Fantasy Descendants of the Curse

Donahue stripped her nightgown off her with great satisfaction. She was so soft, so supple, so...worried? Don stopped in the middle of removing his trousers and stared at her for a moment confused. "What's wrong Thea?" He asked seeing how fearful she looked he tried to refrain from sounding disapointed, but to no avail.

"Mom! Fae is um....she's..." He shifted from side to side nervously. He didn't want to say it out loud so he popped up on his tip toes and whispered in his mom's ear. "Fae is having some troubles like I have. The unusual stuff, y'know? I don't think she wants to tell Uncle Ben about it either."

In her eagerness Willow bumped right into one of her siblings, er, half siblings at least. "Ohp! Sorry bout that..." She giggled sheepishly, cheeks turning bright red. "Sabella!! I didn't expect to run into you like this but I supposed I was too blinded by excitement." She babbled on with the most bubbly attitude. "There's going to be a feast!!"

"Very good." Fredric replied with false cheer, as he knew if the child really would do anything Fred asked, the wolf would stop existing, but he knew it was too late for that. Fredric took a moment and looked around. "Romulus, I want you to try lifting up your mother." He said now smiling at the boy. Then he added with a smirk, "While she is holding your brother."

"How so?" Mary asked her son looking over the two of them, then she saw it. They both had the same eyes and hungry look to them. Then without warning she illegal open Fea's mouth holding her chin and frowned seeing the girls fangs. This wasn't good there was more, was it spreading? "Jamison what did you do to her?" She asked in a hushed yet worried whisper, not thinking of any other way this could happen she immediately thought this was her son's doing.

"I didn't do anything mom! I swear! She came to the house like this with only Ben and her doggy." His cheeks turned pink as he was flustered by her accusation. Change anyone into what he was? Impossible! He barely got out of the house! And when he the last thing he would ever look for was other people. "You'll have to ask her what happened...I just know she's like me now."

"Off to bed with you now."

Louisa slid her hands's under her daughter's armpits and stood her on her feet, leading her only child to a small bed made of warm furs and woven blankets, all of it laid out carefully on the packed dirt floor.

"You've been up far too long as it is."

"Ma, can't I stay up a lil' while longer?" The little thing babbled meekly, sleepily and her eyelids dropped as she spoke.

"To sleep, Bea."

"Ma-"

"To sleep."

She smoothed back the braids and pulled the blankets over the young girl's shoulder. Within minutes of tossing and turning the girl lay soundly.

Fae swatted Mary's hand away as she jabbed at her teeth.

"What's your deal lady?"

Fae frowned and then ran a finger over her teeth, two of them pointed into small dagger like things. As her finger ran over them blood swelled from a small incision they had made on her fingertip and she eagerly sucked at the Crimson liquid that bubbled at her finger.

"Fae no!!! That'll make you sick!" He swatted her hand away from her mouth. "You're not getting any new or fresh stuff that way...trust me. You'll have a horrible stomach ache and feel really weak. Same thing if you try to eat regular food so you're gonna have to tell your parents. Would that be Ben?"

"Was she good for you today? The little dear has infinite wells of energy." He smiled softly as he watched her turn restlessly for a while before finally settling down. It felt like a rare occasion to see her sitting still for once. "I gathered more than enough supplies today to last us for a few days and only have a few chores to do tomorrow. If you wish I could watch her for a while so you can have a moment of peace, quiet and relaxation."

Romulus grinned and hurried to his mother and scooped her up easily, his little arms trembled at first but then were still and strong.

A wide smile broke out across his teeth and he looked over to show his papa what he had done.

"Papa look!"

"Yes, look everyone, look at what this witchling has sold to our enemies, our rivals!"

Apollo turned to address his pack and was answered with loud growls and whispering directed at Fredric.

"A boy, no more than eight years old can lift a full grown shewolf think what a grown wolf could do with this dark magic?"

Again, snarls filled the air, a few wolves even shoved through the crowd to get a closer look.

Sabella wrinkled up her nose at her half sibling. A feast? What was her father up to now? Did he want to give the pack false hopes of recovery? Even with all the new food, how long would it last of these "feasts" became frequent.

"Well don't expect to get dressed up or anything and I'm not coming unless Theodosia is. Spending time with you and the rest of my bastard siblings doesn't sound very appealing at the moment."

With that said, Sabella shrugged past Willow and into the largest tunnels that connected all the dens and slipped through winding passages and through occupied rooms, fortunately the wolves were sleeping and weren't bothered by Sabella's fleeting presence.

She crawled through one last tunnel before dropping down into Thea's room and to her surprise it was occupied but not only Thea but... Donahue as well?

