Jessica chuckled at the statement of Lily, how she missed that girl tho.She looked back at Derek who was still sleeping, his face at peace more relaxed than ever. Her fingers slightly touching him in a discreet way, she always felt like he would be by her side no mmatter what. She really loved him as a friend but recently, her heart felt lighter at every glance, I don't really feel anything for him..It's only my mind playing tricks again! She thought to herself with a smile but it turned into a sad one and she looked back at both. '' Well then! Shall we do something of our day or stay in this dusty room?'' she exclaimed cheerfully shoving her thoughts away.

David smiled, "Doing something with our day would be great, but must we really leave Dereky Bear here to sleep?" He pouted, raising his eyebrows, and finally moved his feet off Ezras lap. Ezra moved away from him slowly, and looked at Jessica, he now felt he could finally speak, but he didn't, he just nodded and smiled. Doing something would be good, so he could finally get his mind off things, off David. He shuddered a little, thinking about earlier. Ezra had enjoyed that kiss, even though he shouldn't have and... He wanted to kiss David again, but he wouldn't. He couldn't.

Jessica stood back, stretching her arms upwards and kicked the bed she had just previously sat. ''Wake up sleepyhead, I want to go out.'' she said grabbing the loose sport bag she had and grinning at both. '' Hum, how about... The attraction park?'' she said remembering her favorite hot spot, the one she was always at and the one where she had booze hidden. There was the beach next to it, and her, being in the popular crew, knew there was a party going on tonight at exactly 8pm. '' You guys better dress casually and sexy.'' she added with a wink. She waved and walked out of the room waving, '' I'll be waiting for you guys downstairs at the gate!''

David walked out of the dorm room after Jessica, not saying a word to Ezra, to go get changed in his own room. Ezra looked down at what he was already wearing and sighed, keeping his jeans on but pulling his shirt off and instead pulling on a black t-shirt on that said "the matrix has you" in small dark green letters. He looked down at his shoes and decided they'd do, and he walked straight downstairs to the gate, not waiting for Derek, he just wanted to be alone for a little while. He considered what had happened earlier and decided that if he had the chance during the day then he'd confront David about it in private.

Derek woke up lazily knowing they were waiting for him, he was already dressed so he just walked out of the room with messy hair like usually and a pair of aviation sunglasses that really looked good on him. He saw Jessica and David waiting for him at the front gate. He waved at them noticing that Ezra was missing, ''Where is he..?'' he asked in a hoarse voice from the sleep. Jessica giggled '' I thought he would be with you...guess he'll be here any minutes.''

A minute or so later Ezra wandered to the group, and waved a little, he avoided eye contact with David and stood further away from him, "Sorry for making you guys wait," he smiled and scratched the back of his neck, "I got side tracked by my sister." he lied to them but it was better than telling them that he was deciding whether or not he was going to confront David, because that they just did not need to know. "Shall we go then?" David said, looking at his fingernails and leaning against the gate, he looked bored, but he had a smile that showed that he was anything but bored.

Derek just shrugged not even knowing where they were headed, '' Whe-'' he didn't even had time to ask until Jessica just told him where and walked to the destination. It was a very big place, actually one of the biggest attraction park in the whole state. Pretty much the place where every teenager would hang ut since it was so close to everything. Derek ended up paying for everyone since most had forgotten their wallet, He handed the tickets mumbling Idiots under his breath and looking tired and bored. Jessica just laughed at him since he was so obvious and she just took the ticket from his hand, '' Why thank you darling~'' she said playfully entering the park with him.

Ezra frowned apologetically at Derek as he took his ticket, telling him he would pay him back, he walked behind Jessica into the park and carried on avoiding Davids gaze, which was frequent. David didn't speak to him, but he did speak to Derek, flirting with him and frowning when his advances were denied. Ezra looked around the park a little, but mainly followed Jessica seen as he didn't have a clue where he was going. He checked his phone while he walked and saw a few text messages from his sister.


Genie - Are you going to start sleeping with guys now?


He sighed and turned his phone off, answering the question mentally. I am not going to sleep with guys. I'm not gay. He tried not to look so occupied and in thought and tried to make an effort with the others, even a little with David.

Derek sat on the bench, his legs spread out like some child and he leaned his head behind , '' Oh my god Jessica, how much more are we going to do'' he said abruptly standing up and going behind the tree. They could hear his sick stomach pouring out because of the last, torturous attraction like Derek described. Jessica walked towards him and looked at both, '' You guys can go...I'll take care of this....weakling.'' she stated glaring at Derek who only shouted, ''Am not!'' a bit irritated and feeling it personal. Jessica just shrugged and smiled at them apologetically and jogged towards Derek who was completely out of it.

