Uma still feeling uneasy, calms down a little "If you say so. Has this happened a lot?" Uma was inquisitive about the safety of caverns... for her sister's sake of course. Una calmer pulls Nai off the leftover attack and into her lap stroking the center of his head till he was calm and purring. "Or is it unusual? Because we should do something if its unusual" Una adds on still a little startled.

Aiji seemed to have gotten used to her petting and simply sat as she did so. Cylin stood up to help her brother cook, dismissing Shiki who had been by Caine the whole time. Shiki moved to where Aiji was and laid beside him.

When she saw Shiki come by, she wondered if the Tiger was friendly. Ashley then gently stroked Aiji's chin before looking at Shiki. Because Shiki was a lot bigger then Aiji, Ashley did feel a bit intimidated. However, Ashley wasn't too worried and played nice with her. As a sign of good faith, she stuck her hand out for her to either sniff, lick or possibly even bite.

Shiki let out a low growl before rolling over into Aiji's tail. This caused Aiji to bite hard on Shiki's leg. This ultimately led to the both of them growling and biting one another in front of Ashley. Hearing their growls, Caine turned his head, his eyes glaring at them. "Shiki, Aiji. Stop," he said, his voice commanding.

Ashley was a little saddened to see the two fight each other. She did still think that Aiji looked adorable with his braided fur. Although she never thought about it, she was a bit curious about Animals being able to sense her unborn offspring that she's carrying. Could that have been why Aiji was sniffing her hands earlier when she was holding her stomach? Could he sense her baby? To figure it out, she reached out to see if Aiji would come over and sit next to her, seemingly wanting to play with him.

"Well, nothing is really normal in Nordio. Those small quakes like that isn't a common occurrence though." Arcturus grinned at them. "Don't worry though; earthquakes and collapse never occur in Nordio. There hasn't ever been a recording of one in history." He shrugged; there were plenty of unusual occurrences in Nordio, and small quakes could appear occasionally. There weren't that much of a deal, so no one really bothered with them.

The two sigh in unison "thank goodness, If you say its okay then we'll trust you" the two look at each other and smile. They looked at the boy who had been so kind to them. Uma began "Is there anything we can do to help, clean up, do the dishes, we'll do any chore" Una add on "yeah Uma will clean up, do the dishes, she'll do any chore. I will help you polish off any extra food you have." Uma rolls her eyes at her sister. "Ignore her she's hyper." Nya and Nai were no different they were running in circles around each other and prompting the wolf -angel to join in.

Arcturus fell over as Bellatrix kicked off, using him as leverage. "Oof! Bella..." He rolled his eyes at the pets running in circles. "Way too much sugar for the three of them. It's okay, there aren't that many chores to do." He dusted himself off, feeling cheerful as his house was filled with more people than the usual two.

Uma claps her hands together half to release some stress and the other half to startle Una and the three pets into calming down."Well since were all still awake what do you wanna do?" Una chimes in "yeah what do you guys do for fun here? Or do you spend most of your time cooking amazing sweets." She smiled and leaned over the table stretching her arms out across it.

Arcturus felt a tinge of red crawl up his face. "I don't spend my time cooking..." he mumbled, and was suddenly sent toppling backwards as Bellatrix leapt on him. "Well, I have some board games and books, if you guys want to do something. Or you can help me make something from those gems I found today." The gems wouldn't sell for much, because of the pieces of aquamarine scattered throughout. He thought it looked rather pretty, though apparently people had different tastes.

Una perks up "art's and crafts!! Totally!! Let's do arts and crafts!!" Una was almost yelling. Uma covered her mouth tying to shut her up, she turns to Arcturus "it would be out honor to help you with the gems." Una nods. Nya and Nai look up finally done messing around and begin crawling over into their owners laps. "What do you need us to do?" Uma asks as she removed her hand over Una to pet Nya.

"Well, you guys should pick what you think goes best together." Arcturus took out two baskets of gems he'd saved for crafting, and laid them front in front of the twins. He made sure not to clash any of them together, laying them out separately on a piece of velvet. "Then we can decide what to make."

