In truth, I don't know either, i carry no rral expectations save for the ability to evolve and mould the choice as I see fit.

It'll sorta make sense why you cannot haha. I don't think you'll be disappointed. At the least, all the powers will have the potential to be evolved over time--and that evolution will depend on your character. So you do influence what occurs

Yeah I do understand, it just removes some player agency I suppose. Then again I did pull a fucking slaughter out of nowhere. So it's a little bit of give and take I suppose lol. But I am curious about the powers, I've watched plenty of JoJo, I'll exploit the heck out of them
