[QUOTE="Anime King Kaleb]To be honest, I'm confused now as the natural amplification of the power was all that happened. I was going to do the emotional spikes for Dicchio, but decided against it as I was at a loss for what to do. Although the move did about 66,000 total, Dicchio was still at 1112, with no spike in his power level itself.

As I mentioned before there's little point saying your attacks did any number's worth of damage. It's easiest to simply let your character's power level do the talking for you.
Let's say Dicchio's power level is 8,000 and he's attacking a horde of enemies with power levels of only 1,000. We know that there's nothing they can do to save themselves. They're dead. Whether there's 100 or 100,000 enemies he's attacking makes no difference as Dicchio's power level of 8,000 speaks for itself. You don't have to say that his attack is doing 7,000 points of damage to each enemy and therefore is doing "700,000 or 70,000,000 total points of damage."
Does that make sense?
Your power level is not an HP bar to deduct one power from another. When Dicchio's using a power level of 8,000 and attacking an enemy with a power level of 1,000 he's not doing 7,000 points of damage. He's just killing them. It's that simple. The difference ultimately means nothing nor is it necessary to calculate or quantify it.
To make the difference clear, allow me to explain it like this...
Ki attacks are not their own identities nor do they have their own power levels. Ki attacks are an outward projection of their user's current power level.
If one of your signature attacks normally amplifies your power level by 3x your base amount, it doesn't mean that your power level is still at base and the attack's power level is now 3x your own power. It means that the attack brought you up to 3x your previous level for the duration of the attack.
When you undergo a spike of power due to an emotional outburst, your power is already naturally amplifying itself by 3-6x its normal amount. Because of this and because your character's body is already putting out more power than it's supposed to, the brain and body now believe they're already primed for an attack. That means that any normal method of amplifying your attack is negated.