The girls look at all the gems as he meticulously laid them out on the piece of velvet. "they are all so beautiful" Uma exclaimed her eyes glistening. Uma was a little hesitant to touch them so she softly brushed her finger around them not wanting to smudge their shine. Una scoffed "You like anything pretty these have bits of blue in them so they are considered flawed right?" She looks at Arcturus with a serious look.

"Yeah, they are considered flawed, though I think they're pretty." Arcturus picked up one of the sapphires which had aquamarine in them, though it made the stone sparkle more than usual. "Here," he dug out another basket from somewhere. "These are some of the best I've found, since they have the perfect texture and hardness. The color is pure too, and just the right shade at the same time."

Uma scuttles over to see the 'perfect gems' their color shone brightly. "Oh my they are so pretty!!" Uma lost in her Magpie syndrome world begins inspecting and looking at all the gems with pure joy. "Well, I was thinking you have so may flawed gems that look nice that. If you wanted to sell them you could sell them to the brain dead people in the major cities. You could call them a specialty item and as you see from Uma there are a lot of dumb rich people in the city who would buy them for the same price as the pure gems. It's only a suggestion, but if you ever decide to do it we will be happy to return the hospitality you have so graciously given us." Una concludes apparently she snapped out of her sugar high when money is involved.


Uma picks up a cz yellow and a spinel sapphire and raises them up to her eyes "Look Una they look just like out eyes!!"

Arcturus smirked. "I could, but it wouldn't be fair to cheat people off. Anyways, what would you guys like to do with the gems?" He nudged Bellatrix away, who was sniffing at the gems curiously. "Those do look like your eyes. I could make a bracelet or something similar for both of you; there is enough for that."

Una shrugs and leans in "is it really cheating if they are stupid enough to buy them. Heck I bet if you told them the truth they would buy them anyway." However seeing Arcturus lack of interest she dropped the subject. Una turned to her sister and smiled.


Uma face brightened at Arcturus's words "could you make earrings out of them?! That would be amazing!!"

"Of course I can make earrings. What kind do you want?" Arcturus perked up. Making jewelry was somewhat of a hobby for him, and it was amazing to see what he could make with his hands. He went to dig out some gold and silver wire, and other essentials for making jewelry.

Uma giggles "hmm what was that kind that Papa Oss said we couldn't have Una?" looking up at her sister. "Dangle earnings, he said that they like hoops would get our ears ripped off in a fight" Una replied as she picked up nai and messed with his fur. Nai gave out a angry hiss and jumps out of Una's hands. "Those I'd love some dangle earrings they would look so nice for when we go clubbing right Una?" Uma was super excited.

"Dangle earrings?" Arcturus asked. He'd already started bending the wire into hoops, and making the stoppers to stop the earrings from slipping out. He held up the gems to the lamps, studying their clearness and texture. "These can be pretty much made into anything. Would you like a particular shape or design?"

Una didn't really care for dangle earrings but it made her sister happy so whatever. As Arcturus asked Uma cheerfully responds "Kitties!!" She raises Nya up and waves him around. Nya gives a lazy but happy meow.

Arcturus shrugged. "So cats? What do you want them to be made of?" he asked, studying the gems carefully. "You can make them each a different color, or choose a base color and make their eyes different." He held up the gems that were the exact shade of their eyes, and showed them more choices and combinations.

"Uh Amethyst! No... uh Emerald.... uhhhhh peridot?" Uma was at a loss she had no clue what would look good. She turns to her her sister with puppy dog eyes whimpering for help. Una sighs "I believe whatever you choose Arcturus will be wonderful you have done such great work. Uma... we trust your judgement." Uma smiles at he sister's words and adds a nod of approval and encouragement at Arcturus. Nai climbs up on the table and observes the interaction.

Arcturus grinned at them. "Well, go to sleep, you two." He made a shooing motion. "I'll make this, and it'll be a surprise for you guys when you wake up, so get a goodnight's rest." Arcturus tilted his head up, watching Bellatrix fly in circles above his head. He snatched her out of the air, mumbling under his breath. "That's way too much sugar for you, for you to be even remotely energetic."

Una smiled and rubbed her eyes, she didn't feel sleepy, but hearing the word sleep made both Una and Uma tired. They both nodded in unison and crawled back to the sleeping areas and fell asleep. Nai and Nya slowly followed and almost made it to the bed. The two pets fell asleep on top of each other.
