare the newcomer was giving her. "Zara, no? If you're asking for the keycard to your room, you should have been sent that in your packet, and it should already be coded to for your assigned room, which is..." Mara shuffled through her papers, "Room two-twelve. Ah, the triple." Though she spoke with clarity and the same effervescence outwardly, within her heart was quickening pace. These types were always so unpredictable. And that hateful, hateful leer. Mara felt it send ice shards to her soul.

Marina didn't really know what to do in situations like these, she was barely taught any first aid back when she was younger, but one thing she could say for herself was that suprisingly the 'tsundere' girl who sits playing video games all night is actually suprisingly strong she enjoys doing boxing as a past time and liked to do karate when she was younger. "I'll lift her, I suppose." Marina mumbled eventually people hearing her speak, she kneeled down and with a sharp intake of breath she picked Tame up supporting her head and legs, she looked down at Tame hoping she didn't suddenly wake up and spring out of her arms

"I'll lift her, I suppose," came a small, unassuming voice. Looking over, Mara saw one of the girls, who'd been mostly quiet and spaced out for the tour, stepping up.


"Ah, thank you, Marina," Mara beamed gratefully. The orange-haired girl was a lot stronger than she looked. Pushing the papers back in their envelope, she returned them to the front pocket of her loose red sweatshirt. "I'll go by to the water fountains and get her some water. How about everyone meet me at room two-twelve?" Mara suggested, gesturing towards the hallway that lead to their rooms. "I'll be right back," Mara said with a single raised index finger. And with that, she took off to the water-fountain / bathrooms area.

"Yeah." Gwen said with a smile returning," We're in room 211, so we might be able to slip in and check it out before the gathering in 212. Do you think we have bunk beds? Bunk beds would be cool. And I need room for a big work desk for well various projects. Are you a light sleeper? I can get you earplugs because I don't exactly sleep much.""

Noctis was thrown off for a second at the rapid speed of questions, but grew excited at the thought of seeing their room very quickly so she caught on flawlessly to Gwen's speed. "That's a good idea, Ohhh, Noctis loves bunk beds! They allow for more space too since two beds don't need to fit in, Noctis mostly draws so she doesn't need much room, only a shelf to store her supplies, and no, as long as there's no light Noctis can sleep through anything, wow this is so exciting!" She said, pausing her rambling to breathe.

Roku still held Tame from when she had caught her, slowly stood up so not to disturb the unconscious girl. Holding her like the sleeping princess Roku saw her to be.


"I got this," she growled, annoyed about the whole situation. About Nowi moving in and making a mess, and she wasn't even doing anything to solve the issue. She was just sulking like a child because poor Tame couldn't handle the attention. The tall girl turned on her heels and started heading for the door to Tame's dorm room. Glancing back at Anukai she groaned, "Are you coming or not, I don't have the keys."

Anukai jumped up to follow Roku. "Yup. This way." She said, moving forward to take the lead. "Sorry about all this, I didn't think she'd pass out. I just wanted her to resolve whatever 's going on with Nowi and her." She said, looking at Tame with an expression of faint dismay. Her methods may not have been the best but Anukai really was just trying to help in the only way she knew how. Straight forward confrontation.

Kiki smiled at Em and placed her hand on the top of the twin's head and spun her around to direct her to Mara to collect their keys together. Looking up she noticed a crowd, the pink haired girl known as Tame had fainted and was being carried away by the giant Roku. Leaning over to Em's ear from behind she asked just above a whisper, "Now that wouldn't be any of your doing would it?" continuing to wear her genuine smile. "I thought you and Roku had a thing?"

"There's nothing between the two," she pouted. "Tame is very shy and doesn't do well with confrontation, she is very introvert and gets anxious and light headed when too much attention is put on her, she isn't use to it." Roku followed Anukai to the door and waited for her to unlock it and let her in.

Everly stretches her arms above her head and yawns a bit loudly. She plants herself on the ground and waits for everyone to sort things out. The whole roommate situation was leading to drama that the girl did not want to get involved in. She sighs and leans against a nearby wall. Emma is defiantly nice enough to deal with, but with new girls arriving, Everly could only take in so much at a time.

"Hm." she murmured, distracted with trying to look for her key. Suddenly she realized she'd never gotten it from Mara. Wincing at her mistake, she suddenly turned around. "Ok, so I kind of forgot the key, give me two seconds, I'll go get it Just put tame against the wall or something." she said, already running back to where Mara was. "Mara, I need my key!" she yelled, sprinting up to the girl, almost running into her. "I forgot the key." she said, panting for breath.

