Yes, indeed he was. Then again, Power Scaling in Dragon Ball is pretty much non-existent. I mean, broly could hold his own against a SSG Goku, but nearly got murdered by SSGSS Gogeta. With that in mind, I think Megumi would be a good addition to our band of misfits (I say that affectionately), when there is extra muscle that is needed, she can fit the bill. Besides, I see her as a potential sparring buddy for the other 3 saiyans to help them get stronger.
Would there be a possibility that they reach Super Saiyan God?
Well... It would have to be in a later arc, where our group will be stronger. I do not want to bring that transformation in too early. And we would have to decide who gets said transformation first, like how they summoned the SSG in Battle of Gods.

She is a Saiyan definitely. How different she is has to do with her power and how to utilize it. Since her Ikari Form stems from Negativity. Self-Hatred, and Rage [aside from Broly who is empowered by pure Rage only] ... I felt all those traits had to be representative of the difference in her form, which would make it Red to represent the combination of Rage and Negativity she has in using the form. In-fact, her boiling inner rage and self negativity was how she unlocked the form. It was the physical representation of everything she hates about herself.

It's fine. I do want to bring in the SSG Transformation, but later. Rn I have an arc planned after this that will involve Oakris gaining the Super Saiyan transformation, at a cost...

Yeah. Remember in DBS Broly when Broly had Yellow Eyes and seemingly got a massive amp to his powerset but stayed in human form despite gaining the strength of a Great Ape. It's sort of an homage to that concept, except not exactly the same.
