Oh hell. Moral dilemma time. How was he supposed to kill a crying girl? Millions of scenarios flashed through Artemis's mind, none of them good. What could he do? (She won't die even if Artemis fires Chronos, will she?)

Goddammit. Well, now it was up to fate, or just blind luck. Aiming Chronos at the tree on her left, Artemis sighed, before pulling the trigger.


A rippling beam of distortion short through the air, striking the tree, causing it to literally rip itself apart, as gravitational force sheared through it with a distinct keening sound.

Not waiting for a response, and with a quick check of power level, Artemis leaped from the building, engaging an anti-gravitic pulse as he reached the ground. A crackling was heard as the ion shielding on his armour powered down, and he kept Ares up and unholstered.

she yelled when the boy landed and tried to crawl away in pain as her leg bleed a beautiful metallic gold

"Gold blood, huh?" Artemis started as he landed. "Well sorry, bit I'm afraid you'll have to come with me." He effortlessly picked her up, heading towards a clear area as a white streak appeared in the sky above, screaming down through the atmosphere.

"Sssshhh, calm down. You'll only hurt yourself more. You can either bleed out, or you can survive." The white streak grew closer, add it was now possible to see that it was a sleek, white and blue ship. Suddenly, it slowed, until it soon landed in front of Artemis. Ducking inside the airlock, he waited a moment while the air repressurised, before walking quickly inside and gently laying the girl down on a bed in the medbay.

"Ugh... Pedophile much?" Leo sighed. He was watching the scene from a distance. "Time to play my part... Let's be a hero..." Leo smiled underneath the armor. The armor wasn't thick, it was an agile suit of armor. Leo took out two gold and white blades. Streams of energy connected the bottom of the hilt to his wrists. Leo took a running start towards the aircraft. He lept fast and far towards it. Leo threw the two blades at the vehicle's sides. Leo activated the two swords which caused them to released focused energy around it. It slowly started to cut through the sides, very visibly.

She struggled a little but became weak and just layed there

He thought to her 'this is so surreal. On tv it is cool, but just becomes dull. But when you are actually under it all changes.' Deren finally stopped looking at everything and actually moved towards the reef at a decent speed.
Once there, Deren began looking for alien fish, asking Mika about each one.Deren saw a huge black figure swimming in the distance and started to swim after it. 'What's this?'

Deren stopped and started swimming backwards, looking at the creature as he did so. 'Why not?' He asked her. He thought the sea was safe, if it wasn't then she wouldn't have denied exploring on land either.

"Ah, looks as if we have a problem. Someone is cutting through the hull. They're going to go in through the kitchen. Shame. I liked that kitchen."


"Okay. Presumably, you've got tissue samples of the girl?"


"Ha. You know me too well. I saw the golden blood, and I got kinda curious. Besides, there's a trail of it from the airlock to the medbay."


"Right. Lift off, seal all doors, but leave whoever is cutting their way in a clear path to the medbay. Oh, and open the airlock we came in through. Lets's see what this persons priorities are."





The ship rose silently, rising up until it was just over the height of the highest nearby building. Bulkheads of unidentifiable metal slammed down, leaving a clear path to the medbay. Any structural weaknesses slid back into recessed slots, and hidden cameras blinked and whirred.

The robots grabed every other not that's wasn't friendly and threw them out then walked out after them to kept them from the shop

Deren swam to the school and began to stroke one of them and handle it as it swam around him. He looked at Mika smiling, 'what are these called?' he asked her, now watching the creature again.

"Lets see..." Leo spoke in a mere whisper to himself. He finally cut through the wall of the ship. He tore the cut section off of the aircraft's hull and threw it down to the ground as Hope lifted. Before Leo entered, he took out a complex and interesting weapon. Simaris' Artemis. Leo shot two glowing rounds into the ship. They fused together and made a small vortex, pulling all loose objects towards it, but not consuming it. It just pulled it to the one spot. Soon it bursted and all of those loose items spat out at tremendous speed and hit everything it was facing, piercing nearby cameras. Leo then entered the ship and sighed. Leo started to wander around the ship, destroying any cameras before they spotted him.

"We're losing cameras."


"I thought you said they were useless anyway."


"If they can be taken out this easily, then they are. Besides, I can track him from where the cameras are being destroyed. Also, I can feel his footsteps. He's heading roughly towards the medbay."


"Good." Well, this would be interesting. If Artemis was right, he'd just take the girl and leave, not bothering to attack him. The girl would die of blood loss if he did that, anyway. No doubt he'd try and track him down afterwards, but ah well. Having a warship and it's AI did wonders for peace of mind.
