Noctis stared blankly at Mara. She hadn't been on her email since she got her invitation so she must have missed the forming email. "Oh. Kiki, did you get her email about forming assignments? Noctis must have missed hers." She said, not waiting for Kiki to respond before she dragged her to Mara. "Hello! Can Noctis see the dorming list? She never looked at the second email." She said, smiling sheepishly and she continued clutching Kiki's hand.

WEATHER: Sunny with a hint of chill

LOCATION: Within Étoile School Building

"Oh? Oh!" Mara beamed at the electrically energetic girl, taking from the envelope a folded collection of papers. "Certainly, let me just..." shuffling through them, she finally spotted the right one, and with an, "Aha!" she handed it over to the sky-blue haired girl, "It should say right there, at the bottom," Mara pointed, "Looks like you're assigned to room number two-eleven." Mara then looked around, seeing if her mention of the room number sparked any of her group's memory.

It was then, as she casted her eyes over her group, that Mara noticed the newest arrival. "Ah! Ah, good, you're here," Mara energetically greeted the dark-haired girl in the back, "I'm so sorry about the last minute change, Corrie just texted me that she was sending you to my group. Welcome! You must be... Maria!"

Em and Emma frowned to each other, they had been trying to put off the fact that they would not be in the same dorm; which posed a problem for the two as they have literally gone everywhere with each other since birth. On top of the problem that they just caused, Emma was super bumped compared to her counter part, Em. The twins hugged each other, whispering to each other that everything was going to be ok and that htey will just meet up every morning.


After being to themselves for a couple of minutes the twins decided to go up to their roommates that had been assigned to them, Em went to Kiki and Emma went to Everly; both greeting their roommate with a simple and unenergetic "Hi" as they approached their roommates.

Kiki smiled sadly to Noctis, "At least we'll be neighbors." she continued to link her fingers with the girl's and gave her a reassuring squeeze. Looking over to the girl who approached them, it was the twin in black, Em. Her shoulders were slouched and the upbeat mischievous energy she had about her was diminished. Kiki wrapped her available arm around the sad girl in a friend like manner while keeping her other tightly gripped in Noctis's hand.


"Hey, everything will be okay," She smiled, "Emma can come over and visit any time she wants, I don't mind."

Em smiled a bit at the reassurance that Kiki was giving her, but it would still be hard to live without Emma in the same dorm as she was; but they had to get use to it sooner or later, right? "Thanks" replied Em with a light smile, some of her normal positive energy restored.

Tame pulled a large tag from her book that read 212, she wondered what room Nowi had…Shaking her head she was still feeling ashamed of herself, how could she face her in class having ran off like that? Timidly she peeked over at the skater girl, tears still in her eyes.

Roku took a step closer to Tame, looking over her shoulder to see what room she had. 212. Quickly she pulled her own card out of her pocket, 215. Looking around the room at the other girls, she watched them as some coupled up with their roommates and others looked around confused. Her eyes fell on Em, standing by Kiki and her blue haired friend. Her thoughts flashed back to their fiery kiss. The memory brought a warmth to her stomach, then flashed to an internal frustration. Her actions had caused the sensitive Tame to cry, and that upset Roku.

Nowi didn't seem to notice that Tame had glanced at her, or even notice anything going on at all. She had both ear plugs in playing at max volume while staring at the ground, a depressed look on her face. You see, Nowi believed it was her fault that Tame ran away, she wasn't mad at Tame but rather made at herself, and the twins.

Anukai said goodbye to Gwen and went to go find Tame. Finally finding her, she went to say hi but her greeting died on her tongue when she saw the tears in the girl's eyes. Placing a hand on her shoulder, she asked, "Hey, Tame? I'm your roommate, Anikai. What's wrong?"


Noctis whined in disappointment. She really wanted to be Kiki's roommate. Sighing, she wandered off to find her roommate, Gwen. Seeing her, she sneaked up behind her, popping up from behind her shoulder to whisper "Boo!"

When Noctis let go of Kiki’s arm, she felt cold. Quickly she turned her head to see where her friend had gone to see her walking away towards the Mechanic. She felt sad without her bubbly friend at her side. The girl still by her side, Em, brought her thoughts back to the present and smiled at the twin in black. She nodded her head in acknowledgement of the girl’s thanks. Kiki smiled back at her giving Em her full attention.

Tame jumped as she was approached, holding back her sniffles. Feeling bashful her shoulders drooped and she curled around her book, wiping her tears with her fist she tried to laugh it off. With a heavy sigh she confessed quietly to Anukai, all the while blushing.


“Nowi,” she mumbled, “she stole my first kiss,” pausing as her lip began to tremble. Frustrated with herself she blurted out, “but then we got teased and I got embarrassed and I ran away and now she is mad at me!”