David grabbed Ezra's arm, causing Ezra to tense up a little. "Don't worry Jessica, I'm sure Derek will be fine... Ezra won't be." He winked at Jessica, pulling Ezra with him until they were behind a wall, before letting go of his arm. Ezra took a deep breath, why were they behind a random wall? "You look like you want to talk to me?" David said, leaning against the wall opposite Ezra. "Go ahead, talk to me."


Ezra glared at David. "I don't get you David. I really, really don't. Why are you... Why did you kiss me? I don't understand."


David looked back at him, smirked and then shook his head. "I think you're cute." He shrugged, "Besides, you kissed back, didn't you? You clearly enjoyed it Ezra... And if I'm honest with you..." David started walking towards Ezra, "I think you want to kiss me again."


Ezra shuddered and moved away from David. Even if he did want to kiss him again, he wasn't going to do it. "Don't." Ezra clenched his jaw and stood facing away from David.


"But why? Is it wrong Ezra? If it's wrong, why does it feel so right?" David wrapped his arms around Ezras back and chest, and rested his head on his shoulder, he started kissing Ezra's neck. He didn't know how to respond, tilting his head to the side because it felt good... He realised what was happening and moved away from David again.


"Stop it David! I'm not into that shit!" He looked around to make sure that there was nobody who could see them, there wasn't, and so he relaxed a little bit, no one had just seen what had happened.


David shrugged, "You seemed pretty into it."


"Well Im... I'm not." Ezra looked at David, his face and his hair and his body just made Ezras heart beat too fast. "I'd appreciate it if you could just leave me alone. Obviously with Headless System it's not 100% possible but... Just stop this crap." Ezra moved to walk past David but he grabbed his arm and pushed him against the wall, Ezra gasped and glared at him. "The fuck David?"


David smirked at Ezra, loosening his grip on him slightly, "I will leave you alone on the condition that I get to kiss you one more time. Right now. It's just once!" He grinned and winked at Ezra, who just glared back at David, chewing the inside of his cheek trying to make a decision.


"Fine. Fine do it." Ezra blew a deep breath out and watched as David raised one eyebrow and half smiled. Why did he have to be so seductive? It wasn't really helping the situation.

Jessica rubbed Derek's back while...while he was gagging his guts out. She winced and looked away as he continued on, she had forgotten how terrible he was at handling these activities, he probably did too since he just walked in the Vertigo as nothing. She looked back at him as he straighten himself up, white as a sheet and wiping his mouth with his sleeve. His eyes were a bit red, all colored drained and dead looking. Jessica looked at him, '' Are you feeling better?'' she asked softly placing one of her hand to his cheek. She didn't know why she always felt the urge to touch him or simply always care for him. Derek slightly blushed at the contact and his hand on her's, but he didn't remove it and simply grabbed on it. ''Yeah... I'm a better...just no more..crap for me. '' He simply stated a bit sick and hating the taste in his mouth. Jessica tried not thinking too much at the hands holding, he was just feeling sick and probably seeking comfort with it, that's all. It was a bit uncomfortable but once he let go of it, she felt as if the heat was replaced by cold. Her heart clenched but she immediately exalted the breath she seemed to have held. Before she could say anything, Derek looked back at her with a smirk, running a hand through his hair, '' This was really...un cool from me wasn't it?'' he said a bit embarrassed. Jessica laughed and rolled her eyes, '' As if you were ever cool Derek."

David pressed his lips to Ezras and ran his hands through his hair, Ezra didn't want to kiss back, he tried not to, but it got to the point where not kissing back felt wrong and useless and he let go, just for a moment he let go and he kissed David back, grabbing his shirt and pulling themselves closer together. The kiss didn't really stop for a while, and when they did stop it was for a moment just to catch their breath and then go at it again, when David eventually pulled away from Ezra he smirked and raised an eyebrow. "Did you enjoy that?" He asked, stating the obvious, of course Ezra had enjoyed that, and breathlessly he glared at David who shrugged his shoulders. "Still want me to stay away from you?" Ezra had got his breath back now and he was still glaring at David, he moved away from him and nodded, "yes David, stay away from me unless necessary." Ezra ran a hand through his hair which had been messed up by David, and turned his back on him, intending to walk away from him and back to Jessica and Derek. Before he could, David grabbed his arm and turned him around so that they were facing eachother, he looked him in the eye and loosened his grip slightly. "You don't really mean that Ezra. You don't want me to really stay away." He said, more as a statement than a question, and raised his eyebrow. When Ezra just glared back at him, he released his arm and sighed, "We should go back to Derek and Jessica. We've been too long they'll be wondering where we are." Ezra nodded, something in his heart felt heavy, but he walked back to Jessica and Derek, David walking close behind, checking his phone.

