Background

Adriana was born in the centre of Chicago. In a rich area that was under guard of the most dangerous mafia 'Nova Costra'. At that time her father, Vincent DeMarko, was the leader of the mafia. He knew, his little girl won't be always in safety. Despite his wives, Antonia DeMarko, complains, Vincent taught her daughter martial arts and when she got older, how to use a gun. Adriana was always a smart girl and quickly ran into the mafia life. Her father tried to stop her from this life. This didn't work and soon she turned into principessa del mafioso. She always owned her intelligence. At the age of 18, she was able to join the mafia. People noticed her potential - she finished her work quick. Adriana was sued for 15 times but she was always able to get clean out of the water. When she was 26, her life was almost a dream. She had a boyfriend for a couple of years and managed to get pregnant. Everything seemed peaceful until one moment. 27th of July, the day of the 'La ira battle'. The Russians decided to step on the area of the Nova Costra mafia. Trying to protect Adriana, her father and boyfriend were killed. She didn't come out safe either, she was shot in her side which caused the death of her child and left a scar. Since then she wishes for revenge. Until the age of 28 her unkle was the leader of the mafia but soon she overtook his status after a voting. Adriana has an idea that the police tries to catch her and then sue. But she's too quick. Every policemen who tried to catch her was either killed or he turned into an information rat bringing the important info to the mafia. Adriana is sure that she wont be caught ever.

Personality

When she was little, she was a calm and obedient girl. Once she got older the things changed, at school she started to show herself as a leader, which means she got loud and outgoing. Adriana also visited theater class, which gave her rather nice actress skills, which she uses for manipulating people. She can be charming and sweet when she wants too. But most of the time she's cold. She has to be this way in order to rule the mafia. Sometimes she thinks about leaving the mafia but she can't since she promissed to be a member of it until death. Fighting against her wishes, she stays cold. Her worst side is when she is in wrath. You don't wish to see this part of her.

Background

He was born and raised in New York, coming from a fairly wealthy family. He was well educated and sometimes took advantage of this fact. He would think he could get away with anything so he would steal, bully, and overall tempt the law to do something. To his surprise, they did. He was sent to a boarding school to correct his behavior. To everyone's shock, he actually became interested about the same group of people that he once hated. He began police training when he was 18 and completed it when he was 20. He moved from New York to Chicago after his graduation since he found it more interesting and exciting overall.


He's known in the offices for his work with mafias. He has a specialty in finding and contacting them, but he doesn't always turn them in. He understands their possible usefulness. He does have his limits though, and those limits involve Nova Costra. He has a hatred for the mafia group as they were the reason he lost his girlfriend. They had thought it would be a simple case but the case turned bad when they were surrounded. They were able to get out but were wounded badly. His partner and lover died in the hospital a few days after. He jumped at the opportunity to work on bringing the Nova Costra mafia down.

Personality

Hotheaded at times, he loves to taunt people. This is both a blessing and a curse as it can both get him out of trouble and into deeper trouble. He is very loyal though and will do what ever he can to protect the ones he cares about. He's known as the clown among the other officers for his antics. No matter if it's appropriate at the time or not, he'll always crack a joke if he feels like it.