Sabella snorted with laughter and didn't hold back her giggles as she saw the two of them awkwardly at eachother, clothes in the process of coming off. Don looked upset, confused and Thea...

Well honestly the girl looked she might puke.

"I just came to invite you to the feast Thea but seems-" more laughter,"- your in the middle of something!"

(Don't forget Sam and Mary too. P: Ya just kinda forgot them aaand skipped me characters over a bit. lol. Sabella curved Willow so fast it's gotta be a new record. x3)

"We need to find you something that you can actually get subsidence from." Mary said not apologizing for inspecting Fea's mouth. "We shouldn't be disscusing this here, follow me." She said about to walk off then paused. "Jamison, where is your sister?" She asked worried, now that she knew her daughter knew about what Jamison and possibly Fea were.

Amber yelped in surprised when her son scooped her up. She never expected the crystals to work so well especially on a child. No wonder they were so defenseless when they were attacked. Frowning at Fredric she could see how scared for his life he was now. "We already know what this can do in the hands of our enemies, but killing their supply won't stop them from trying to attack us. Besides they would still have what they already had before, leaving us still defenseless." She said to her pack trying to keep them from attacking Fredric. "I saw we keep him for ourselves and have him make us more powerful crystals, only for us. That way we can defeat our enemy and make them feel the pain we felt so long ago." She said her voice shaking at the memory of watching her pups being slaughtered in front of her.

"She went looking for you, but I don't know where she got off to." He shifted uncomfortably. "Don't worry though, I know she's being careful to avoid dad and grandma and grandpa. I made sure to warn her to."

Marius nudged his way in beside Fae. After hearing all this he knew he had to find out what the Hell was going on with his little sweetheart.

"Goodness! Somebody has an attitude! I was going to tell all the pups." Willow huffed and crossed her arms over her chest. She knew her other siblings weren't fans of them but never thought it was this bad... At least towards herself, she always kept out of there way and never had any plans to take pack positions from them either. She wasn't the type to be tied down with boring responsibilities like that.

Donahue jumped slightly when Sabella came frowning deeply at her. "Yes, yes she was." He frowned down at Thea embarrassed by her friend interupting them. Pulling her nightgown back over Sabella's body he gave her assort yet deep kiss as if to tell her they weren't done here. Then sighing he combed his dark curls away from his face and crawled out of the bed and faced Sabella, his shirt on the bed and trousers barely hissing his exicitmemt. "You need something else or do you just like to watch?" He asked with a small grin as he fixed his trousers.

Fae nodded. She was more confused than ever. Mary hadn't really given her any answers. Well none that she had already known. She sat her small hand atop Marius's great furry head. He was so big and fuzzy, his fur like dying embers. She remembered curling up into his side as a little girl and he hadn't changed much since then except for the little silver on his muzzle.

"Can we get my dog something to eat as well? He's awfully hungry and he carted Ben all the way here."

"Peace? Relaxation?"

Louisa laughed softly as she tenderly tucked one of her daughter's braids to the side and adjusted the crooked quilt that covered the little girl's sleeping body, the furs moving up and down lazily as she slept.

"You can grant me many things Samuel but I'm not sure peace or relaxation is applicable."

Romulus had let his mother go when the pack had begun advancing on the strange magician man and the boy had hurried with his brother to his father. Apollo knelt and tugged the crystal off his boy, tossing it to the side.

"You have a soft spot in your heart for this one, Amber. Don't let it blind you to making the right desicion. Remember what his kind of magic helped our enemies destroy."

Apollo's eyes were dark and narrow as he looked up at his wife and held their only surviving pups close to him. The twins clung to Apollo, faces buried into his shoulder and chest.

After Sabella had arrived, Thea had tugged on her night gown with the help of Don and hurriedly exited to the small storage room where all her trunks of clothing and articles were kept. It was here that she sat and simply cried. What had she been doing? She wasn't ready to mate, especially not after the heart ache Valac had caused her! What was she to do? Sabella had come to her rescue once more. Mortally embarressed her, yes, but saved her.

Sabella snorted and leaned against the den wall, crossing her ankles and turning her eyes away. A small bit of blush crept onto her cheeks but she did well to hide it.

"Watch? You two? If I wanted something to excite me I would've found something other to do that watch you and Thea flounder about in the sheets."

Sabella laughed bluntly.

"Oh we'll see about that. I can take the little one out for a day exploring the forest or go into town to shop or see her friends. Then you can get a good day of rest." He chuckled softly as he sat down beside her. His metal limbs squeaking and creaking as he did so. "Maybe even take a trip to the springs. This time of year they must feel absolutely wonderful, don't you agree?"