Jessica propped her legs on Derek's lap while she ate some mcdonald's fries. They were sitting on the bench for at least 20mins waiting for the two other boys, Derek was filling slightly better after drinking a coke but he didn't want to ever go in an attraction park again. ''Say you want one?'' she asked waving the fries at his face, Derek grabbed a few of them, half of them actually, and just shoved them in his mouth. Jessica looked at him wide eye, ''Hey! What the fuck Derek!'' she said irritated, ''I said one, not the whole thing!'' she added frowning at him. Derek swallowed the whole thing and wiggled his eyebrows to annoy her until he saw the guys coming back, '' Took you times.'' he said boredly and Jessica looked at Derek with an evil Grin, '' I bet they were doing something inapropriate'' she said, Derek looked at her disgusted, ''Oh my fucking god, Jessica.''

Ezra laughed awkwardly and avoided Jessica's gaze, being the bad liar that he was he didn't trust himself to say anything. David sat down on the floor and grinned up at Derek and Jessica, smirking, "What can I say," he shrugged, "I can't control myself around Ezra. We-" Ezra cut him off before he could finish his sentence, "There was a long wait for a ride," he said loudly, crossing his arms across his chest and leaning against a tree defensively.

Jessica laughed, '' Yeah sure, tho it's true that it's really busy! Especially with the party tonight!'' she said trying to send a discreet message. She straighten herself up and bit her lips, '' So one of the reason I wanted to come here is for that really,epic,motharfucking awesome party at the beach and there's a bond fire!'' she said squealing in excitement. Being from the popular crew, she was one of those that were practically at every party. Derek was the opposite, even tho he was popular simply for his looks. ''Not going.'' he stated seating his head on his elbow and sighting. Jessica pouted, '' Please Derek~ You never come with me to this stuff...and there's beer, beach...fire..Girls!'' she added desperately as he only shrugged at every suggestion. '' I don't need none of it.'' he stated.

Ezra nodded his head at the description of the party, grinning slightly at the idea that he could probably get drunk out of his mind and forget who he was for the evening. "If there's beer then you can count me in." Ezra had never really been popular, and he hadn't really been to a lot of parties, but Max had managed to get him and his sister into a few. He couldn't really remember what had happened in the parties but it had been rumoured that there'd been drugs involved. David nodded at the idea of party too, and after Ezra said he'd go, he grinned. "Well if Matrix over there is going," he said, referring to Ezras shirt, "then count me in." David stood up, took out his phone and tweeted something.

Jessica clapped her hand and looked at Derek with Puppy Eyes. Derek gave a fake small but immediately dropped it, '' No. I have better stuff to do.'' he said looking away. Jessica stood up and rolled her eyes, '' Oh my fucking god, like why is it always no with you?'' she said whining. Derek crossed his arms feeling irritated. He hated these stuff and to add up he was in a bad mood, '' Cause! I don't want to, what's wrong with not wanting to fucking go there Jessica?'' he asked with his tone a bit more annoyed. '' Because! '' she said. She actually hated that he was always like this, never socializing since that day. She didn't know from where the emotion came from, '' Why are you always staying alone Derek? '' she stated. Derek got annoyed by it and stood back up, ''Mind your own business.'' he added walking away. Jessica looked away mad yet she pitied him, but she didn't show none of it. '' Well, stay alone then stupid.'' she mumbled frowning and crossing her arms while leaning on the bench angrily. David looked between the two, '' Is this a love quarrel?'' he said with a smug smile. Jessica rolled her eyes, obviously he was going to come up with some bullshit like that, '' Mind your own business.''

Ezra looked kind of awkward, just watching Derek walk away slowly. He wondered what had caused him to become such a Boo Radley, so socially awkward and unable to just have fun. He looked down at his feet and pushed himself off the tree that he was leaning on, walking over to be more part of the group. He stood behind the bench, leaning his arms on it. "Will he be alright?" He asked, looking from Jessica to David, but only lingering on David's face for a few seconds.

She didn't understand why he was always like this now, he was such a cheerful guy before, the funniest person ever. She sighted and ran a hand through her hair, '' Yeah..he should.'' I hope she wanted to say. She immediately replaced her sad face with a very cheerful one like he she always did. '' So, Anything else you guys want to do?'' she asked not wanting to bored them, but she actually really worried and only wanted to go see Derek, but she knew he wouldn't let her close. He never did when he was in that state of mind.