"Oh!" Mara exclaimed, her eyes wide in surprise, which quickly turned to amusement. "Anukai, hello," Mara said, letting a giggle loose despite her best efforts. "Key? Ah! Your room key. Remember the small, red and black card with Étoile written in gold, cursive letters? It came in that packet sent from Admissions. That's actually your room's keycard," Mara explained in no rush, "You can get into your assigned room using that."

Roku continued to hold the girl, she was so light in her arms and peaceful. Tame rolled her head to the side towards the tall girl making her smile fondly of Tame.

 

[Dark Elfling]

"What?" Anukai squeaked in surprise as she dug frantically thorugh her pockets. Pulling out the envelope, she opened it to see a key in it. Wincing, she sighed and turned to run back to Tame and Roku. "Thanks, Mara!"


Finally arriving back, she threw herself at the door, unlocking it in a flash. "So it turns out I had the key all along, it was in a little envelope. Sorry!" she said, slamming the door open with a flourish.

Roku rolled her eyes at the girl in good humor and carried Tame over the threshold and laid her gently on the bed to the left of the room. The redhead brushed Tame's hair aside affectionately and contently smiled at her sleeping face. She really did look like a sleeping princess.


Reluctantly, Roku stood up over the girl and turned to Anukai. "I'm in room 215, come get me if you need me." Looking over her shoulder back to the sleeping girl she sighed and walked out of the room. She wanted to see Em and talk to her about what had happened.

"Noctis," Gwen said, grabbing the girl by the shoulders, "I feel like this is the start of a beautiful roommate ship. And if we don't get bunk beds. I. Will. make. Bunk beds." Gwen said in a dead serious tone,"Now. I forgot my room card do you have yours or should I borrow the master key?" She looked over Mara, trying to determine where the key would be. You know, just in case.

(DRAMA TIME!)


Zara: Zara looked around at the other girls carrying a fainted one, taking another puff of her cigarette she scoffed at the fainted girl. "Pathetic" stated Zara coldly, referring to the fainted girl and the people carrying her. "Simply pathetic" restated the girl.


Nowi: Nowi looked up to see that Tame had fainted, what happened why she was busy moping to herself? She took out her ear buds to here Zara call Tame pathetic, angering Nowi. She charged straight for Zara, raising her fist to punch the girl straight in the kisser; yelling "TAKE THAT BACK!" while doing so.


Zara: Without a moments hesitation she pivoted herself around and straight up punched Nowi, sending her spiraling backwards through the air and landing on the ground, unable to move and bleeding from the nose. Calmly and smugly, Zara walked up to Nowi and placed her combat boot on her arm before applying pressure, causing Nowi to scream out in pain. "You never learn do you?" began Zara, "You may not be as pathetic and weak as the rest of the girls here, but you are still nothing compared to me" stated the girl harshly. Nowi let out pleas for her to stop squishing her arm, blood now oozing out from underneath the spot. "And just like always, you are groveling underneath my boot sister" chuckled the girl coldly before lifting her boot and Nowi now holding her arm in pain. She took another puff and turned around before walking away from Nowi on the ground, crying in pain.

Anukai hovered next to the bed, unsure what to do now. "Um. Are we supposed to wake her up or something?" she said, trying not to ruin the moment Roku and Tame were having but too nervous to keep silent. "How does this passing out thing work?" she asked, staring blankly at Tame. "Tame? Wake up?" she said, poking the girl tentatively.


 
Noctis squirmed in delight at the thought of making bunk beds. She was almost positive it wouldn't work, but oh they would certainly try. "Mm, I think I have mine, don't worry." she said, whipping her key out of the envelope, tossing it over her shoulder with a dramatic flourish.

 

[Federoff]

Em pouted a little at the question, "Yeah we pushed it to far, I didn't think she would just faint; they just looked so cute together" replied Em, then all of a sudden a fight broke out between the new girl, Zara, and Nowi; Nowi angry at the new girl for calling Tame Pathetic. WHat happened next shocked Em as Nowi was sent flying in one hit, the new girl was beyond strong. All Em could do is look in horror as Zara made her way over to Nowi and started to make fun of her while inflicting pain, looking ice cold. Em was scared of this new girl, stepping back when the girl came walking back.


Emma had about the same reaction as Em, horrified at the girl, who revealed herself to be Nowis' sister, completely defeat the girl with only one hit, not even breaking a sweat! She hid next to Everly, also stepping away form the girl, coughing a little from the smoke as she passed.

Roku closed the door softly behind her and heard the commotion down the hall. Nowi was being held on the floor by a girl with half a cig hanging out of her mouth. The girl stormed over to the two right as the smoking girl turned and was heading her way. Roku stood at her full height of almost 6'4 and blocked the girl from continuing further, letting her run straight into her chest.
