If you wish the Mouse to be an important character please fill out a cs for him/her so he/she can get their own stats. Otherwise that he/she will be treated as your npc. Your npc can use the dice that belongs to you when you joined the rp, but it cannot use another character's stats. In fact npcs, besides special ones that I(the gm) create and cannon characters, don't have stats.
