Karas awoke a few hours later in his rather modest microgravity bed. He had slept right through the robots returning to solid ground, what with the 16-hour workday yesterday. With so much space and so many Credits going towards the incredible technology that made the ship outperform normal Saiyan craft, he didn't have the room for very luxurious accomodations. However, his ship had good enough accommodations for one, and average accommodations for two people. He opened up the privacy door, took a shower, did the rest of his morning routine, and emerged from the ship to see Korvaiis waiting outside.Kyero said:Meanwhile, while the girls were off training, Korvaiis waited for Karas to awaken before addressing him.
"Yesterday you asked me about communicating with 'every' Saiyan. Last night before I went to sleep I compiled a list of Saiyans I want to remain off of the list and out of communication. I have since sent that list to you, so please look it over carefully before broadcasting again today." He asked.
On the list included the following individuals to leave out of communication:
* The Rulers of all 17 home worlds as well as their closest advisors
* Commanders Keeldh of Metahnn, Commander Aleks of Igliis, General Nelher of Kiirien, and General Bramos of Myende
* Scientist Yearnes of Metahnn's Ki Research Division
The list included many others, but these were the primary individuals to leave out and to their fate. The Commander's logic was that they were either in league with what was going on, or they were simply too engrained in the old ways to be good for the future of the Saiyan Race. Perhaps it was not his place to make these kinds of decisions, but he knew who his allies were and he knew who held the kind of hatred for Inecros that would make them listen to the Commander's plea to escape from the impending disaster.
As for who responded beyond those whom the Commander knew about?... Time would tell.
"Hey Commander. How was the training?" He glanced over to Comedy and Tragedy. "My robots don't look that much worse for wear. I just wish I could have made more of them in the time we had before we left..."
Then Korvaiis mentioned who to leave off the broadcast list. Karas navigated on his Scouter to the appropriate message. He quickly scanned it, and replied, "If I may inquire, Commander, the Rulers and their advisers makes sense, but what about the scientist? Technicians like me make up less than 1% of all Saiyans, wouldn't we want as many as possible? Not questioning your decision or anything, just curious. Also, I am a bit curious about why these Commanders are here."
Karas waited for the Commander to respond before saying, "Well, I'm off to broadcast. Thanks for the list."
When he went back to his ship and examined the infection's spread, he saw that a few thousand more ships had been infected while he was asleep, but still no-one who was actually on a planet. A few people on the list were infected, so he promptly removed them from the broadcast. He also adjusted the program to check for specific ship addresses before infection. The people on the list were to be excluded, obviously. He then had the broadcast repeat on an interval, every six hours.
@WhyNot
If Kezmen didn't get the broadcast before, he certainly would have now.
