This is Ikebukuro the wonderful city of the unknown, As of now most conflicts have settled and life goes on to it's day to day routine. Will you attempt to spice things up and cause a little chaos? Or will you be one of the few who defend this cities peace. Perhaps you may just be a bystander who knows to much.
I leave the story up to you wonderful people!
After my first IC post feel free to discuss with your peers where you would like to move. Either into an all out gang war or simple day to day life.
