"That's just my reason, now drop it" growled Zara in a threatening and cold way, having to stop when the small girl jumped right in front of her. She would of normally just kept on walking if someone got in her way, but when people jumped in her way; that, that was a different situation.

Roku groaned and smiled, disappointed for having to stop but happy because she had secretly been looking forward to the ball as well. Standing Em up she offered her hand to escort her to the gardens where the dance was to take place.
The grounds people spared no expense when it came to the decor of the garden. Flush green shrubs lined the central area standing tall, reaching for the darkened sky. Cherry blossoms scattered about the trees encased in netted lights that reflected the stars that were starting to appear. A small smile displayed on Roku's lips as she led Em to the garden's main entrance, watching her and her love's reaction.

Tame blushed at the compliment and bent her head down so that Nowi's kiss would touch the top of her head. Skater girl made her happy, made the timid girl open up further than she ever had on her own. Looking back up at the girl she couldn't imagine a more perfect time to- before she could finish her thoughts she saw Roku and Em in the corner of her eyes and turned to view the other couple and waved shyly at them. The lights reflecting off of Tame's pink and silver dress made her shine like a beacon.

Em smiled a bit when Roku offered her a hand in escort, and so held on to Rokus' hand all the way over to the ball area. Everything looked so expensive to Em, she had been born and raised poor so she had no real idea of rich. A "Whoa" escaped her lips as she looked around the area. She saw a shy Tame waved over to them, and so she waved back. Man everyone was drop dead beautiful right now, she lead Roku over to Tame and Nowi while smiling the whole time, "Hey you two" greeted Em with a sort of purr.

Nowi smiled at Tames' blush and at how she elevated herself to meet the kiss. For a few seconds all she could do was stare down at Tame and admire how amazing she looked at the moment, she thinking herself to be the luckiest woman alive to be able to have such a beautiful person love her back. A few more seconds and she double blinked to come to Tamey shyly waving over at someone and so followed the trail to see it was Em and, erg Roku. Great she thought to herself before waving back in a neutral expression at the two, hiding her hatred of Roku extremely well.

Kiki smiled as she stepped out from the shadows of the garden. There were many pretty girls that slowly started to trickle in, but she was looking for one in particular. Her blue haired beauty, Noctis. The adorable girl who constantly referred to herself in third person who had not only caught Kiki's eye, but made her heart fly. Roku, Em, Tame and Nowi stood at the front of the dance opposite of her. She wondered how long she would be waiting by the DJ booth before she could watch Noctis make her entrance. The music started to hum, speakers rattling as a female's singsong voice flooded over the stage like warm water, coaxing the girls to the dance floor. The voice echoed in itself and the bass began it's tribal chant, filling Kiki's heart with encouragement.

Roku stiffened at the sight of Nowi, feeling the mutual dislike between them. The small girl at her side though, reminded her to play nice. Nodding over at the couple and smiling at Tame, she acknowledged them.
Tame made her way over the Em and Roku, smiling brightly. "Roku, Em...you two look lovely." she mumbled
Though the music had started, Roku could hear Tame just fine and smiled in response, agreeing with Tame. Looking up briefly at the distant Nowi, she returned her attention to her dear friend and whispered, "I told you she would like the dress."

Em could feel the tension between Roku and Nowi, Please don't, not this night of all nights thought Em as they made their ways over here. When Roku didn't aggravate at fight, Em sighed a sigh of relief, then smiled half innocently half mischievously, Roku would have to be given a nice reward for not doing anything. When Em said that they looked lovely, she blushed a bit, "Thanks Tame, you and Nowi are amazing as well" replied Em with a big honest smile.

Nowi remained in a neutral state as the two talked, obviously something she was not suppose to hear, giving her more time to hate Roku even more. When Em complimented them she nodded back, "Thank you" she replied calmly before allowing her eyes to wander the room, she nearly jumped back after a few seconds of scanning the garden. She did a double blink before squinting, obviously trying to make sure that her eyes weren't playing tricks on her. But nope, there she was, her b**ch of a older sister, Zara, at the dance; with someone else. "What the?" asked Nowi to herself, unsure of how to respond.

She blinked twice again before returning her attention to Tame, offering a light squeeze of her hand to get her attention, "Well, lets go dance shall we" smiled Nowi to the whole group, but more specifically, the only person that mattered tonight to Nowi, Tame.

Haven tilted her head at Zara and followed her. " Entertaining? I guess ." She said with a shrug. Feeling another spark of boldness Haven held Zara's hand and continued to walk looking at the cherry blossoms. "They're nice....but I like wisterias better." She said out loud not really talking to Zara or anyone in particular. Haven smiled and took a deep breath.

Zara felt the girl, Haven, hold onto her hand, now normally she would have socked someone in the eye for doing that, but she let it slide... this time. Now that its been mentioned, did Zara even know Havens' name? Probably not. Anyways, Zaras' had would feel exactly how one would think, like a thousand rose thorns touching your hand, despite it having no callouses on it.

Noctis soon gave up looking for Kiki in the hallways and with a sad heart, she headed to the garden to find the twins. Even if she didn't have her love with her, at least she'd get to see her friends happy. As she arrived at the dance, she immediately made a beeline towards the back to the garden where there were fewer people. As she slipped off into a dark corner, Noctis unknowingly brushed past where Kiki was standing, her head down and her hair blocking her line of sight.

When Noctis appeared, it made Kiki's heartbeat quicken. She took in a deep breath and smiled as she watched the beautiful girl with the blue hair slowly walk towards her. The lights reflected off of her silver bodice making her shine and made it easier for the red eyed girl to keep track of as she walked through the throng of classmates. Noctis's short black tulle skirt exposed her long toned legs and sent butterflies to Kiki's gut. As the girl came closer, Kiki's smile grew wider. She could smell her perfume. Noctis was looking down at her feet as she brushed past Kiki's arm. Kiki reached out and softly grabbed her arm to stop her in her tracks, "A beauty such as yourself should never hang her head in sadness"

When Noctis finally dragged her eyes up, they widened in amazement when she saw her Kiki smiling down at her. She squealed in joy, almost tackling Kiki in a hug. "Kiki kiki kiki!" Sue squeaked, her voice muffled from where she'd hurried her face in the crook of Kiki's neck. "Oh, Noctis missed you."

Noctis sighed happily as her lips finally met Kiki's again. She was almost convinced this was a dream, the sheer joy coursing through her couldn't be real, could it? They'd only been apart for a while but it felt like an eternity, like she was walking around missing an essential part of her being. "Noctis loves Kiki, did you know that? She loves you very much." she said, pulling back from their kiss for a few seconds, just long enough to speak before she resumed their kiss.

Alexia smiled shyly back at Anukai when she asked her if she wanted to dance, grabbing the hand Anukai offered to her. She would then followed Anukai into the gym to the dance floor, blushing lightly. "Umm...I'm not good at dancing" admitted the foreign girl to her date, hoping that wouldn't expel Anukai away from her.

In the gymnasium where most of the students had arrived fully dressed to the nines a single teacher was surveying the room watching out for any trouble . Ms. Harmonia the schools art teacher had her arms crossed and tried to look intimidating to scare away the trouble makers. Which was hard because at events like these she would normally enjoy it with her students. But the staff needed some one to watch the student and apparently it was her turn. A few of her colleges danced around her and she sighed. " Can this be over already." She mumbled.