Ezra grinned at Jessica, knowing that her smile wasn't real, and hoping that she didn't notice that his wasn't either. When you fake smile so often you can see when another person does too, and Ezra could just tell that something was bothering Jessica. But a fake smile means don't ask, that they don't want to talk about it, so he just let it go. "Well, I'm actually pretty excited about this whole concept of, well, beer." He laughed a little and saw that David was looking at him, planning something judging by the smirk on his face. The knot in Ezras stomach tightened and he tried to remember that the second he could get his hands on alcohol he could just drink away every memory, even if it was just temporary.

Derek walked out of the park, hearing the buzzing from the phone. Obviously it was Jessica, but he didn't want to answer her, he didn't want to lean more on her then he had already done. He sat on a bench at the board walk, seeing children playing, the sound of people working and the loud teenagers at the arcade or the beach. He leaned more when he finally opened his phone to see his messages, '' Where are you Derek..Im worried...'' he mumbled reading Jessica's text. He closed his eyes and sighted until someone put it's hand on his shoulder, '' Hey! Is that you Derek?''


Jessica chuckled, '' Yeah, I mean who doesn't like a good drink.'' she said nodding, she was probably the one that needed it the most at the moment. She hated feeling so insecure with him, why couldn't she help him, be honest with herself. Jessica texted him the whole time when they waited for the other attraction, but with no respond. He hadn't came back and she saw that he viewed her messages, she sighted and shoved her phone in her pocket feeling sad yet angry. She hated how he never leaned on her.

Ezra talked to Jessica the most while waiting for attractions and walking to and from places, he didn't want to look at David, but every so often David would say something and Ezra would have to reply so that it wasn't suspicious between them. When the time finally came and they headed to the party, Ezra was glad that pretty soon he was gonna be able to drink until he blacked out, he didn't want to think about the way he'd feel tomorrow, or the way he felt now, he just wanted to drink until David's face was a blur amongst dozens of other faces. He remembered something his grandmother had said to him before he and Max had gone to a party, telling him to be sensible and responsible, don't take anything that someone else gives you, don't drink. He had disregarded that information then, and got pretty messed up do to how much he drank and whatever drugs that Max had made him do, and he'd completely ignore his grandmothers advice again tonight, he didn't care what he took or drank.

Derek turned around seeing some brunette grinning at him widely. As soon as she saw his face she gave him a huge hug, '' Oh my god, I missed you so much!'' she said cheerfully almost looking like she wanted to cry. Derek wasn't sure what to do, '' Jade?'' he asked unsure if he should hug her or not, he simply wrapped his arms around her but it wasn't warm at all. He felt empty, nothing left for her, ''Why are you here?'' he asked coldly.


Jessica walked out of the park with Ezra and David, a bit more cheerful than before but it dropped when she saw Derek hugging some girl.

David grinned when he saw Derek hugging the brunette, unaware of what Jessica was feeling, "Hey check it out Derek is getting some action!" He said, elbowing Ezra in the stomach and pointing. Ezra glared at him, understanding now that Jessica was fake smiling because of Derek, and he could sort of see it. He'd guessed that they'd felt something for eachother, both of them, and he hadn't wanted to say anything after the whole incident of asking them if he was a couple. He watched the colour drain from Jessica's face as she looked at Derek and the brunette, and he put his hand on her shoulder. "You okay?" He asked her, David just rolling his eyes and leaning against a tree near where they were stood.

'' Yeah..But what the fuck is that bitch doing here?!'' she said angrily. She wanted to go there to punch the light out of her, but she didn't understand why Derek was hugging back. Wasn't she the one that caused everything? Jessica simply turned around, finding the scene disgusting and she really pitied Derek. She turned around and walked away not baring to see the sigh in front of her. He was getting played AGAIN and he wouldn't even know it, she hated seeing it coming.


Jade looked back at him, why was he so cold towards her. She took away her arms around from him, and shilly placed them behind her back '' Well.. It just happened that I really missed you and had some business here.'' she said smiling at him. Derek on the other hand wasn't , the memory of how happy they were and how she just broke it to piece. '' How interesting, well I have stuff to do.'' He simply stated standing back and about to leave until Jade tugged her hand in his. He wanted to let it go but she held it, '' I really missed you Derek...and..your the main reason I came back.'' she said with a distressed tone looking away. He knew it wasn't fake, yet he hated the fact that she just randomly came here and expected him to just accept her back in his life. He let go of her hand and turned back looking at her, but she just started crying and seeking comfort in Derek's warm as she got closer and laid her head in his chest, wrapping her arms around him. He could feel the tears, even if she was muffling the sound of it. Instinctively, he wrapped his arms around her and didn't let go.