Her eyes snapped open and she gasped, shocked at her own outburst.

Anukai blinked in surprise at Tame's sudden outburst. Pausing for a moment to collect her thoughts, she replied, "Well, did Nowi do this out of spite or because she genuinely likes you? If she kissed you because she likes you and you like her back, it doesn't really matter if anyone laughs at you, does it. After all, love is love, no matter what anyone else has to say about it." She said, nudging her gently to let her know the love thing was a joke. "However, if kiss was just to mock you, then punch her in the throat."

Gwen waved a friendly good-bye to Anukai and looked around for Noctis, the girls he had met earlier. Failing to see the sneaking girl, she shrugged and started searching. She wandered around the hall a little checking every nook and cranny for the girl. True to form, When she heard a Boo! From behind her she didn't even turn to check. Finding her roommate was her priority right then and well, no measly boo was going to distract her! So she kept looking.

Noctis blinked in surprise when Gwen just resumed walking. With a small "Hmph." She stalked after her and repeated her previous act of sneaking and popping up with a "Boo!" She was determined to scare her and would keep trying. At some point she would turn around, even if it took her a million Boos'.

Marina looked around in confusion, she wasn't really sure what was happening, people were talking and arguing and really she just wanted to sit down, she was feeling slightly light headed from everyone being near her, and everyone talking at once. She looked over to Mara and then to Roku who she saw had the same room number as her.

Everly smiles at Emma, glad she had spoken to her earlier. The twin looks quite upset without her sister, so Everly tries to make her feel better about the separation.


"You know, I'm a twin, too. Siblings are great and all, but my brother eats with his mouth open. I'm so glad I don't have to hear that for a while. There's probably something that annoys you about Em right? I mean, y'all can experience different things a few hours a day. I'll teach you how to be a fraternal twin. "


Everly laughs at herself awkwardly and realizes her advice sucks. She shrugs and chews her gum, hoping Emma might forgive her dumb speech. @Federoff

Shocked at her response, Tame blushed and stuttered, “I-I could n-never do something like that.” After thinking about it for a moment, the shy girl continued “It’s not the kiss I’m upset about…”she mumbled softly, looking off to the side longingly at Nowi and placed her nail in her mouth.

Maria had a bored expression on her face, but inside she was secretly interested in this new place already. She nodded her head once in confirmation to the woman. "Yes," she in responded in a monotone.

"Oh?" Anukai asked, raising her eyebrows im surprise. "Well, then I don't really see the problem. Just go talk to her." She said, shrugging. "Do you want me to come as back up? I could be your bodyguard." She said, raising her fists in a mock fighting position.

Maria looked around the hallways where the other girls had appeared to become close friends already. She sighed and turned her attention back to the woman.

The search continued. As did the strange booing. After five minutes Gwen was forced to reevaluate her beliefs on the existence of ghosts. She re-determined that they were fictional on account of no soul of a dead human being would be cliche enough to actually say boo. As her attempted dis tractor was in fact fictional, it was none of her concern. She had to find her roommate. After a few more minutes of search. Noctis jumped right in front of her and shouted "BOO!"


"Noctis!" Gwen said exasperatedly, "I've been looking all over for you! Where have you been?"

Noctis threw her hands up in exasperation. "Noctis was TRYING to scare you. Try being the operative word. Why didn't you look behind you, If Noctis was a vengeful ghost, you would be very dead right now." She said, pouting.

Tame shook her head no, her face flushing brighter. She held her book to her chest tightly like a security blanket.

Roku looked up at the girl with the orange pigtails. The tall girl’s sharp hazel eyes focused in on her, feeling the girl’s gaze.

Anukai sighed at Tame's nervousness. Climbing up onto a table, she whistled loudly. "Excuse me, sorry for the interruption, can Nowi come to our room tonight, as soon as the tour's over. It's room number-" pausing, she leaned down to whisper to Tame, "Hey, what's our room number?"

"Ghosts aren't real. Vengeful and otherwise. And I was looking for you!" Gwen,"besides why go boo over and over that's no way to scare someone!! Especially someone trying to focus!"

 

[Dark Elfling]

Noctis huffed. "Well, who ignores like 20 boos?! At some point you didn't consider that you should probably turn around and see who's booing?!" She said, the pitch of her voice climbing in outrage.

“W-Wha?!” Tame’s face lit up as bright at her hair. She started to feel dizzy, light headed and her vision started to blur and sway. The girl mumbled under her breath and her body started to sway. Tame’s big blue eyes rolled up into the back of her head and she collapsed, fainted.

Roku lunged forward breaking her eye contact with her new roommate and caught Tame from hitting the floor. After checking to see if she was okay she looked up and glared at Anukai.
